装料制度是当前高炉炼铁的关键技术难题之一,也是影响高炉的主要技术经济指标的重要因素之一。本文介绍了承钢4#高炉为了改善经济技术指标,改变了原有的"中心加焦"布料制度,率先在全国钒钛矿冶炼高炉中优化"平台+漏斗"装料制度,实行"大α角、大矿角、矿焦同角、大角差、大矿批"技术。并探索了相匹配的送风制度和低[Si+Ti]冶炼优化措施。实施后,有效提高了煤气利用率,降低了燃料消耗。  相似文献

在高炉生产中,常有这种情况:不论装料制度如何改变,收效往往不大;有时送风制度改变,也得不到予期效果. 有时,由于装料制度或送风制度改进后,生产取得一定进步,在此基础上再做调剂,常常会收到更大的效果.这是因为装料制度和送风制度是互相影响的.要想达到较高生产水平,两者必须互相适应.这种互相适应,可以概括为:如装料制度以疏导中心为主,下部能够接受较高风速;如装料制度以发展边缘为主,则下部能接受的风速将要降低.因此,当高炉风速较低,炉缸风口循环区较小,炉缸初始煤气分布边缘较多时,对于大、中型高炉来说,此时在装料制度上不应过急加重边缘负荷,而应逐步加重,并疏导中心,防止边缘气流被突然堵塞,煤气失去正常通路,破坏高炉顺行;如下部中心气流发展,也不能一次堵塞中心气流,在适当疏导边缘后再相应增加中心负荷,保持煤气通畅,维持高炉顺行.  相似文献

Discusses the three articles by Meyers (see record 1989-17318-001), Phillips (see record 1989-17118-001), and Genshaft and Wiesniewski (see record 1989-17107-001) that comprise the symposium on the challenges and opportunities inherent in the future of social psychology, which centers on the linkages between psychological theories and research and school practice; the implications for the current state of knowledge and practice for professional education and training, especially the evaluation of professional preparation components; and finally, the ultimate effect that these new directions will have on credentialing and licensing standards, statues, and regulations. This is an important session for school psychology because we now enter a phase in our professional history where there are more than 10,000 practitioners identified with the field, more than 40 APA-accredited school psychology programs, a recently adopted set of policy statements for the joint accreditation of doctoral-level school psychology programs by the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), and standards for professional practice promulgated by these two organizations that share common elements and emphases. Moreover, national attention to the state of education at the elementary and secondary levels as well as precollege preparation, in combination with longstanding concerns for exceptional individuals, the handicapped, and the gifted, place psychology and school psychology in an advantageous position to contribute significantly to the education of all children as well as to the promotion of mental health and social role functioning of children, youths, and adults. Studies focused on the behavior of only 1 individual are examined. Despite the limitation on generalizing inherent in such studies, selected examples attest their importance in the history of psychology. There frequency in modern psychology is noted, together with their distribution across major topics. The usefulness of an N of 1 in research is viewed as extending beyond the single-case studies of clinician and personologists. An N of 1 is seen as also appropriate when, for the function considered, intersubject variability is low, when opportunities for observing a given class of events are limited, and when a supposed universal relationship is questioned and the obtained evidence is negative. Recent psychoneuroimmunologic findings have suggested that it may be useful to evaluate the influence of behavioral factors on immune functioning and disease progression among human immunodeficiency virus-Type 1 (HIV-1) infected individuals. Behavioral interventions with immunomodulatory capabilities may help restore competence and thereby arrest HIV-1 disease promotion at the earliest stages of the infectious continuum. Evidence describing benefits of behavioral interventions such as aerobic exercise training on both psychological and immunological functioning among high-risk HIV-1 seronegative and very early stage seropositive gay men is presented. The HIV-1 infection is cast as a chronic disease for which early immunomodulatory behavioral interventions may have important physical and psychological impact.
