In this study, we present a new topology for realizing a grounded inductor employing only a single current conveyor, called a negative‐type modified inverting second‐generation current conveyor (MICCII‐), and a minimum number of passive components, two resistors, and one capacitor. The non‐ideality effects of the MICCII‐on a simulated inductor are investigated. To demonstrate the performance of the presented inductance simulator, we use it to construct a third order Butterworth high‐pass filter and a parallel resonant circuit. Simulation results are given to confirm the theoretical analysis. 相似文献

A novel transimpedance-mode first-order all-pass filter configuration is proposed. It uses a single operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA) and few passive components. The proposed circuit is structurally all-pass that does not impose any component matching condition. The proposed circuit is insensitive to parasitic input capacitances and input resistances due to the internally grounded input terminals of the OTRA. It provides an alternative realization of phase equalizers for analog signal processing applications by providing also current-to-voltage conversion. This paper presents a possible usage of the voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) for the design of an electronically tunable single-input five-output voltage-mode universal filter. The presented filter is constructed using two VDTAs, two capacitors and two resistors that are all grounded. The circuit simultaneously realizes lowpass (LP), bandpass (BP), highpass (HP), bandstop (BS) and allpass (AP) filtering responses, without changing the circuit topology. The circuit is capable of providing an independent electronic control of the natural angular frequency (ω 0) and the quality factor (Q) through the transconductance gains of the VDTAs. By simply adjusting the transconductance ratio, a high-Q filter can also be obtained. Because of the high-input impedance of the circuit, it is advantageous for cascade connection. To support the theoretical analysis, the properties of the designed filter have been verified by PSPICE simulation results. 相似文献

To produce a filter small enough to fit a 2-in wafer in the very high frequency (VHF) band while avoiding parasitic cross coupling among nonadjacent resonators, a novel quasi-lumped element resonator with interdigital capacitor, double-spiral inductor, and pad capacitor have been introduced. This resonator has not only a highly miniature structure but also a very weak far-field radiation. A ten-pole quasi-elliptic filter with group-delay equalization, which has a 7.1-MHz 1-dB passband and a center frequency of 257.5 MHz, is designed and fabricated on a 37.3 x mm x 30.1 x mm x 0.5 x mm LaAlO3 substrate. The measured results showed a 0.24-dB insertion loss, a 15-dB return loss, and a 70-dB out-of-band rejection. Moreover, the group delay variation is less than 50 ns over 70% of the 1-dB passband and the band where the phase error ripple is within plusmn5deg is more than 80% of the 1-dB passband. The overall experimental performance showed excellent agreement with the theory and simulation, which is a good proof of the advantage of our weak far-field radiation resonator. The result showed that the novel resonator is very suitable to fabricate narrowband ultrahigh frequency, VHF, or even lower frequency high-temperature superconductor filters on a 2-in wafer. 相似文献

提出了一个用阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)实现的毫米波超宽带(UWB)滤波器。滤波器的基本单元是一个由半波长微带线谐振器和SIR组成的三模谐振器。该谐振器采用SIR结构,从而达到阻带宽、结构紧凑,且能很好地改善带外抑制。为了进一步改善阻带特性,该三模谐振器与半波长谐振器平行耦合形成新型的滤波器。该滤波器有多个传输极点和传输零点,形成陡峭的通带边缘特性和很宽的阻带。实验测得滤波器的-3 dB相对带宽为35.7%,通带内的插入损耗约为-1.7 dB。插入损耗低于-17 dB的高频端阻带可到76 GHz。滤波器的仿真结果和测试结果基本吻合。 相似文献

In this paper, two universal building blocks for complex filter using CCIIs, CFCCIIs, grounded resistors and grounded capacitors are presented. These can be used to realize various complex bandpass filters with arbitrary order. The paper shows that the response error of the proposed circuit caused by nonideality of active components is more easily compensated than that of the conventional one employing op-amps, and that the sensitivities for all components are relatively small. 本文提出了一种新型并联混合型有源滤波器的拓扑,新型拓扑通并联谐 振抑制流过无源网络的基波无功电流,减小了有源滤波器承担的基波电流。同时在此拓扑基础上讨论了它的控制策略,在此控制策略下,有源滤波器不承担基波电矿井,且只承担很小的基波电流,因此有源滤波器的容量达到了最小,本文分析了并联谐振对无源网络阻抗的影响,并对此分析了控制策略在传统拓扑和新型拓扑下对有源滤波器容量的影响,最后通过仿真证明了结论的正确性。 相似文献

In this paper, a versatile three‐input five‐output universal capacitor‐grounded voltage‐mode filter is proposed. The circuit employs two differential voltage current conveyors as active elements together with two grounded capacitors and four resistors as passive elements. The proposed configuration can be used as either a single‐input five‐output or three‐input two‐output. Unlike the previously reported works, it can simultaneously realize five different generic filtering signals: lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandreject, and allpass. It still maintains the following advantages: (i) the employment of all grounded capacitors, (ii) no need to employ inverting‐type input signals, (iii) no need to impose component choice, (iv) orthogonal control of the resonance angular frequency ωo and the quality factor Q, and (v) low active and passive sensitivity performances. 相似文献
