本文提出并设计了一种具有微圆锥形结构的膜,用于改善反射式彩色液晶显示器的色度和视角。模拟计算结果表明,这种膜可以准直从锥形底部入射的光,向前散射由锥形顶部入射的光。作为应用实例,我们分析了微圆锥形结构膜对反射式干涉彩色滤光膜视角特性的影响,其作用十分显著。由于微锥膜的作用不依赖于液晶器件层,所以对多种模式的反射式彩色液晶显示器都是有效的。 相似文献

为了适应未来红外焦平面探测器系统小型化、集成化和高精度的发展要求,采用了热蒸发方法分别在InP衬底和InGaAs探测器上实现了中心波长为1.38μm滤光膜的片上集成。利用偏光显微镜、原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及红外傅里叶光谱(FTIR)等实验手段研究了滤光膜的表面界面形貌和光学性能,结果显示,滤光膜为法布里-珀罗三谐振腔结构,与膜系设计一致;滤光膜中心波长为1.38μm,透射率在60%左右。对集成滤光膜InGaAs器件的电学和光学性能测试分析表明,滤光膜制备工艺对器件的电流电压特性和噪声基本没有影响;而集成滤光膜器件的响应要优于滤光膜分离器件的性能。 相似文献

We investigate theoretically and experimentally transmission color filters using silicon subwavelength gratings on quartz substrates. Each grating area is 120$mu$ m-square, which is suitable pixel size for displays and multichannel detectors. In the fabrication, electron beam lithography and fast atom beam etching are used. The grating periods are 400, 350, and 440 nm for the red, green, and blue filters, respectively. The transmission spectrum obtained from a coupling between an incident light and the submicrometer periodic grating matches with human color perception. The transmittances of 71.1%, 58.1%, and 59.3% are obtained for the red, green, and blue filters, respectively. 相似文献

Large area image sensors made with semiconducting polymers are demonstrated to have true-color resolution (24-bits). The red, green and blue color primaries are achieved by coupling a set of color filters with the polymer sensor; the color-sensing pixels are fabricated from a single polymer with photoresponse that covers the visible spectral range from 400 to 700 nm. A process for recovering the image from the pixelated photocurrent data is developed; the image recovery process is general and applicable to image arrays with power-law light intensity dependence and with finite pixel dark current. The ordered color filter arrays (CFA) used in single-sensor, color digital still cameras introduce distracting color artifacts. These artifacts are due to the phase-shifted, aliased signals introduced by the sparse sampling by the CFAs. This work reports the results of an investigation on the possibility of using random patterns as a CFA for single-sensor, digital still cameras. From a single blue noise mask pattern, three mutually exclusive, random CFAs are constructed representing the red, green, and blue color filters. An edge adaptive method, consisting of missing-pixel edge detection and boundary-sensitive interpolation is employed to reconstruct the entire image. Experiments have shown that the random CFA alleviates the problem of the low-frequency color banding associated with ordered arrays. This method also has the advantage of better preserving color-free, sharp neutral edges and results in less deviation-from-neutral on high-frequency, monochrome information. 相似文献

A new method for detecting and suppressing impulsive noise in color images is presented in this paper. The proposed method is a type of switching vector filters, where the impulse detection is based on the order-statistic information about the color samples in the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions. The new solution first uses quaternion-based representation of color differences and median deviation-based techniques to search for the edge direction with the maximum number of similar pixels, and then utilizes the samples aligning with this edge direction to judge whether the current pixel is noisy or not and control the switching between identity (no filtering) and vector median filtering actions. Extensive experimental comparisons exhibit the validity of the proposed approach by showing significant performance improvements over other well-known color image filtering techniques. 相似文献

The quality of color correction is dependent on the filters used to scan the image. This paper introduces a method of selecting the color filters using a priori information about the viewing illuminants. Color correction results using the derived filters are compared with color correction results using filters that are optimal for individual viewing and recording illuminants. The comparison is performed using the CIE PEL (L*a*b*) perceptual color difference measure. Applications of this work are found in the design of scanners, copiers, and television systems. 相似文献
