Information availability is a key factor for business success and competitive advantage. While created by design engineers, product structure is accessed and referenced by other users involved in product lifecycle from various departments. However, there is a lack of efficient ways of managing product structure information for enterprise business process integration. This study proposes a unified product structure management model to fill in this gap. With this proposed model, the product structure is managed in a unified way and can be accessed by different people with various disciplines in the right formats throughout the entire product lifecycle, including business processes of quotation, sales order processing, design, planning, scheduling, production, and delivery. This research is part of the enterprise business information management system project whose purpose is to streamline the information management for key business processes to integrate multi-disciplines in an enterprise for product development. A prototype system has been implemented to verify the model developed by taking real cases in a mould-manufacturing company. The results show the potential for substantial improvements in industrial competitive advantage. 相似文献

Although it has been argued that the design of production systems is crucial, there is a general lack of empirical studies analysing and identifying resources and capabilities required for an efficient production system design process. One of these resources is the critical role attributed to design information and one such capability is how the design information is managed. To address this research gap, this paper reports the results from two in-depth case studies in the automotive industry focusing on the management of design information in the production system design process. Our results show that design information management needs to be understood as a multidimensional concept having three dimensions: acquiring, sharing and using design information. By focusing on the three dimensions, six characteristics affecting the management of design information when designing the production system are identified. The characteristics are information type, source of information, communication medium, formalisation, information quality and pragmatic information. 相似文献

具有力觉临场感的遥操作操纵器是主、从遥操作系统重要的人机接口,它可以向远端从机械手传送位置、姿态、速度和力等多种信息,同时可以接收从机械手的力/力矩等信息,为操作者提供力觉临场感。其性能直接影响遥操作系统的透明性、稳定性,提供有效的力觉反馈是其研究、设计的关键。对力觉临场感操纵器设计中位置控制精度、操纵器的动态特性、操纵器的各向同性、稳定性、人体工程学指标等方面的性能要求进行了分析,对其结构形式、各向同性与结构非奇异性等结构设计方面的问题进行了研究,对各种驱动方式的特点进行了比较,并对检测与控制系统结构对于系统性能的影响进行了研究。研究表明,在结构设计时,采用机械上解耦、运行过程中惯性保持不变的机械结构,将使控制算法简化。研究结果对于该类装置的研究与开发具有借鉴作用。 相似文献

The use of engineering procurement construction (EPC) mode is currently a trend in hydropower engineering construction. The clarification of the internal relationship between hydropower EPC projects and the realization of synergy has great significance in improving management efficiency and implementation effect. In this work, a three-dimensional system and a system model of hydropower EPC project management synergy are constructed. The mechanism and factors that influence the degree of management synergy are analyzed on the basis of management synergy theory. Furthermore, the evaluation index system and the degree of synergy model are established, and grey relational analysis is utilized to identify the key factors that affect the synergy degree. Thus, this study aims to facilitate the hydropower EPC project management synergy, provide a quantitative method for synergy degree evaluation, and propose corresponding promotion strategies. Results show that the order degree of each subsystem presents a steady upward trend. Specifically, the order degree of the subsystem at the trial operation stage is low, which is the major restriction on the further improvement of the synergy degree of EPC project management. The key factors in improving the synergy level of hydropower EPC project management are mainly concentrated in the information and organization synergy subsystems, including the construction degree of information platform, the performance of functions, the timeliness of information transfer, and the functions of the information platform. 相似文献

目的 探索情境感知在智慧农机管控系统交互设计中的应用,以期改善传统农机管控系统中信息感知效率低、缺乏智能服务等问题,为用户提供更好的使用体验,并为智慧农业类系统的设计开发提供参考。方法 梳理情境感知理论,总结归纳农机管控系统中的用户情境、作业情境、设备情境、环境情境这四类情境信息,分析其与农机管控系统各层次任务的对应关系,据此提出智慧农机管控系统交互设计策略,并结合用户体验五层次进行设计实施。结论 情境感知理论的运用不仅加强了系统对情境信息的感知能力,还便于深度挖掘用户需求,针对不同的情境服务采取合适的交互形式,既优化了农机作业的管控,又为用户提供精准、高效的服务,提高了系统智能程度和体验性。 相似文献
