针对面向制造业产业链协同的实际需要,在分析了企业群产业链之间合作特点的基础上,构建了产业链协同模型、企业群集成管理模型,提出了面向产业链的集成服务平台框架.该框架实现了在企业群模式下各业务系统的松耦合集成,通过在支持多核网状式企业群协作的售后服务管理系统的开发和实施中的应用,验证了所提供平台模型的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

平台的供应链信息协调问题,探索产业资源协作效率路径.本文提出云平台解决智造供应链信息协作的方案,该方案考虑了分布式协作理论应对庞大供应链业务数据的技术优势,构建了分布式下实时动态更新算法和共享数据资源池相结合的供应链企业数据互联互通协作模型,以提升产业制造的“智造”能力.最后以家居产业供应链进行分析论证,验证了云平台模型构建的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

Previous studies normally investigate the collaboration elements associated with cloud platform from a single perspective, such as information, resource or business coordination, failing to examine service value chain collaboration from a systematic perspective. In fact, service value chain collaboration is affected by multi-dimensional factors and these factors often interact with each other. Considering collaboration elements separately is unfavorable to the value improvement of whole service chain. In this work, a collaborative service model is proposed from the dimensions of product life cycle, core service businesses and stakeholders through system engineering analysis, by which the multi-stakeholder and multi-process collaboration are illustrated. Then, a collaboration framework based on cloud platform is developed for service value chain with a comprehensive consideration of coordination mechanism, cloud platform services, businesses collaboration and goals collaboration. To determine the critical factors affecting service value chain collaboration, a hybrid methodology, which integrates Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM), is presented to identify the intensity of causal relationship and to develop the hierarchical structure among multi-dimensional collaboration elements. The results of the present work provide valuable insights into the overall implementation and practical operation of service value chain collaboration in the cloud platform environment, thereby accelerating the transformation of manufacturing industry into servitization.  相似文献

Today's manufacturing enterprises struggle to adopt cost-effective manufacturing systems. Overview of the recent manufacturing enterprises shows that successful global manufacturing enterprises have distributed their manufacturing capabilities over the globe. The successes of global manufacturing enterprises depend upon the entire worldwide integration of their product development processes and manufacturing operations that are distributed over the globe. Distributed manufacturing agents' collaboration and manufacturing data integrity play a major role in global manufacturing enterprises' success. There are number of works, conducted to enable the distributed manufacturing agents to collaborate with each other. To achieve the manufacturing data integrity through manufacturing processes, numbers of solutions have been proposed which one of the successful solutions is to use ISO 10303 (STEP) standard. However, adopting this standard one can recognize antonym effects of integration and collaboration approaches that weaken both integration and collaboration capabilities of manufacturing agents. In our latest work, we had developed an integrated and collaborative manufacturing platform named LAYMOD. Albeit the platform in question was through enough to be applied in various collaborative and integrated CAx systems, its embedded structure hampers its application for collaboration in distributed manufacturing systems. To achieve an integrated and collaborative platform for distributed manufacturing agents, this paper proposes a service-oriented approach. This approach is originated from cloud computing paradigm known as one of the technologies which enables a major transformation in manufacturing industry. Also, to maintain the product data integration based on the STEP standard, a new service-oriented approach is proposed. This approach is in parallel to the new capability of the STEP standard for supporting XML data structures. The result is a new platform named XMLAYMOD. XMLAYMOD is able to support distributed manufacturing collaboration and data integration based on the STEP standard. The different aspects of this platform to fulfill the requirements of distributed collaboration and also to overcome the lacks of the STEP standard are discussed through a brief case study.  相似文献

The manufacturing industry is facing the impact of a dynamic market and intensive competition. Many companies are looking for a new approach to improve their business activities in a collaborative business ecosystem with other stakeholders. Cloud computing enables the sharing of manufacturing resources and capabilities between different stakeholders to support business and physical production. The purpose of this research is to explore approaches moving towards a cloud manufacturing ecosystem and present possible implications for practice. To fulfil the research objectives, a multiple-case study was conducted within sheet metal manufacturing companies. Business and technology related requirements for cloud-based collaborative manufacturing portals were collected through interviews with industrial practitioners from the sheet metal manufacturing perspective. Based on analysis a prototype model of a CloudEcosystem was presented to demonstrate the essential features of the portals. This research found that there are three different portal types for cloud manufacturing ecosystems depending on the value chain configuration. Close to real-time information provided by cloud-based platforms can create manufacturing ecosystems where machine owners, product designers and customers may collaborate and compete simultaneously. The CloudEcosystem designed in this research can provide a practical tool and technical solution to help manufacturers think about moving towards cloud manufacturing ecosystems.  相似文献

