针对变位机工作过程中的实际要求,计算得到变位机承受切削力的大小,对变位机用转盘轴承—4点接触球转盘轴承进行有限元模型的建立,并对其进行切削力作用下的谐响应分析,得到该轴承在极限工作位置时,轴承外圈的上表面在X、Y、Z三个方向的频率位移响应曲线,从而确定了危险点的频率,并得到了在此频率下转盘轴承的应力、变形云图,证明了选用轴承具有足够的静刚度和动刚度,计算结果对于变位机的设计开发以及转盘轴承的选用有指导作用。 相似文献

This paper presents an analysis of the main factors affecting the performance of connecting bolts for slewing bearings. For
double row four-point contact ball bearings, major factors include the preload, friction coefficient and height of the bushes.
First, bolt connection performances with different levels of each factor are calculated with the finite element method (FEM).
Then, the calculation results are analyzed with the orthogonal method. The analysis indicates that the preload is the most
important factor affecting the bolt connection performance, followed, to a lesser degree, by the height of the bushes. The

Reliable laboratory simulation of the tribological conditions that lubricated sliding bearings face in the field requires the use of computer assisted test procedures. The example of lubricated plastic bearings given here illustrates the use of relational database systems combined with automated data analysis, and shows its relevance for practical applications. To predict the functioning of lubricated platic bearings, a multiple of test procedures and laboratory methods are necessary due to the large variety of synthetic lubricants and the multiple of plastics. Each test procedure generates a considerable amount of individual data. From these data, the information relevant for each particular application must be extracted. This procedure can be speeded up by using a database, and indeed some of it is only possible with the use of a database. This database acts as the central place for data collection. By using specific commands, with actual parameters acting as filters, the necessary information can be retrieved. The efficiency of tribological testing and its immediate relevance for the field is thereby greatly enhanced. 相似文献

The effects of journal misalignment on the static properties of capillarycompensated hydrostatic journal bearings are investigated theoretically. It is demonstrated that misalignment reduces the stiffness as well as the load capacity and that the amounts of reduction are substantial when the value of the slope δ is greater than 0.2. The results of the analysis are applied to bearings with any number of recesses. Good agreement between theoretical and experimental results for the loci of the shaft centre and the stiffness is obtained. 相似文献
