对单锚腿系泊系统的构成进行了分析,根据系统中零部件的结构尺寸作了约束的定义,并据此对系统中零部件作了约束分析,简化了系统参数化设计的复杂性,使得系统结构的约束分析条理清晰;在约束的定义和分析后,对系统的各零部件进行了关联分析,确定了建模顺序,在SolidWorks平台上开发出单锚腿系泊的参数化设计系统.  相似文献

为解决采煤机滚筒截齿排列设计水平低、研发周期长、截割性能差等问题,给出了截齿排列方式及其参数确定方法.利用MATLAB GUIDE语言编程,开发了采煤机滚筒截齿排列参数化设计系统.该系统通过输入设计参数便可设计出滚筒的多种截齿排列方案,利用截割顺序图、切屑图以及滚筒载荷图可判断设计方案的合理性.通过实例,对常用三头螺旋滚筒的2种截齿排列方式进行模拟分析,结果显示:畸变1式截割性能优于畸变2式.研究表明,该系统可提高滚筒设计质量,设计方案直观,设计结果可定性、定量分析,为设计质量好、性能佳的采煤机滚筒奠定了基础.  相似文献

The paper describes the development of a POE (post occupancy evaluation) programme for evaluating government buildings in New Zealand. The programme is being developed by a research team at the School of Architecture, VUW (Victoria University of Wellington), under a research contract from the New Zealand MWD (Ministry of Works and Development). The aim of the programme is to enable MWD and its client departments to assess the effectiveness of their buildings and of their delivery, operations and maintenance processes as part of their inhouse activities.The MWD regard the programme as a long term commitment. The VUW research team has therefore concerned itself with developing a flexible programme incorporating a robust evaluation process which can be used by non-expert personnel (in terms of POE experience) on a wide range of buildings. Such an evaluation process is now proposed and its initial testing is complete. This paper outlines that process and discusses the current status of the POE programme.  相似文献

This paper discusses how the difference between the disembodied and the embodied perspective on the human mind gives rise to a disagreement as to the status of representations in computerised systems. A major claim of the disembodied approach of contemporary cognitive science is that mental representations are constructed on the basis of sensory input. Hence, it is the mental mechanisms for the interpretation of these data that matters, not the external system representation per se. The embodied approach on the other hand claims that mental representations emerge as a relation between the perceiver and the perceived. Because the body constrains how we can perceive anything, the system representation per se is important. Following the latter approach, the ecology of common forms of representations were mapped. The mapping of representations, together with the notion of distributed cognitive systems, points in the direction of further augmentation of the ecology of human-machine systems. A case from energy management was presented which gives an example of how such a task might be pursued.  相似文献

This paper examines the value of teaching POEs (post-occupancy evaluations) in the context of general design education. Using the model of the role of POEs in the design/build cycle, it outlines the major steps in teaching design students how to conduct professional post-occupancy/design evaluations. These steps are illustrated with illustrations of different research instruments, data analysis techniques, and design modifications. Three case studies are highlighted—the evaluation of playgrounds in Sydney, Australia, schools in Glendale, WI, USA and housing complexes for the elderly in Milwaukee, WI, USA.  相似文献

水环真空泵(简称水环泵)是一种粗真空泵,在很多行业都有着广泛应用。它的主要零部件有泵体、前后端盖、叶轮、轴等。在产品结构设计时,如泵体有着较复杂的内腔结构,使用二维工程图存在着读图难度大,客户看不明白,不直观等问题。另外,产品结构稍有改动或对于相同结构不同型号的产品,使用二维绘图技术辅助设计,改动起来比较麻烦。而使用三维参数化设计可以非常方便的进行改动。本文就是以2BE型水环真空泵为例,介绍了参数化设计在真空泵设计中的应用。  相似文献

In this article the parametric design of centrifugal pumps is addressed. To deal with this problem, an approach based on coupling expensive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) computations with artificial neural networks as a regression meta-model was proposed in 2015 by Checcucci, Schneider, Marconcini, Rubechini, Arnone, De Franco, and Coneri, ‘A novel approach to parametric design of centrifugal pumps for a wide range of specific speeds’—Proceedings of the 12th international symposium on experimental and computational aerothermodynamics of internal flows, Lerici (SP), Italy. Paper No. 121. Here, the previously proposed approach is improved by also including the use of support vector machines as a classification tool. The classification process is aimed at identifying parameter combinations corresponding to manufacturable machines among the much larger number of unfeasible ones. A binary classification problem on an unbalanced dataset has to be faced. Numerical tests show that the addition of this classification tool helps to reduce considerably the number of CFD computations required for the design, providing large savings in computational time.  相似文献

The FABEL system is a research prototype which demonstrates an integrated support for architects and civil engineers in building design. On the basis of a modern computer-aided architectural design tool (CARD) the FABEL prototype offers several tools to supply useful cases, adapt cases to current needs, assess design fragments, or generate parts of a building plan. The use of the system and the scope of its support is illustrated. Its hybrid nature and the integration of different tools is commented on. The tools are assessed with respect to their extensibility within the present domain or to other design domains.  相似文献
