KMM／KMS,工控机数采,TDC—3000BASIC组成的计算机监控系统

我厂合成系统原主要使用常规仪表,并配有部分KMM／KMS智能调节器与厂生产调度室TDC－3000BASIC系统通讯联网。随着生产运行周期的增长及规模的扩大,原仪表已不能满足生产的需要,在工厂“改扩建工程中对仪表实施了同步改造。1系统改造方案系统改造时仍保留原配置的KMM／KMS智能调节器及TDC－3000BASIC系统,方案确定为从KMM／KMS智能调节器及LL－PIV低电平过程接口前端并行连接取出信号经数据采集装置后送工控机。这样在合成控制室,由KMM／KMS智能调节器对系统进行调节,由工控机对所有参数进行显示记录管理,部分重要…     

PLC上位机监控软件的开发

为提高硫化机控制水平，采用电阻式触摸平板电脑为上位机与PLC相结合。系统设计主要包括各监控画面的设计和上位机与PLC之间的通信设计，监控主画面设计成包含所有操作员需要了解的数据。实时曲线画面为圆盘型和直线型两种，上位机与PLC之间的通信采用VB6.0编程，实际运行证明状态良好。

Axial thrust of axial flow impellers

This paper presents an analysis of the axial thrust of axial flow high-speed impellers under a turbulent regime of flow of an agitated liquid. The axial thrust is calculated from the measured total axial force affecting the cylindrical fully baffled mixing vessel and from the radial profile of the axial component of the ensemble-averaged mean velocity in the impeller discharge stream. The results of experimentally determined values of the dimensionless criteria (thrust number and momentum number) are successfully compared with the axial thrust of the pitched blade impellers calculated from the theoretically predicted simplified radial profiles of the axial component of the mean velocity in the impeller discharge stream.     

A high-reliability alumina-platinum multilayer system for implantable medical devices

A new Pt-Al₂O₃ multilayer composite system has been developed and validated with an Accelerated Life Test (ALT) to confirm its potential for long-term use in implantable medical devices (IMD). Panels containing over 100 Pt vias were subjected to highly accelerated immersion testing in deionized water at temperatures ranging from 90 to 175°C. Deionized water was employed as it best represents the IMD use environment. Degradation of individual Pt vias was evaluated using fluorescent dye infiltration into the subsurface of the panels. ALT guided refinement of materials and processing to produce a Pt-Al₂O₃ multilayer composite system with promising performance for possible use in implantable devices.     

In-situ monitoring of axial particle mixing in a rotating drum using bulk density measurements

A device is described for measuring changes in the local composition of particulate materials in a rotary mixer by continuously monitoring changes in the bulk density. The bulk density is measured using a small cup mounted to the mixer wall that fills with powder during rotation through the bed of particles in the lower part of the mixer. The mass of material in the cup is measured using a load cell during rotation of the cup above the free surface of the particles, and the cup empties before re-entering the particle bed. For mixing of materials with a difference in either particle density, or packing density, the localised bulk density measurement gives a good measure of mixing progress. The measurement device is demonstrated in a 1 m diameter horizontal rotating drum in which two materials are mixed along the axis of the drum. Measurements of the rate of dispersion along the axis are consistent with other work in inclined rotary kilns and can be fitted with a simple diffusion model for the axial mixing of the two species.     

多级离心给水泵轴向力在线监控系统测力弹性元件的研制

介绍了多级离心给水泵轴向力在线监控系统的测力弹性元件研制。通过有限元分析、静态测试选择了最佳的弹性元件结构 ,确定了合适的电阻应变片贴片位置 ,通过实验获得了弹性元件的动态标定曲线 ,最后根据实验结果得出该测力传感器的各种性能指标。结果表明 ,所设计的传感器完全满足实际生产的要求。

Estimation of axial dispersion in pulsed-plate extraction columns

In this study, a two-region physical model was used to quantitatively estimate axial dispersion in pulsed-plate extraction columns, considering the operating conditions, geometry parameters and the physical properties of the experimental system. The calculated results fit the experimental axial dispersion coefficients well in nine geometries of pulsed-plate columns. This model is of importance to the design and scale-up of pulsed-plate extraction columns.
