用计算流体动力学(CFD)的数值方法,采用RSM模型对油水分离用液一液水力旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟。单相流场的模拟结果表明,旋流器内的流场结构是强旋转和非对称的三维结构,因而对旋流器的研究(无论是数值模拟还是实验测量)必须是基于三维的;旋流器上游区内流体紊流现象严重,两侧有循环流存在,这都对两相分离不利,应改进结构以改变这种流动形式;其模拟结果与他人实验结果吻合较好,说明该湍流模型和算法是可靠的。另外还对油一水两相流场进行了研究,初步揭示了液一液两相分离的现象,这都为进一步研究旋流器特性参数对分离效率的影响和旋流器的结构优化提供了参考。 相似文献

采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对油水分离用水力旋流器进行了数值模拟,模拟出了循环流和短路流现象,得到了内部流场的轴向速度、径向速度和切向速度的分布规律;模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,说明该湍流模型和计算方法的选取是正确的;另外,针对油相体积分数为2%,油滴粒径为40μm的混合介质进行分析,得出了油水二相的体积分数分布。在旋流器的轴心处油相体积分数最大,最大处混合介质中含油体积分数高达98.9%;在壁面附近体积分数很小,说明该水力旋流器的分离效果较好。通过数值模拟为进一步研究水力旋流器内部流场的分布和结构优化设计奠定了基础。 相似文献

An Eulerian‐Eulerian three‐dimensional CFD model was developed to study the effect of different inlet designs on deoiling hydrocyclone separation efficiency. Reynolds averaged Navier Stokes and continuity equations were applied to solve steady turbulent flow through the cyclone with the Reynolds stress model. In addition, the modified drag correlation for liquid‐liquid emulsion with respect to the Reynolds number range and viscosity ratio of two phases was used and the simulation results were compared with those predicted by the Schiller‐Naumann correlation. Pressure profile, tangential and axial velocities and separation efficiency of the deoiling hydrocyclone were calculated for four different inlet designs and compared with the standard design. The simulation results for the standard design demonstrate an acceptable agreement with reported experimental data. The results show that all new four inlet designs offer higher efficiencies compared to the standard design. The difference between the efficiency of the LLHC, of the new inlets and the standard design can be improved by increasing the inlet velocity. Furthermore, the simulations show that the separation efficiency can be improved by about 10 % when using a helical form of inlet. 相似文献

Rapeseed Wet Gum as a Direct Source of High Quality Lecithin The acetone deoiling and dehydration processes of rapeseed wet gum were investigated for deoiled lecithin preparation. The yield, the deoiling efficiency and the quality of lecithins obtained from wet gum were compared with those prepared from the commercial raw lecithin. Besides, the extraction parameters were also discussed. Basing on the performed investigations it could be summarized that the deoiling and dehydration processes are more effective when the lecithin wet gum is used. The quality of deoiled lecithin prepared from wet gum is also better than that obtained from other commercial raw materials. 相似文献

One stage fractional crystallization and solvent percolation techniques have been used to separate different grades of paraffin waxes; with different characteristics; from El-Ameria light, middle and heavy slack waxes. The two deoiling techniques were performed using ethyl acetate and butyl acetate solvents at ambient temperature of 20 °C, at different dilution solvent ratios (S/F by weight) ranging from 2:1 to 8:1 and constant washing solvent ratio of 2:1 for the first technique and at different percolation solvent ratios ranging from 4:1 to 14:1 for the second one. The resulting data revealed that fractional crystallization technique is more suitable for deoiling the heavy slack wax using butyl acetate solvent than the percolation technique. While, percolation technology is a preferable technique using ethyl acetate or butyl acetate solvent for separation of paraffin waxes from light and middle slack waxes. 相似文献
