本文根据悬臂梁式压电双晶片的动态导纳矩阵 ,提出一种压电材料参数动态测试模型 ,用于测量压电双晶片的几个主要材料参数 :压电应变常数d31、机电耦合系数k31、介电常数εT33、弹性柔顺系数SE11及材料参数的温度特性。本文的这种测量方法不同于通常的由标准试样测量压电材料参数的方法 ,是直接由一种实用元件—压电双晶片 (非标准试样 )测量压电材料的参数。文中详细描述了测试原理、测试步骤及一种实际试样的测试结果。理论与实验结果表明 :这种新的测试方法是可行的。 相似文献

设计了一种工作在非共振状态的新型压电直线电动机.该电机采用双驱动足设计,使用叠层型压电陶瓷作为激振元件.在四路相位差90°的正弦波信号驱动下,两驱动足分别产生椭圆运动交替推动直线导轨作直线运动.实验表明,在一定频率范围内,电机运行速度与工作频率成正比.电机最大无负载速度5.5 mm/s,最大输出推力5 N. 相似文献

针对提高电源的输出质量、容性负载的响应速度等设计要求,设计了一种基于PA78的电压控制型压电陶瓷驱动电源。从理论角度研究了电压控制型驱动电源特点并初步制定了设计方案,以PA78高压功放作为核心器件,对驱动电源的核心电路、直流稳压电路及放电回路等进行设计。在此基础上,对驱动电源电路的稳定性、频响特性等关键性能进行研究。最后搭建了驱动电源测试系统,在容性负载情况下,对驱动电源的线性度、纹波电压等基本性能进行测试和分析,实验结果表明所设计的驱动电源满足设计要求。 相似文献

Two methods are proposed and compared for the measurement of the converse piezoelectric strain constant: A Laser Doppler Vibrometer Technique and a Capacitance Probe. The complete results obtained with the Capacitance Probe device are given for hard and soft PZT samples between 1 Hz - 1 kHz and up to 700 Vp with and without a dc offset bias. The permittivity is also studied under various conditions of electric drive (ac, dc, ac + dc . . .) with the help of a LCR meter and a Schering Bridge. Many analogies between the dielectric non linearities and the piezoelectric one's are observed. In both cases the high field behavior follows the empirical Rayleigh law providing that the dc and ac influences would be separated. 相似文献

The hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient dh of Pb(ZrxTi1 – x)O3 ceramics (PZT), and of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/ 3)O3-PbTiO3 and Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3 (PZN-PT, PYN-PT, respectively) single crystals with compositions near to the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) have been measured using a dynamic hydrostatic method. The effects of DC electric field and static component of hydrostatic stress on dh of PZT ceramics, PZN-PT and PYN-PT single crystals were studied. Changes of the piezoelectric hydrostatic coefficients dh caused by an electric field (DC bias) were observed along with pressure and temperature dependencies. The measurement of the hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient dh seems to be promising for investigation of intrinsic (single domain) and extrinsic (domain-walls) contributions to piezoelectric behavior of single crystals and ceramic materials. 相似文献

Perovskite PZT ceramics are synthesized from stoichiometric oxide ratios of Pb, Zr, and Ti. The oxide powders are mixed mechanically and calcinated, and then sintered to form the desired perovskite phase using conventional solid-state reaction and reactive calcination routes. Highly reactive powders are produced by reacting the materials near the temperature of maximum volumetric expansion. At this point, an almost single phase with relatively high homogeneous structure is obtained. Also, the highly reactive powders allow densification to occur at temperatures as low as 950C without the need to the additions of excess lead oxides. The dielectric properties of the PZT ceramics prepared by reactive calcination route are measured and compared with the conventional route. 相似文献

为提高浪涌保护器(SPD)热稳定测试的效率,采用现场可编程阵列(FP-GA),基于可编程片上系统(SOPC)技术,对SPD热稳仪进行设计与开发。设计了相关控制策略,实现了由变频电源、变压器等器件组成的硬件电路,给出了Nios II处理器的相关配置。利用VB语言开发的上位机系统软件,实现试验流程输入、升降压按钮操作及波形显示和参数计算等功能。应用FPGA作为下位机处理器,实现对热稳定测试流程的控制。样机验证结果表明,电流误差均在±3%,符合设计要求,可为热稳定测试提供按照流程自动变化的恒定交流电流,同时可监测SPD的电压、电流和温度,具有较高的精度和效率。 相似文献
