Pandemics like COVID-19 have created a spreading and ever-higher healthy threat to the humans in the manufacturing system which incurs severe disruptions and complex issues to industrial networks. The intelligent manufacturing(IM) systems are promising to create a safe working environment by using the automated manufacturing assets which are monitored by the networked sensors and controlled by the intelligent decision-making algorithms. The relief of the production disruption by IM technologies facilitates the reconnection of the good and service flows in the network, which mitigates the severity of industrial chain disruption. In this study, we create a novel intelligent manufacturing framework for the production recovery under the pandemic and build an assessment model to evaluate the impacts of the IM technologies on industrial networks. Considering the constraints of the IM resources, we formulate an optimization model to schedule the allocation of IM resources according to the mutual market demands and the severity of the pandemic. 相似文献

Induction motors (IMs) are commonly used in various industrial applications. To improve energy consumption efficiency, a reliable IM health condition monitoring system is very useful to detect IM fault at its earliest stage to prevent operation degradation, and malfunction of IMs. An intelligent harmonic synthesis technique is proposed in this work to conduct incipient air-gap eccentricity fault detection in IMs. The fault harmonic series are synthesized to enhance fault features. Fault related local spectra are processed to derive fault indicators for IM air-gap eccentricity diagnosis. The effectiveness of the proposed harmonic synthesis technique is examined experimentally by IMs with static air-gap eccentricity and dynamic air-gap eccentricity states under different load conditions. Test results show that the developed harmonic synthesis technique can extract fault features effectively for initial IM air-gap eccentricity fault detection. 相似文献

This paper investigates the current monitoring for effective fault diagnosis in induction motor (IM) by using random forest (RF) algorithms. A rotor bar breakage of IM does not derive in a catastrophic fault but its timely detection can avoid catastrophic consequences in the stator or prevent malfunctioning of those applications in which this sort of fault is the primary concern. Current-based fault signatures depend enormously on the IM power source and in the load connected to the motor. Hence, homogeneous sets of current signals were acquired through multiple experiments at particular loading torques and IM feedings from an experimental test bench in which incipient rotor severities were considered. Understanding the importance of each fault signature in relation to its diagnosis performance is an interesting matter. To this end, we propose a hybrid approach based on Simulated Annealing algorithm to conduct a global search over the computed feature set for feature selection purposes, which reduce the computational requirements of the diagnosis tool. Then, a novel Oblique RF classifier is used to build multivariate trees, which explicitly learn optimal split directions at internal nodes through penalized Ridge regression. This algorithm has been compared with other state-of-the-art classifiers through careful evaluation of performance measures not encountered in this field. 相似文献

结合关联矩阵与设计结构矩阵,提出计算模型的求解顺序规划算法。关联矩阵可以描述计算模型与设计参数之间的关系,设计结构矩阵用来表示计算模型之间的依赖关系。基于少数已知设计参数,通过关联矩阵进行输入输出传播,可确定部分计算模型与相关设计参数的关系,并识别出耦合模型集。对耦合模型集进行解耦,使耦合集内计算模型之间的反馈量最小,通过遗传算法确定耦合集内计算模型的最优求解顺序。将耦合集内的计算模型当作一个宏计算模型,与其他的计算模型形成整体设计结构矩阵;通过对整体设计结构矩阵的下三角化,可得到所有计算模型的求解顺序。通过一个飞机重量计算例子,验证了以上提出的算法。 相似文献

This paper describes a torque ripple reduction technique with constant switching frequency for direct torque control (DTC) of an induction motor (IM). This method enables a minimum torque ripple control. In order to obtain a constant switching frequency and hence a torque ripple reduction, we propose a control technique for IM. It consists of controlling directly the electromagnetic torque by using a modulated hysteresis controller. The design methodology is based on space vector modulation (SVM) of electrical machines with digital vector control. MATLAB simulations supported with experimental study are used. The simulation and experimental results of this proposed algorithm show an adequate dynamic to IM; however, the research can be extended to include synchronous motors as well. The implementation of the proposed algorithm is described. It doesn’t require any PI controller in the torque control loop. The hardware inverter is controlled digitally using a Texas Instruments TMS320F240 digital signal processor (DSP) with composed C codes for generating the required references. The results obtained from simulation and experiments confirmed the feasibility of the proposed strategy compared to the conventional one. 相似文献

