低合金高强度结构钢A572Gr.50珠研制

本文介绍了低合金度强度钢Ａ５７２Ｃｒ．５０不同正火温度上的机械性能、低温系列冲击、奥氏体晶粒化试验，并检验分析了该钢的显微组织、夹杂物与晶粒度。结果表明：我厂生产的Ａ５７２Ｇｒ．５０钢板的各项性能均满足技术标准要求。特别是低温冲击韧性较好。     

CrMo新轴承钢的热处理工艺与性能

研究了铬轴承钢ＧＣｒ１５ＳｉＭｎ和新开发的Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ轴承钢的ＧＣｒ１５Ｍｏ和ＧＣｒ１６Ｍｏ的热处理工艺和性能。结果表明，ＧＣｒ１５Ｍｏ钢的淬透性低于ＧＣｒ１５ＳｉＭｎ多，但ＧＣｒ１６Ｍｏ钢的淬透性高于ＧＣｒ１５ＳｉＭｎ钢，ＧＣｒ１５Ｍｏ和ＧＣｒ１６Ｍｏ新钢种的机械性能和接触疲劳寿命均高于ＧＣｒ１５ＳｉＭｎ新钢种适合于制作重型机械用轴承。     

渗碳轴承钢G20Cr2Ni4A冶金质量的研究

本文对Ｇ２０Ｃｒ２Ｎｉ４Ａ几种冶炼工艺的探讨，对各种规格的Ｇ２０Ｃｒ２Ｎｉ４Ａ成品材在低倍酸浸、非金属夹杂物、塔形、机械性能、晶粒度以及钢中气体含量、酸溶铝、残Ｔｉ等方面性能和质量的研究，寻找出最佳生产工艺、生产出用户最需要的产品。

铈对ZG75CrMo钢中非金属夹杂物及钢性能的影响

探讨了铈对ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ钢中夹杂物及钢性能的影响。研究表明，与ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ钢相比，ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ（Ｃｅ）钢中夹杂物的含量减少且性态改变，塑韧性、抗热疲劳性和抗高温氧化性均有明显提高。     

热轧工艺参数对08Al钢相变临界点的影响

通过Ｇｌｅｅｂｌｅ热模拟试验，研究了加热温度，压下率，变形温度和冷却速度对０８Ａｌ钢Ａｒ３和Ａｒ１临界点的影响，分析得出０８Ａｌ钢热连轧生产中温度制度的最佳控制范围。结果表明：在保证加热质量的前理年，加热温度应控制在１２００－１２５０℃左右；终轧温度控制在９００℃左右是比较合理的；轧后冷速应在３０℃／ｓ左右。     

平炉用硅铝钡合金炉前预脱氧冶炼GCr15钢的工业试验

介绍用硅铝钡合金炉前预脱氧，炉后用高硅铁合金化冶炼ＧＣｒ１５钢的新工艺，生产的ＧＣｒ１５钢，其氧化物、硫化物及钢中氧含量均优于原工艺，钢中氧含量可接近电炉精炼钢水平。     

电渣重熔高压锅炉管用钢化学成分变化规律的探讨

通过大量数据的统计及回归分析,探讨了２０Ｇ,１５ＣｒＭｏＧ,１２Ｃｒ１ＭｏＶＧ高压锅炉管用钢电渣重熔前后化学成分的变化规律,并由此推导出２０Ｇ,１５ＣｒＭｏＧ,１２Ｃｒ１ＭｏＶＧ高压锅炉管用钢电渣重熔前后元素含量变化的近似计算公式。用该近似计算公式可确定自耗电极元素含量的控制范围。     

铬锰氮双相钢气蚀表面显微组织变化的穆斯堡尔谱研究

用穆斯堡尔谱研究了ＺＧ０Ｃｒ１３Ｍｎ１０Ｎ钢气蚀（ＣＥ）前后的表面组织变化。结果表明，ＺＧ０Ｃｒ１３Ｍｎ１０Ｎ钢气蚀前主要由亚稳定的合金奥氏体及内磁场值分别为２３３９５．８ｋＡ／ｍ和２１０８８．０ｋＡ／ｍ的两类合金马氏体组成；气蚀诱发γ／α＇转变的同时还明显改变材料表层组织中合金元素的相内分布形式，并诱发出一种合金度更高的合金马氏体（其内磁场值为１８４６２．０ｋＡ／ｍ）。
