高精度非接触式位移传感器有着广泛的应用.本文讨论其中一种采用光学方法实现非接触测量的光谱共焦位移传感器,阐述该传感器的工作原理,给出了该系统的设计方法和评价方法.最后基于光学设计软件CODE V的宏语言和数学软件MATLAB设计出了一个测量范围为0~1.173 mm的光谱共焦位移传感器物镜.该物镜采用一个单透镜和双胶合透镜组合的结构,在工作波长范围内,各个单波长对应最大的RMS半径为2.8 μm,其测量精度优于5 μm,波长离焦量和波长之间线性度通过线性回归拟合得出判定系数为0.985 9,测量的线性度优异. 相似文献

This paper presents a detailed analysis of the accuracy of nonoscillating one-port device noise measurements. A new expression is given for the calculation of the noise temperature from parameters that can be measured directly by using either a power sensor or a noise meter with the capability of making power measurements. A general expression for the DUT noise temperature error function is also obtained, which enables the authors to study how the noise measurement accuracy is affected by a number of different factors. This expression has been found very useful in order to study how the accuracy can be improved in a given noise measurement system. 利用搭建的高精度静水拖曳法流速标准装置,对JFE公司ACM3-RS电磁流速仪的流速测量能力进行了实验研究。考察了该流速仪的零点特性,以拖车车速为标准测试了不同速度下流速仪的示值误差,并分析了不同入水深度对测量结果的影响。实验结果表明,流速低于1600mm/s时该流速仪具有良好的线性和重复性,示值误差能够优于2%或5m/s,在流速更高时需重新标定;该流速仪存在明显的零点漂移现象,实际应用中需及时修正;淹没深度对流速仪测量结果有明显影响,建议应用前考虑实际淹没深度进行校准。 相似文献

Increasing commercial, scientific, and technical applications involving ultraviolet (UV) radiation have led to the demand for improved understanding of the performance of instrumentation used to measure this radiation. There has been an effort by manufacturers of UV measuring devices (meters) to produce simple, optically filtered sensor systems to accomplish the varied measurement needs. We address common sources of measurement errors using these meters. The uncertainty in the calibration of the instrument depends on the response of the UV meter to the spectrum of the sources used and its similarity to the spectrum of the quantity to be measured. In addition, large errors can occur due to out-of-band, non-linear, and non-ideal geometric or spatial response of the UV meters. Finally, in many applications, how well the response of the UV meter approximates the presumed action spectrum needs to be understood for optimal use of the meters. 相似文献

An applicator is described which allows the surface dielectric constant of a body to be measured simply by putting the device upon the body itself and by measuring the resulting capacitance value using a hand-held portable capacitance meter. The performances of the sensor were first verified by testing materials with known dielectric properties. Its particular use in measuring the dielectric constant of ceramic materials, plastic materials and of commonly used marbles and stones was then considered.
