以所开发的铝合金点焊在线监测系统为基础,构建了在线监测数据库.数据库通过与基于LabVIEW开发环境的在线监测系统相连接,实现了焊点质量特征参数及焊点原始特征信息的实时记录与保存.数据库为用户提供了焊点信息及人员信息的多种查询、管理功能,实现了点焊生产的信息化管理,非常适合航空航天产品的生产管理及该厂的实际情况.数据库信息为在线监测系统提供参数优化数据源,通过均值控制图法实现对在线监测系统焊点质量判定临界阈值的优化.结果表明,数据库的参数优化功能使铝合金点焊在线监测系统达到了较高的判定精度,并已在航空航天产品的点焊生产中得到应用. 相似文献

As a consequence of the increasing aluminum production in Iceland, local processing of aluminum skimmings has become a feasible
business opportunity. A recycling plant for this purpose was built in Helguvik on the Reykjanes peninsula in 2003. The case
of the recycling plant reflects increased concern regarding environmental aspects of the industry. An interesting characteristic
of this plant is the fact that it is run in the same facilities as a large fishmeal production installation. It is operated
by the same personnel and uses—partly—the same equipment and infrastructure. This paper reviews the grounds for these decisions
and the experience of this merger of a traditional fish melting industry and a more recent aluminum melting industry after
6 years of operation. The paper is written by the original entrepreneurs behind the company, who provide observations on how
the aluminum industry in Iceland has evolved since the starting of Alur’s operation and what might be expected in the near

制备了锂硫电池用硫-多壁碳纳米管纳米复合材料,并分别采用气相生长碳纤维(VGCFs)和导电炭黑作为复合正极的导电添加剂,通过形貌表征(SEM)、恒流充放电测试和交流阻抗分析(EIS)研究VGCFs对硫-多壁碳纳米管复合正极的影响。结果表明:采用VGCFs作添加剂的硫-多壁碳纳米管复合电极具有三维网状结构,其首次放电比容量为1254 mA·h/g,40次循环后容量保持在716 mA·h/g。与采用导电炭黑为添加剂的电极相比,采用VGCFs为添加剂的电极具有更高的活性物质利用率和更好的循环稳定性。相互搭接的纤维状VGCFs可形成稳定的导电网络,抑制正极材料及残存放电产物的团聚堆积,维持电极的多孔性,从而改善电池的电化学性能。 相似文献

In this paper, model predictive control (MPC) is used for optimal selection of proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller gains. In conventional tuning methods a history of response error of the system under control in the passed time is measured and used to adjust PID parameters in order to improve the performance of the system in proceeding time. But MPC obviates this characteristic of classic PID. In fact MPC tries to tune the controller by predicting the system's behaviour some time steps ahead. In this way, PID parameters are adjusted before any real error occurs in the system's response. For this purpose, polynomial meta-models based on the evolved group method of data handling neural networks are obtained to simply simulate the time response of the dynamic system. Moreover, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm has been used in a multi-objective Pareto optimisation to select the parameters of the MPC which are prediction horizon, control horizon and relation of weight of Δ u and error, to minimise simultaneously two objective functions that are control effort and integral time absolute error of the system response. The results mentioned at the end obviously declare that the proposed method surpasses conventional tuning methods for PID controllers, and Pareto optimal selection of predictive parameters also improves the performance of the introduced method. 相似文献

以氯化胆碱为促进剂,超细二氧化硅为活化剂,沸石粉为反应助剂,52.5号普通硅酸盐水泥为粘结剂,石英砂为结构增强剂,将上述原料搅拌混匀后,与水按照质量比0.4∶1配置成混凝土用修复剂,涂覆于混凝土试件表面,标准养护后得到自修复混凝土试件。考察了自修复混凝土的抗渗性能和抗盐冻性。结果表明:自修复混凝土的抗渗性和抗盐冻性得到了明显的改善,自修复混凝土的一次抗渗压力和二次抗渗压力均明显高于基准混凝土的,在NaCl溶液中,经冻融循环200次后,自修复混凝土的质量损失率较基准混凝土的减少了45%,其相对动弹模量较基准混凝土的下降趋势更缓。 相似文献

采用Fact Sage软件,对NbC l5-H2-Ar体系化学气相合成纳米金属Nb粉的热力学进行研究并对热力学研究结果进行实验验证。结果表明:在标准大气压下,NbC l5(g)被氢气还原为Nb(s)是一个多步骤反应过程,其间产生大量中间产物(低价氯化物);该反应过程可控制在较低氢气比率(n(NbC l5):n(H2)〈1:180)和较低温度(〈1050℃)下完全进行;适量的惰性载流气体可同时提高NbC l5转化率和粉末收得率。根据热力学计算得到的合成条件为n(NbC l5):n(H2):n(Ar)=1:120:1以及950℃,实验成功制得平均粒径为30-50 nm且粒度分布均匀的纳米金属Nb粉,相应的NbCl5转化率达到96.1%,粉末收得率为85%。 相似文献

As indicated above, we, at the Chiba Works, classify and blend various materials in a rationalized system, so as to produce the most suitable blast furnace burden. Table VIII shows an outline of the equipment and Table IX the performance result.With special reference to No. 1 blast furnace, it has been giving as high a yield as 4.5 net tons per sq ft of the hearth area, without using any special techniques such as high top pressure operation.As for No. 5 blast furnace, which has the world’s largest inner volume, it was blown-in in March this year and has been in an uprating operation with an excellent performance. During the month of July, it marked a yield of 3470 net tons per day.These achievements, we believe, are largely due to our intensified pretreatment system, under which economically obtained iron ore of all kinds of size are so treated as to be used most efficiently at the blast furnace, sintering plant, and pelletizing plant.No less important to this success is the use of bedding system which makes it possible that iron-bearing waste or residue materials generated in small lots from various stages of iron and steelmaking operations at the Chiba Works are turned into large uniformed lots for complete recovery. 相似文献
