过程成像技术是近十多年来发展起来的一种新型过程检测技术,可以广泛应用于石油、化工、电力及冶金等行业中的两相流测量。本文结合清华大学自动化系过程成像小组研制的电容成像系统,介绍了电容成像技术的发展和现状,包括电容成像基本原理、微电容测量电路和图像重建算法等。论文给出了现有系统在小型流化床模拟装置上进行测量和连续图像重建的实验结果,并进行了分析。此外,论义对电容成像技术今后的发展作出了展望。  相似文献

在水利信息化的进程中,闸门安全、可靠的自动控制一直都是关注的焦点。针对闸门自动控制系统的控制需求,提出了基于远地控制层、集中控制层和现地控制层的三层控制体系结构,并采用先进的PLC以及现场总线技术加以实现,避免了传统集中控制带来的风险。该系统已经在通济堰渠首取水工程闸门工程中投入使用,取得了良好的运行效果。  相似文献

This paper develops a taxonomy of information technology strategies used by third-party logistics (3PL) firms in China based on a cluster analysis of survey data from 105 of these 3PL firms. The information technology strategies have been classified into three major groups: supportive, technological, and aligned. The paper also investigates the effect of information technology strategies on information technology advantage, competitive advantage, and financial performance. The results of the study indicate that efforts to improve information technology systems can only be effective if the information technology improvements are properly aligned with a company's overall strategy. It is found that companies that attempt to improve their information technology systems without the proper alignment of information technology with the company's overall strategy can achieve information technology advantages relative to their competitors, but not competitive advantages or improved financial performance. This study is the first attempt to develop an information technology strategy taxonomy for 3PL companies in China. It provides valuable guidance and insights for managers in the development of information technology strategies in 3PL companies.  相似文献

Investigations were conducted of new and emerging technologies for the disposal of hazardous wastes. These methods involve new technologies or a recent variation on an established one. In addition, a survey was made of potential users of hazardous waste information. The need for a data base for emerging hazardous waste techonologies and/or a newsletter was evaluated. Information on the emerging technologies was acquired by computerized search, library searching, and personal contacts. The emerging technologies discussed include molten salt combution, fluidized bed incineration, high energy electron treatment of trace organic compounds in aqueous solution, the catalyzed wet oxidation of toxic chemicals, dehalogenation of compounds by treatment with ultraviolet (UV) light and hydrogen, UV/ chlorinolysis of organics in aqueous solution, the catalytic hydrogenation-dechlorination of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and ultraviolet/ozone destruction. Theory, specific wastes treated, and economics are discussed.The major technologies investigated in details were molten salt combustion, fluidized bed incineration, and ultra-violet/ozone destruction.Among the waste treated by emerging technologies are PCBs, various Dioxins, pesticides and herbicides, chemical warfare agents, explosives and propellants, nitrobenzene, and hydrazine plus its derivatives.This document encompasses a target audience ranging from laymen to natural scientists. The information presented here was derived solely for application to hazardous wastes. Readers requiring more specific information about theory and the economics of start-up plus operating and maintenance costs for technologies that may by applied to a specific hazardous waste not discussed in this report are referred to the literature cited in this report and to documents about state-of-the-art situations for a particular technology.  相似文献

This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework for real-time production planning and control(PPC).Firstly,we discuss the most prominently applied contemporary information and communication technologies for PPC.Enterprise resource planning(ERP) systems that integrate the value chain in an enterprise,manufacturing execution systems that manage and control the production on shopfloor,and advanced planning and scheduling(APS)systems that develop solutions for complex planning problems are the planning and control systems that have been analyzed.We emphasize the application of radio frequency identification as the most advanced and promising emerging real-time data capture technology that is currently available to manufacturers.Having analyzed the features and shortcomings of the individual systems perse,and by considering the advantages that may be realized through effective integration of these otherwise discrete systems,we propose a framework for real-time PPC.  相似文献

Abstract

Acidic ferric ion, an effective and important oxidizing agent for mineral leaching, is usually produced by direct dissolution of the corresponding salts into the solution or can be prepared in‐situ or in separate aerated batch reactors by chemical oxidation of iron sulfide through a number of different processes. The purpose of this paper is to present the idea and the results of generating the useful ferric leaching medium by bacterial oxidation of pyrite under the commercial leaching conditions in an underground copper mine. The information presented deals mainly with factors promoting the continuous oxidation of pyrite by iron‐oxidizing bacteria and the related factors influencing the extraction of copper from the enargite. This is the first attempt to produce a ferric leaching medium in an underground mine by a microbiological process. The generation technology and engineering layout are also discussed.  相似文献
