利用软化液软化新鲜稻壳和粉碎稻壳,判断软化是否更有利于后续实验。在稻壳直接液化初级生物油的基础上,利用甘油辅助蒸馏技术,将生物油分成轻组分和酚类组分,将轻组分依次进行催化酯化、催化裂解,分别测定了产物的酸值、羟值、粘度,并且探讨了催化剂回收次数。结果表明:稻壳软化后不利于后续实验,可以直接使用;催化酯化反应最佳温度为80℃,反应时间为2h,酸值从3.65mgKOH/g降到1.82mgKOH/g;催化裂解反应用HZSM-5作为催化剂时,产物的综合性能较好,酸值最低(2.24mgKOH/g),羟值最高(131.27),粘度中等(1.8mPa.s)。催化剂使用2次后,性能下降较多,必须再生。 相似文献

报道新型固体复合盐催化剂(Ⅱ)的制备,应用5种催化剂分别进行催化乙酸和乙醇合成乙酸丁酯的对比试验,选出优良催化剂(Ⅱ)并进行催化酯化合成了18种酯的研究工作。通过实验证明催化剂(Ⅱ)酯化性能优良(优于固体超强酸Fe2O3/SO4^2-),操作简单,污染小。在18种酯中乙酸丁酯的产率高达97.9%。 相似文献

以硫酸钛、钼酸铵等为原料,采用浸渍法制备固体超强酸SO24-/MoO3-TiO2催化合成乙酸异戊酯。着重探讨了影响制备催化剂活性的条件和催化剂的重复使用活性。结果表明SO24-/MoO3-TiO2最佳制备条件是:在pH为8时,将沉淀陈化24h,用浓度为0.5mol/L硫酸浸渍,在马弗炉中500℃灼烧3小时。此时SO24-/MoO3-TiO2的催化活性最高,催化乙酸异戊酯酯化率达90%左右,同时重复利用性能好。 相似文献

研究了一种新的庚醛低压催化加氢催化剂的制备方法 ,同时进行了催化剂活性检验。并通过实验证明 ,在催化剂用量为 2 % (wt)时 ,庚醛转化率达 92 %以上 ,产率为 90 %左右 ,催化剂的选择性为 80 % ,且该催化剂可回收利用。 相似文献

以钴盐为主催化剂,以铜盐为助催化剂,采用等体积浸渍法,以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,制备了Co/Cu/γ/-Al_2O_3催化剂,以对甲酚为原料对催化活性进行测试,并采用XRD、FT—IR、XPS和BET表征方法对催化剂的晶体结构、表面电子状态和比表面积进行表征,研究各种因素对催化活性的影响。结果表明,Co_3O_4为催化剂的活性组分,催化剂中活性组分未与载体发生强烈的相互作用,且其比表面积最大,有利于活性组分的分散。Co/Cu/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂最佳制备条件为:Co与Cu物质的量比为5:1,浸渍液质量浓度为6%,焙烧温度400℃,对羟基苯甲醛收率为41.5%。 相似文献

A novel type of zeolite film catalytic packing for synthesis of ETBE from ethanol and C4-cut olefin was eveloped, characterized and evaluated in a catalytic distillation column. The experimental results show that the zeolite film composed of acidic BEA crystals, of a size of about 500 nm, is essentially continuous and free of cracks, and that the packing has better characteristics in both catalysis and the separation of products from reactants that is comparable to that of resin catalysts used in industrial distillation towers. 相似文献

Basic application concepts of catalytic combustion are roughly classified into three types, and the development of catalysts, combustion performance and applicability are stated. On the diffusive catalytic combustion method, completeness of methane combustion and its reaction mechanism have been demonstrated by detailed combustion analysis of the burner and reaction kinetics. On the adiabatic lean premixed catalytic combustion method, applicability of a high-temperature catalyst system based on Mn-substituted hexaaluminate monolithic honeycomb to a 1.5 MW gas turbine combustor has been investigated through pressurized combustion tests and prototype engine-rig tests. As a result, a good outlook of the basic technical problems to overcome including the catalyst durability and the combustor control method was obtained, but another problem was that of the combustor capacity. In view of the progress of the non-catalytic lean premixed combustion method, it was concluded that a hybrid catalytic combustion method limiting catalytic combustion to the low-temperature range in this concept might become efficient in the future, but that it would depend on the development of efficient catalysts initiating their activity at about 350°C and having durability at 1000°C. 相似文献