随着现代技术的发展,汽车产业孕育着新一轮升级。目前,汽车企业间的竞争逐步加大,已经逐步转化为供应链的竞争。而传统供应链生产管理仍然面临着市场高质量、高交期的巨大挑战,无法满足汽车企业对其生产效率的需求。因此,新的汽车供应链管理模式应运而生。研究了汽车数字供应链软件即服务(SaaS)化新管理模式,并基于SaaS平台实现探索供应链数字化管理的新生态模式。以某汽车公司为例,进行供应链SaaS生态平台实践研究,以数字化制造重塑供应链流程,解决供应链企业间数据协同,实现汽车全产业链互联互通、结构性降本增效,打造高效协作、互利共赢的新型行业生态模式。采用SaaS平台实现供应链生产管理后,其供应链管理数字化延伸,生产线开动率提升了1%,协同效率大幅提升。  相似文献

当前我国传统制造业受到了多重压力,如何实现突围是我国经济发展的难题.从整体上看,我国全产业链全要素在整体上完备充足,但从局部上,很多传统产品制造系统链条过长,在面临不确定时出现效率不高和能力不足问题,如何将整体充足的要素资源和闲置的能力整合服务于面临困境的制造体系值得研究.商业生态系统是一种多边合作机制,在汇聚资源、促进跨领域多资源的互动和协同具有优势,作为一种复杂条件下协调跨组织关系的治理机制对于解决传统制造企业面临的困境具有重要意义.然而,实际中制造企业受传统链式模式思维影响,对于如何借助商业生态系统模式解决企业发展中的问题较为模糊.理论领域对商业生态系统已开展研究,但多是针对纯商业生态系统模式展开讨论,针对传统制造系统融合商业生态系统模式(即制造系统生态化)的研究尚处于起步阶段.鉴于此,通过相关概念梳理、文献综述总结制造系统生态化的概念及内涵,并对制造系统生态化的未来研究提出展望.  相似文献

Nowadays, the focus of enterprises is gradually expanding from product manufacturing system to Product service system (PSS). In the existing research, scholars mainly focus on the in-depth study of a certain method or technology, and the research on traditional PSS is relatively mature. In addition, it is a tendency that transform towards SPLSS with the characteristics of industrial internet platform (IIP) and sustainable operation theory. Based on this, this paper explores the research path from traditional product service system (PSS) to smart product service system (SPSS), and then to smart product lifecycle service system (SPLSS), which can endow the products with intelligent perception, intelligent analysis and intelligent decision-making capabilities based on Industrial Internet Platform (IIP). A reference model of IIP enabled SPLSS for industrial services based on system engineering method and theory from a very detailed practical investigation is proposed. Moreover, on the basis of this model, its three dimensional subsystems are expanded, including: supporting environment subsystem, evolution path subsystem, and added value subsystem. The study can provide a reference for the enterprise's manufacturing strategy and manufacturing path. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprise manufacturing model to improve service efficiency and reduce operating costs, and then realize the value-added of products and services.  相似文献

Overview of current manufacturing enterprises show that successful global manufacturing enterprise has great collaboration among designer, manufacturer, and customer, which effect on reducing production life cycle and improving customer satisfaction. Recently, several past and ongoing research projects have conducted to enable the collaborative platform to develop effective collaboration with the manufacturing section, design section, and customer views. However, trustable collaboration and how to utilize customer views efficiently is still a challenge. Therefore, this research proposed a blockchain-enabled fog computing-based collaborative design and manufacturing platform to develop triple communication and cooperation among the manufacturing section, design section, and customers in a trustable environment. In the proposed platform, the machine-learning method is used for clustering and categorizing customer-views, and fog computing-based integration between subsystems via blockchain technology is proposed to improve the data integrity and security problem. The proposed platform explained based on key technology, data integrity, key requirement, and illustrative case study. 当前,元宇宙产业热度极高,或将形成庞大的信息消费生态,成为数字经济的重要组成部分,然而业界对于元宇宙概念的定义多为叙事性描述,缺乏体系化研究和工程化应用。元宇宙产业发展的基础是厘清其本质和内涵,明确元宇宙的基础设施和技术体系,以对元宇宙产业的工程应用提供实际帮助。通过分析元宇宙的背景和产业情况,研究元宇宙内涵和外延,提出区块链是元宇宙的核心基础设施,可从技术平台、应用场景、协作机制等方面对元宇宙提供关键支持。元宇宙的技术参考模型包括元网络、元系统、元服务、元应用、元空间等5层,而区块链的关键技术组件覆盖了元宇宙技术参考模型的核心部分,密码学和分布式身份认证体系可支撑元宇宙的组织、身份、资产、活动等4个关键要素以建立元宇宙的身份价值网络,金融资产协议、加密货币体系和数字资产凭证也将辅助构建元宇宙经济金融体系。同时,对基于区块链的元宇宙概念和术语体系、技术体系的集成方法、分布式商业应用场景等未来发展方向进行展望。  相似文献

