对于多层砂岩型铀矿床,必须在同一钻孔中形成2个或2个以上的过滤层,以实现同一钻孔多层不同工艺制度的开采。根据多层矿床特点,在已有单层矿体填砾式钻孔结构施工工艺基础上,采用人工隔水层和分层填砾法一次成井建造2层过滤器。实践证明,采用分层填砾法建造具有独立含水层的多层矿体过滤器,方法简单,施工连续,周期短,可以一次成井,钻孔成本较低。  相似文献

为了对同一钻孔内不同深度的2个矿层分别安装过滤器,以及阻断两过滤器之间环空通道,使两层矿之间没有水力联系,本研究试验了用分段填砾和层间水泥止水的钻孔施工工艺技术,设计了相应的分段填砾钻孔结构、成井技术方法、矿层间分割方法、封水效果监测方法和自重分割器。经实践证明,在新疆某铀矿矿区试验施工了2个分段填砾钻孔,全部取得成功,且试验成果效果良好。通过本试验研究,建立了一套可靠的分段填砾建造过滤器的地浸工艺钻孔施工技术方法,对分段填砾成井工艺的工程应用有一定指导性意义。  相似文献

本文以有效对流体积、有效对流矿体体积比、有效浸出矿体体积比、浸出对流体积比4种地浸采铀流场特征参数为计算分析依据,建立了一套地浸采铀流场定量化分析评价方法。基于该方法,针对内蒙古某地浸采铀矿山,开展了过滤器布置方案对地浸采铀浸出效果的影响分析,并为现场钻孔施工推荐了最优过滤器设计方案。研究结果表明:采用地浸采铀流场特征参数的定量化分析评价方法,可以对不同过滤器设计方案下的有效对流体积、有效浸出体积、浸出剂利用率等进行定量分析;各过滤器布置方案量化对比后发现,长过滤器方案形成的流场范围更大,过滤器长度大于5 m时,增加单位长度带来的增益效果降低;过滤器安装位置对有效对流体积和有效浸出体积影响明显,短过滤器方案(2.5 m)宜采用中心布置,长过滤器方案(5 m、10 m)宜采用错位布置;方案2的特征参数表现较好,为最优过滤器设计方案,在现场应用后,提高了采区抽注液量与铀浓度,更科学有效地指导了地浸采铀井场的工程设计。  相似文献

在内蒙古某CO_2+O_2地浸采铀矿山开发中,发现Ⅰ-3、Ⅱ-4矿体平面上相互重叠,属于典型的多层矿化砂岩型铀矿体。应用独立构建浸采单元的方法,分别对每层矿体独立施工钻孔,研究对多层矿体同时进行地浸开采的工艺技术。试验共设计了18组浸采单元,分别对2层矿体独立开采。浸出运行试验表明,应用该方法同时开采多层矿化砂岩型铀矿效果较好,可推广应用。  相似文献
