改革开放以来,广东经历了快速的工业化和城镇化进程,经济总量实现跨越式发展。文中基于1978年~2019年广东经济和能源统计数据,分析了能源消费需求与经济增长关系的阶段性演变特征,能源-经济发展关系从最初能源供应相对滞后、能源供需趋紧阶段(1978年~1995年)进入到粗放型增长模式阶段(1996年~2005年),2006年至今处于经济、能源、环境协调发展的转型阶段。在当前我国转向高质量发展阶段,广东省对能源消费刚性需求和能源效率提升提出了更高的要求,广东省应加速构建以新能源和可再生能源为主体的现代能源体系,促进产业结构调整和经济的绿色低碳循环发展转型,为2060年前争取实现碳中和目标做出深度贡献。 相似文献

资源环境约束已成为制约能源发展的重要因素。受地区间经济增长方式与速度、能源消费结构与水平、资源禀赋以及环境承载力等差异影响,为保证经济社会发展目标的顺利实现,迫切需要对省级区域能源需求与清洁化发展形势开展深入研究。基于LEAP模型,将地区经济社会发展与大气污染防治结合,构建了一套针对省级区域开展中长期能源供应保障与清洁化研究的方法体系,并应用到安徽省中长期能源发展思路研究中,建议安徽地区拓展煤炭输入渠道、积极发展本地可再生能源、加强电网建设增强区外受电能力、积极推进电能替代强化节能减排,以保证能源供应和提高消费清洁化水平,实现经济社会的可持续发展。 相似文献

欧洲能源政策的目标是力求在不增加能源供应总量的前提下保持经济持续发展,保障能源供应安全、加强环境保护和提高经济竞争力。在管理体制上建立了负责能源政策研究、制订、实施和监督的专门机构。最重要的措施是节能和发展可再生能源,重点领域包括建筑节能、企业节能、热电联产和可再生能源。欧洲可持续能源政策对我国的能源发展有一定借鉴意义,我们的能源政策应在保障满足经济和社会发展需要的同时,提高能源效率,发展清洁能源,加强能源与环境的协调,并在体制上为可持续能源战略的实施消除障碍。另外,还应考虑建立清洁能源基金等措施为可持续能源政策的实施提供资金保障。 相似文献

能源投资是能源供应物质体系形成的基础。改革开放以来大规模的能源投资推动了能源产量的快速增长,使我国在20世纪90年代中期结束了能源供应总量长期短缺的局面,但是近年来能源投资与能源需求不协调的问题再次出现。本文首先分析了我国能源投资规模、结构的发展与现状,研究了能源投资与经济周期、产业结构的关系以及重化工业加速发展以来出现的能源投资与能源消费失衡的问题,最后提出推进能源投资和能源建设的政策建议。 相似文献

改革开放30年来,广东省已成为中国经济最发达的地区之一,经济的快速发展和大规模城市化建设也给能源供应和环境保护带来巨大压力。为了保障能源的充足供应和环境、经济的可持续发展,有必要从能源供给、转换、消费等方面对广东省能源平衡的全过程进行分析。根据2007年广东省能源平衡表.绘制出2007年广东省能流图。广东省能源消费中化石能源比重偏高,以煤炭、石油和天然气为主。而资源丰富的可再生能源比重偏低;能源消费总量增长迅速,对外依存度高,能源安全保障难度高;化石能源消费还带来了环境恶化和气候变化;火力发电效率与先进国家相比还有提高的空间。广东省工业部门消耗的能源最多,其次是交通运输和仓储邮政业。再次是城镇和农村居民生活,此外广东省对油品和电力等优质能源的需求也迅速扩大。鉴于此,建议在广东本地开发低碳新能源。包括核能、新能源与可再生能源等;充分开发利用国内国外两种资源、两个市场,进一步加强能源运输传送能力建设;提高火力发电效率应以技术改进为主,以优化燃料构成为辅;在工业上推进节能高效先进技术的应用,加快第l_产业的发展,在交通上推进高效率智能低排放的运输方式,鼓励居民采用并不降低舒适度的低碳生活方式和生活习惯。 相似文献

Since the start of economic reform in 1979, Jiangsu Province has become one of the most developed regions in China. To ensure adequate energy supply and sustainable development of economy and environment, it is necessary to analyze Jiangsu Province’s energy balance. The energy flow chart is taken as a useful tool for sorting out and displaying energy statistics data. The purpose of this paper is to draft the Jiangsu Province’s energy flow chart for 2009, which is used to study the characteristics of energy production and consumption in Jiangsu Province. We find that: (1) In 2009, energy imported from other regions accounted for 96.1% of the total primary energy supply. However, its energy supply mainly came from coal. (2) Jiangsu thermal power and heating efficiencies in 2009 were higher than those of Guangdong and China in 2007. However, its coal processing and petroleum refineries efficiencies in 2009 were lower than those of Guangdong and China in 2007. (3) Electricity supply in Jiangsu Province mainly depended on thermal power, which accounted for 88.97% of the total electricity supply. However, 96.36% fuel for thermal power was coal. (4) The share of final energy consumption of the secondary industrial sector was 81.28% in 2009. 相似文献

The DC distribution system is an important development direction of the distribution system, which can improve the reliability and the quality of the power supply, and support the new energy, the energy storage, the electric vehicles, and the flexible access of AC and DC loads to grid. To realize the demonstration application of the DC distribution technology, China’s first demonstration project of the medium voltage DC distribution network will be built in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province to support the construction of the city energy internet. First, this paper analyzes the demand of the DC distribution network project, and puts forward the construction content and construction target. Then, it designs and analyzes the electrical connection mode, system operation mode, and startup and shutdown mode of the DC distribution network, and proposes the overall project construction plan. Finally, it conducts the specific project design and analysis, which mainly include the selection of equipment such as inverters, DC transformers and DC circuit breakers, the design and analysis of the DC control and protection system, the design and analysis of the over-voltage protection and the configuration scheme of the lightning arrester, and analysis of the system transient characteristics. The design and analysis of the engineering program is a combination of China’s distribution network engineering practice and technical characteristics, which lays a solid foundation for the advancement of the DC power distribution technology in China, and has reference value and demonstration effect for the design and construction of other projects. 相似文献

Energy system is a sub-system of the large scale system, which covers the social activities of mankind, and is an important material foundation of the modern construction.
