采用高温空气燃烧技术的蓄热式加热炉在钢铁企业应用广泛。蓄热室是蓄热式加热炉的重要组成部件,换向时间是加热炉蓄热室的重要操作参数。为了探讨换向时间对蓄热室内温度分布的影响,以鞍钢连轧作业区1号加热炉为原型,搭建了加热炉蓄热室的试验装置。填充了10层蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,开展了换向时间对蓄热室温度变化规律、沿蓄热室长度方向温度梯度变化规律影响的试验研究,分析了换向时间对蓄热室传热性能的影响。研究表明,蓄热室的温度随换向时间的延长呈现周期性变化。随换向时间延长,蓄热室平均温度呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,沿蓄热室长度方向的平均温度梯度先增大后减小。试验用加热炉的最佳换向时间为70 s,对应的热回收率、温度效率和综合传热系数分别为81.6%、91.4%和18.3 W/(m2·℃)。 相似文献

Metallic hollow spheres (MHSs) are developed to be used in structural applications in syntactic and metal foams. These foams are lightweight and energy-absorbing structures which also can be used for acoustic insulation. In this study, the fabrication process of MHSs with optimum mechanical properties has been investigated. To achieve this goal, polystyrene spheres were coated with iron powder and an organic binder. During the multi-stage heat treatment, the green spheres were sintered into MHSs. Sintering was done at various temperatures (1125, 1150, 1175 and 1200°C) at different durations (3:30, 4:30 and 5:30?h). The influence of the different sintering durations and temperatures on mechanical features, microstructure and density was studied as well. The obtained results indicate that samples that were sintered at the temperature of 1175°C for 4:30?h resulted in superior mechanical and physical properties. 相似文献

In order to control the heat saturation time, the temperature field of the regenerators of high temperature air combustion (HTAC) technology after reheating furnace was studied. A one-dimensional unsteady mathematical model was established and discretized through finite difference method. The relationship between the heat saturation time and some factors was determined through the calculation of a program developed by language C. The heat saturation time decreases with the increase of heat convection coefficient, however, the increase of heat capacity, density and radius of regenerator all increase the heat saturation time approximately linearly. 相似文献
