Investigation was made of the sputtering rate in glow discharge lamp with relaion toconstituent of 25 different specimens of 6 binary systems.namely,Cr-Fe,Bi-Sb,Cu-Zn,Ag-Cu,Al-Zn and Cd-Sn.by measuring mass loss sfter each sputtering under constantAr pressure and voltage applicd.The correlation.in general,between sputtering rate andconcentration of constituent of these non-intermetallic binary alloys obeys the hyperboliclaw under steady state,that may be approximately regarded as linear correlation only oncertain special condition if the two components of the alloys with similar sputte ringrates. 相似文献

研究了纯铜表面双层辉光离子渗钛合金层及纯铜在空气中的高温氧化行为,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析氧化层的相组成并讨论了氧化机理.结果表明:纯铜渗钛后不仅提高了抗氧化能力,而且氧化行为及氧化层的结构也发生了变化.未渗钛的纯铜700℃氧化100h相组成为Cu2O和CuO,而Cu—Ti合金层主要为致密均匀的TiO2氧化层.氧化动力学曲线为抛物线类型. 相似文献

研究了双层辉光放电条件下镍基合金Inconel625的阴极溅射行为,结果表明:多组元镍基合金由于各组元溅射率不同,产生择优溅射现象。Mo,Nb等低溅射率元素在阴极表面富集,Ni,Cr等高溅射率元素在阴极表面贫化,使阴极表面发生相变,形成含Mo,Nb奋斗高的金属间化合物析出相P相和Laves相,随着阴极溅射电压的增加,阴极合金元素溅射率增加;并且随着阴极温度升高,阴极溅射率也随之增加。 相似文献

对均匀二元合金的表面进行机械清洁处理,得到元素深度分布为已知的试样,并对这样的试样做了离子剥离逐层分析.试验结果表明,Auger-离子剥离逐层分析得到的元素分布不能精确地反映元素的真实分布.除因选择性剥离造成的稳定态浓度偏离体浓度外,有时还在近表面处出现一个元素“贫乏层”(或富集层).本文也对引起逐层分析曲线“失真”的原因及用这种方法做逐层分析时应注意的问题做了简单说明. 相似文献

采用重量损失、扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱等方法对镁合金化学镀镍预处理的表面状况进行了研究。结果表明,镁合金在碱性除油和活化阶段由于表面上Mg(OH)2和MgF2膜层的形成,受到的腐蚀很小。不同配方的酸性浸蚀溶液导致不同的腐蚀程度和表面形貌,浸蚀后表面形成的含CrOOH的膜层在活化后消失。 相似文献

A new net-shape cathode sputtering target which has a simple structure and a high sputtering was put forward. The multiple-structure made of alloying and coating layers of tantalum was achieved on the surface of TC4 (Ti6AI4V) using this method in double glow surface alloying process. The tantalized samples were investigated by SEM, XRD and electrochemical corrosion method .Results show the complicated tissue of pure tantalizing layer and diffusion layer was successfully formed on the surface of TC4 with the method of net-shape cathode glow discharge, which further improved the corrosion-resistance of TC4 and formed good corrosion-resistant alloys. 相似文献

研究了两种不锈钢和两种镍基合金在模拟超临界水法快速降解废旧塑料制品环境中的耐腐蚀性,采用SEM观察表面腐蚀形貌.实验结果表明,4种材料在320℃去离子纯水和0.1MOl/L的NaCl介质溶液中,经过96h暴露实验,均匀腐蚀增重率由高到底的顺序均分别为:304L,AL6XN,Inconel718,Alloy671.Cl-离子的出现显著加剧了304L和AL6XN的均匀腐蚀,且导致轻微点蚀;对两种镍基合金的均匀腐蚀影响较轻,但导致Inconel718发生明显点蚀,而Alloy671材料表现出良好的耐蚀性,用EDXS和XPS分析,发现Inconel718发生严重的Ni选择性溶解腐蚀,Alloy671表面的Cr2O3对材料起到了良好的保护作用.Alloy671可用作高压釜反应器的制造材料 相似文献

采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术,在纯铜表面形成均匀的渗钛层.对离子渗钛试样和纯铜试样在400℃和700℃进行了高温氧化对比实验,分别给出了它们的氧化动力学曲线,用扫描电子显微镜观察分析氧化表面形貌,结果表明纯铜表面离子渗钛后提高了高温抗氧化的性能,降低了氧化速率,离子渗钛层的氧化膜致密,对继续氧化有阻碍作用。 相似文献

采用等离子合成TiN渗镀层方法,在碳钢表面形成TiN沉积层+含TiN的扩散层组织,Ti和N原子由表及里呈梯度分布,表面是均匀、致密的TiN胞状组织,显微硬度在20 GPa~25 GPa之间;沉积层与基体之间有一扩散过渡区,结合力好,无剥落现象.X射线衍射结果表明:渗镀层表面为TiN层,(200)晶面的衍射峰最强,具有明显的择优取向.将TiN渗镀试样与不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和Q235钢在1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中进行电化学腐蚀对比实验表明:TiN渗镀层的耐蚀性能比不锈钢和Q235钢基体分别提高了1.4和4.2倍.

用反应磁控溅射的方法制备了MgO薄膜,基于原子力显微镜观测,并借助Fourier变换,计算了薄膜表面形貌的分形维数。发现分形维数变化对应于薄膜溅射模式的变化,二者之间有相关性,氧分压30%的分形维数是一个临界点,分形维数若发生明显跌落,意味着溅射模式发生变化,界于临界值两侧的分形维数,分别对应两种截然不同的溅射模式,与临界值对应的溅射状态则处于金属模式和氧化物模式的混和状态。 相似文献

电解充氢实验表明,随充氢时间的延长,ZL107合金试样中的含氢量增多,力学性能(尤其是抗拉强度)下降.但ZL102个别试样出现随充氢时间延长,含氢量反而降低的反常现象.初步分析认为,这与表面粗糙度有关.用机械加工制备了几种表面粗糙度Ra值不同的ZL102合金试样,在设定条件下作电解弃氢.结果表明,试样表面粗糙度的确影响充氢行为.随试样表面粗糙度值增加,其含氢量有相应增加的倾向. 相似文献

An approach for the thermodynamics of the thermoelastic martensitic transformation in β-Cu base alloys is suggested.Driving forces for martensitic transformation,T_0 and M_s tempera- tures in Cu-Zn,Cu-Al and Cu-Zn-Al alloys were calculated and the calculated M_s are in good agreement with the experimental ones.Ordering of the parent phase lowers M_s(T_0)in Cu-Zn and Cu-Zn-Al alloys,but raises M_s(T_0)in Cu-Al alloys.Two methods for the es- timation of the critical driving force for the thermoelastic martensitic transformation are also introduced. 相似文献