Smart manufacturing has great potential in the development of network collaboration, mass personalised customisation, sustainability and flexibility. Customised production can better meet the dynamic user needs, and network collaboration can significantly improve production efficiency. Industrial internet of things (IIoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) have penetrated the manufacturing environment, improving production efficiency and facilitating customised and collaborative production. However, these technologies are isolated and dispersed in the applications of machine design and manufacturing processes. It is a challenge to integrate AI and IIoT technologies based on the platform, to develop autonomous connect manufacturing machines (ACMMs), matching with smart manufacturing and to facilitate the smart manufacturing services (SMSs) from the overall product life cycle. This paper firstly proposes a three-terminal collaborative platform (TTCP) consisting of cloud servers, embedded controllers and mobile terminals to integrate AI and IIoT technologies for the ACMM design. Then, based on the ACMMs, a framework for SMS to generate more IIoT-driven and AI-enabled services is presented. Finally, as an illustrative case, a more autonomous engraving machine and a smart manufacturing scenario are designed through the above-mentioned method. This case implements basic engraving functions along with AI-enabled automatic detection of broken tool service for collaborative production, remote human-machine interface service for customised production and network collaboration, and energy consumption analysis service for production optimisation. The systematic method proposed can provide some inspirations for the manufacturing industry to generate SMSs and facilitate the optimisation production and customised and collaborative production.  相似文献

Modern manufacturing systems are often composed of a variety of highly customized units and specifically designed manufacturing cells. Optimization of assembly and training of staff requires a series of demo installations and excessive use of costly operational resources. In some cases, components are located at different sites, making the orchestration of the whole system even more difficult.Virtual Reality (VR) collaboration environments offer a solution by enabling high fidelity testing and training of complex manufacturing systems. On the other hand, such platforms are difficult to implement in an engineering perspective, as they are required to provide reliable, standard interfaces towards both robotic components and human operators.The VirCA (Virtual Collaboration Arena) platform is a software framework that supports various means of collaboration through the use of 3D augmented/virtual reality as a communication medium. VirCA offers functions for the high-level interoperability of heterogeneous components in a wide range of domains, spanning from research & development, through remote education to orchestration and management of industrial processes in manufacturing applications. This paper provides an overview of the industrial requirements behind high-fidelity virtual collaboration and demonstrates how the VirCA platform meets these requirements. 针对移动制造协同过程的动态性、协同性和异构性,提出了移动制造协同链的概念和一种角色-活动模型。该模型针对移动制造协同过程的特点,综合考虑了角色、活动、流程之间的关系。在分别对角色和活动的属性进行编码的基础上,该模型通过遗传操作实现了活动的变异与过程的变异。建模过程则按照活动定义、角色定义、模板定义和项目的定义的顺序实现。所开发的原型系统证明,基于角色-活动模型的移动制造协同链模型满足了移动制造协同过程建模的需求。  相似文献

集成对于像ERP这样的系统非常的重要,本文针对子系统集成性和二次开发性的高的系统,提出了一种事件触发的集成技术,即采用业务事件触发的方式将各个子系统集成起来,使得不同子系统之间完成底耦合的业务协作,该技术相对于已经存在的集成方式在复杂性、效率、耦合度等方面都有明显优势。同时给出一种基于.net平台的Remoting技术的事件触发的实现。  相似文献

In order to support advanced collaborations among smart products, services, users and service providers in a smart product and service ecosystem (S-PSS), this paper proposed a service-oriented hybrid digital twin (DT) and digital thread platform-based approach with embedded crowd-/service-sourcing mechanism for enabling advanced manufacturing services. This approach is well supported by the ecosystem interaction intelligence of digitally connected products, services, users, and service providers via Internet of Beings (IoB) (Things, Users and Service providers). First, driven by industrial application needs in heating industry, a conceptual model of the service-oriented hybrid platform integrated with crowdsourcing mechanism is developed, which supports the concepts of product DT, service DT and human user DT. Second, the key system realization techniques are developed to integrate service crowdsourcing and service recommendation for realizing smart services.
