研究了用FeSO4取代H2SO4作调整剂从浮选铅锌的尾矿中回收黄铁矿的可能性.将FeSO4加入到浮选铅锌的尾矿中,使受抑制的黄铁矿恢复可浮性.试验表明,当FeSO4用量为15~18 kg/t时,矿浆pH由12.8降到8左右.用乙黄药作捕收剂,可获得的硫精矿品位47.26%,回收率87.88%.该指标与用H2SO4的选别指标相近.  相似文献

某高硫铅锌矿采用高碱优先浮选法, 优先浮选铅锌, 再从铅锌尾矿中回收硫。在铅锌尾矿浓缩过程中产生大量微细粒级尾矿, 这部分尾矿-10 μm粒级产率为71.5%, 硫品位为16.5%, 并且硫主要以黄铁矿形式存在。为有效回收黄铁矿资源, 对该微细粒级尾矿进行了试验研究, 经过一次粗选两次精选一次扫选的开路试验流程, 获得硫品位47.22%、回收率67.51%的硫精矿。  相似文献

新疆某铅锌银铁多金属矿石,含有磁黄铁矿2%,在铅锌银浮选尾矿综合回收磁铁矿的流程中,致使铁精矿硫含量超标。通过对铅锌浮选尾矿选铁除硫试验研究,确定除硫药剂制度为:组合活化剂硫酸368g/t Lc 20g/t,捕收剂丁黄药15g/t DH 5g/t,可以获得全铁品位67.97%,含硫0.19%的铁精矿,磁铁矿中铁回收率达87.64%的优良指标,且除硫药剂成本低廉。  相似文献

某高砷高硫金铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿厂现采用金铅—锌—硫优先浮选工艺,由于原矿中含有大量的磁黄铁矿,恶化了锌浮选效果,导致锌精矿品位低,为了改善锌浮选指标,研究采用弱磁选预先选出磁黄铁矿。为了确定弱磁选的适宜设置地点,进行了入浮原矿、锌浮选原矿、锌浮选尾矿的弱磁选试验,并考查了金、银、铅、锌等有价元素在弱磁选精矿中的损失情况。试验结果表明:锌浮选之前预先选出磁黄铁矿,锌金属损失率较低(8.30%),且弱磁选尾矿中的锌品位可由1.09%富集到1.76%,并可排除磁黄铁矿对锌浮选的干扰,所以在入浮前设置弱磁选作业具有可行性。  相似文献

某高硫铅锌矿石中磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿含量大、铅锌嵌布关系复杂、嵌布粒度细等,以新药剂BK-509和BK-512抑制硫化铁矿物,采用磁选-铅锌依次优先浮选工艺进行了铅、锌、硫分离试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90%的情况下,经1粗1精弱磁选、2粗2扫浮选选铅、铅粗精矿再磨至-0.043 mm占85%情况下4次精选、铅扫选尾矿1粗2扫选锌、锌粗精矿再磨至-0.043 mm占90%情况下4次精选,获得了铅品位为56.71%、回收率为76.85%的铅精矿,锌品位为45.98%、回收率为75.57%的锌精矿。试验的铅、锌精矿指标理想,可作为铅锌回收工艺流程设计的依据。  相似文献

云南某低品位铅锌硫化矿石含铅0.76%、锌2.10%,并伴生少量银,矿石中铅主要以方铅矿形式存在,锌主要以闪锌矿形式存在。为了合理开发该资源,对其进行了选矿工艺研究。结果表明,在-74μm占80%的磨矿细度条件下,采用乙硫氮+丁基黄药作铅的捕收剂、ZnSO4+Na2SO3作锌的抑制剂优先浮选铅,尾矿用硫酸铜活化,用丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选锌,获得了铅品位52.11%、回收率81.56%的铅精矿和锌品位50.73%、回收率89.16%的锌精矿,实现了铅锌分离。  相似文献

对某地区难选磁黄铁矿型铅锌硫化矿开展了铅、锌综合回收工艺试验研究。以新型酯类铅矿物捕收剂ZQ-11与25#黑药组合作铅捕收剂浮选铅矿物,铅浮选尾矿进行磁选脱硫,脱硫尾矿以丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选锌矿物,在原矿铅品位1.84%、锌品位4.53%情况下,闭路试验获得了铅品位62.57%、含锌3.30%、铅回收率89.49%的铅精矿和锌品位43.37%、含铅1.01%、锌回收率85.79%的锌精矿,实现了难选磁黄铁矿型铅锌硫化矿的有效回收。  相似文献

煤系黄铁矿的有效抑制是煤泥浮选脱硫的关键。通过浮选试验和矿物表面分析技术研究过氧化氢(H2O2)和氧化钙(CaO)对煤系黄铁矿的抑制效果强化及作用机理。研究结果表明:单独使用 H2O2 或 CaO 时,在最佳用量条件下,煤系黄铁矿上浮率分别为 15.15% 和 15.45%,当同时加入CaO(2kg/t)及 H2O2(60kg/t)时,煤系黄铁矿上浮率最低为8.97%,说明 H2O2 能强化 CaO 对黄铁矿的 抑 制 作 用。CaO 与黄铁矿作用可产生少量含钙物质(主要是硫酸盐)覆盖于黄铁矿表面,一定程度上降低了黄铁矿的表面疏水性。H2O2 与 CaO 共同作用条件下,黄铁矿表面氧化还原反应加剧,促进表面 Fe—S键断裂和 Fe、S离子的溶出,以及含 Fe氧化产物 Fe2 (SO4)3,Fe(OH)3,Fe2O3 和 含 Ca氧 化 产 物CaSO4,Ca(OH)2 的生成和覆盖,强化对煤系黄铁矿的抑制  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
