纳米颗粒表面Zeta电位对颗粒的分散稳定性影响很大.本文研究了包覆SiO2前后的纳米TiO2在不同pH值条件下、不同溶剂(水、乙二醇、乙醇)以及不同离子浓度情况下的Zeta电位变化,并用质子迁移理论进行分析,为制备稳定的分散体系提供一定的理论指导. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2以及稀土元素(Ce、Nd、Pr、Sm)掺杂纳米TiO2粉体.采用透射电镜(TEM)表征粉体形貌,MARVEN NANO ZS-90仪器测试粉体Zeta电位。结果表明:制备粉体属于纳米级别;在pH值2~11范围内,Pr、Sm、Nd掺杂与纯纳米TiO2 Zeta电位-pH曲线形状大致相同,相对于纳米TiO2的Zeta电位-pH曲线,Pr、Sm掺杂曲线右移,等电点增大;Nd掺杂曲线左移,等电点减小。Ce掺杂未出现等电点,在pH值2~11范围内,其Zeta电位始终为负值,在pH值相同时,5%Ce-TiO2 Zeta电位绝对值〉1%Ce-TiO2、2.5%Ce-TiO2. 相似文献

以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为起始原料、Na5P3O10和Na3PO4·12H2O分别为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了CeO2纳米八面体和纳米棒,并且对Na5P3O10和Na3PO4·12H2O不同体系中pH值的影响作了分析研究。通过XRD、FESEM、TEM等方法对CeO2纳米棒和纳米八面体样品分析结果表明,在Na5P3O10和Na3PO4·12H2O系统中,初始时CeO2八面体与纳米棒共存,但随着水热时间的延长,在Na5P3O10体系中以CeO2八面体成为主要产物,而在Na3PO4·12H2O体系中以CeO2纳米棒为主要产物;在pH值约为2的条件下,两系统中均只有纳米棒生成。研究得出,Na5P3O10水解产生的HPO2-4是CeO2纳米八面体形成的主要原因,而Na3PO4·12H2O水解产生的H2PO-4是纳米棒形成的主要原因。 相似文献

Zeta potential of soils with surfactants and its relevance to electrokinetic remediation 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
There are numerous studies on the application of electrokinetic decontamination technique to remediate heavy metal contaminated fine-grained soils. In recent studies, surfactants have been used to increase the efficiency of contaminant removal. However, there is limited data available on how physicochemical parameters such as zeta potential (ζ) of soils changes in the presence of surfactants. Understanding the ζ potential variations of soils with surfactant addition is important because it controls the direction and magnitude of electro-osmotic permeability, which plays important role on the efficiency of electrokinetic remediation. In this study, ζ potentials of kaolinite, montmorillonite and quartz powder with Li+, Ca+2, Cu+2, Pb+2 and Al+3 in the presence of anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants were determined. The results indicate that anionic surfactants produce negative ζ potentials. The other surfactants produce both positive and negative ζ potentials depending on soil type and ion present in the system. The results also indicate that the ζ potential of kaolinite and quartz powder with surfactants showed similar trends; however, the absolute magnitude of the ζ potential of quartz powder is higher than that of kaolinite. The ζ potential of montmorillonite commonly shows a different trend from those of kaolinite and quartz powder. Based on the test results, it is recommended that ζ potential of soils be determined before the electrokinetic decontamination in order to maximize the efficiency of the technique. 相似文献

高性能的复合粉体是制备纳米复相陶瓷材料的关键.采用醇-水溶液加热法结合共沉淀过程制备纳米Al2O3/ZrO2复合粉体,研究了不同沉淀剂对粉体团聚的影响,利用透射电镜、X射线衍射、热重-差热分析、比表面积测定等技术对获得的纳米复合粉体进行了表征.结果表明:采用NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂可以得到几乎无团聚的碱式碳酸盐前驱物,该前驱物在煅烧过程中的物相变化显示四方相氧化锆(t-ZrO2)的形成温度大幅度地提高,同时在较低温度下生成了α-Al2O3,在1 100℃转变为t-ZrO2相和α-Al2O3相;粉体中两相颗粒分散良好、粒径一致、无硬团聚,其平均粒径为15~20 nm,比表面积为69.5 m2·g-1. 相似文献

采用共沉淀-高温固相烧结法,控制合成条件,以不同的沉淀剂(Na2CO3、NaOH)制备出正极材料。通过XRD、SEM及电池测试系统对不同沉淀剂制备的正极材料进行结构、形貌和电化学性能的表征,对比两者存在的优缺点。研究结果表明,以NaOH为沉淀剂制备的正极材料有更好的层状结构,形貌也更好,充放电性能和倍率性能也较好。其首次放电比容量达到了187.9mAh/g,最高可达196.2mAh/g,50次充放电循环后,容量保持率为81.6%;以Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备的正极材料的放电比容量较低,但容量保持率较高,为85.3%。 相似文献

本文通过Zeta电位和流变性能的测量,研究了pH值及聚合物电解质对纳米Y-TZP粉体浆料分散的影响。结果表明,Y-TZP的Zeta曲线呈正弦波形式,在等电点附近,浆料易产生聚沉,在强酸强碱性条件下也不利于浆料的分散。综合考虑Zeta电位、沉降高度及粘度等流变行为,认为高Zeta电位是获得稳定浆料的必要条件,加入DarvanC(聚甲基丙烯酸氨)可显著提高浆料的Zeta电位及碱性条件下的稳定性,通过运用静电位阻稳定机理,可获得分散良好的浆料。 相似文献

The influence of the shape and size of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the alignment of multi-wall CNTs was investigated. A CNT suspension with polyethylenimine (PEI) added as a dispersant showed stable dispersion. Stable CNT dispersion had a relatively high zeta potential value compared with poor dispersion. In addition, a strong magnetic field of 12 T was applied to the CNT suspension to investigate the alignment behavior of the CNTs. Good alignment of the CNTs according to the direction of the magnetic field was obtained. The degree of alignment depended on the shape and size of the CNTs, with the thick, straight CNTs showing better alignment than the thin, curved CNTs. 相似文献