由于航空、航天照相要求的分辨力愈来愈高,对像移补偿系统的要求愈来愈高.要求对产生像移速度的诸因素考虑得更为全面,也就是影响像移速度的诸因素的测量精度和像移速度的计算模型要更精确.本文应用坐标变换方法进行了航相机的像移补偿计算.首先归纳了航空航天相机(简称航相机)中像移补偿的原理、技术途径和实现方法.其次给出航相机光学系统和运动形式的齐次坐标变换,实现了像移补偿计算模型的各个基本要素,从而提出了像移补偿计算的一般数学模型,此模型适用于各种航相机的像移速度和像移补偿计算.再次,对应用坐标变换方法进行像移补偿计算作了详细归纳,最后简单讨论了对像移速度矢量公式的简化方法和像移补偿误差计算方法,以期得到满足计算精度的简化表达式.通过计算模型四个环节的变化,可以将此方法应用到各类航相机像移补偿系统. 相似文献

为研究铰链间隙的不确定性对连杆机构输出误差和失效概率的贡献,以舱门机构为例,建立了其多体运动学模型。将机构部件分类为拉压杆和受弯杆,基于“等效杆长理论”,建立了运动精度模型和可靠性模型。分别采用针对输出误差和失效概率的矩独立重要性测度方法,对铰链间隙进行了重要性测度与分析,研究了铰链间隙分布参数的变化对其重要度的影响。计算和分析结果表明,铰链间隙均值的变化对重要度影响较小,标准差的变化对重要度影响较大。减小铰链间隙的标准差,能更为显著地降低其不确定性对机构输出误差和失效概率的贡献。 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to control the speed of heavy duty vehicle (HDV) through angular position of throttle valve. Modified internal model control (IMC) schemes with fuzzy supervisor as an adaptive tuning are proposed to control the speed of HDV. Internal model (IM) plays a key role in design of various IMC structures with robust and adaptive features. The motivation to design an IM is to produce nearly stable performance as of the system itself. Clustering algorithm and Hankel approximation based model order reduction techniques are used for the design of suitable IM. The time domain performance specifications such as overshoot, settling time, rise time and integral error performance indices such as the integral of the absolute error and the integral of the square of error are taken into consideration for performance analysis of HDV for various uncertainties. 相似文献

Due to its very low hardness and atomic number, pure lithium cannot be prepared by conventional methods prior to scanning electron microscopy analysis. Here, we report on the characterization of pure lithium metallic sheets used as base electrodes in the lithium‐ion battery technology using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and X‐ray microanalysis using energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) after the sheet surface was polished by broad argon ion milling (IM). No grinding and polishing were necessary to achieve the sufficiently damage free necessary for surface analysis. Based on EDS results the impurities could be characterized and EBSD revealed the microsctructure and microtexture of this material with accuracy. The beam damage and oxidation/hydration resulting from the intensive use of IM and the transfer of the sample into the microscope chamber was estimated to be <50 nm. Despite the fact that the IM process generates an increase of temperature at the specimen surface, it was assumed that the milling parameters were sufficient to minimize the heating effect on the surface temperature. The work of this paper addresses the study and application of control strategies based on the passivity of a sensorless induction motor (IM) in order to guarantee a high performance operation and to increase reliability at a lower cost. This control approach based on the passivity or the energy formulation is generally simple and physically meaningful. It achieves the control objective by reshaping the system natural energy and then injecting a damping term. A full-order adaptive observer is also considered to estimate the IM rotor flux and mechanical speed. These estimated quantities are then used in the control scheme. The observer gain is synthesized in the way that it minimizes the instability zone in the regenerative mode to a line in the torque–speed plane. The control-observer set is tested on the trajectories of the various operating modes (motor mode, regenerating mode and low speed mode). 相似文献
