A passively Q-switched mode-locked Nd:GdYVO4 laser is successfully demonstrated by using a piece of GaAs crystal grown at low temperature as the passively saturated absorber and the output coupler. Fundamental properties of the Nd: GdYVO4 laser are investigated. The maximum average output power of 3.5 W is obtained by using plainsphere when the incident pumping power is 10 W, which corresponds to an optical-optical coversion efficiency of 35%. The threshold power for the Q-switching mode-locked is 1.2 W. The maximum average output power of 1.72 W is obtained by using GaAs when the incident pumping power is 10 W, mode-locked pulse train with a repetition rate of - 113 MHz is achieved. At the incident laser pumping power of 7 W, the modulation depth is 100%.  相似文献

采用低温生长的GaAs晶体作为被动饱和吸收体兼输出镜,实现了Nd:GdYVO4激光器调Q锁模运转.研究了Nd:GdYVO4激光器的基频运转特性及调Q锁模输出特性.实验结果表明,当用平面镜作为输出镜及泵浦功率为10W时,获得激光的输出功率是3.5W,光-光转换效率是35%;当用GaAs作为输出镜时,激光器调Q运转阈值是1.2W,而当泵浦功率是10W时,输出功率是1.88W,锁模脉冲的重复频率为114MHz.激光调Q锁模深度在7W时达到100%.泵浦功率为8W时,输出功率为1.58W,调Q包络脉冲的重复频率为91kHz,半峰全宽为43.2ns.  相似文献

报道了利用LD泵浦Nd∶YVO4激光器,用半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)做被动锁模元件,实现了高效的连续锁模运转,输入功率7.5W时得到2.45W的激光输出,光-光转换效率达32.7%,锁模脉冲的重复频率为108MHz.  相似文献

The passively Q-switched and mode-locked(QML) characteristics in a diode-pumped Nd:GdVO4 laser with Cr4 :YAG saturable absorbers have been demonstrated. A maximum average output power of 710 mW has been obtained in the QML laser. The maximum energy of a single Q-switched pulse is 52.5 μJ,with the corresponding pulse width of 30 ns and the peak power of 1.75 kW,at the incident pump power of 7.75 W. The repetition rates of the Q-switched envelope and the mode-locked laser pulse are 16.7 kHz and 680 MHz,respectively.  相似文献

A high output power diode-pumped passively mode-locked all-solid-state ${hbox{Nd}:hbox{LuVO}_{4}}$ laser is demonstrated with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. Both the $Q$-switched and continuous-wave mode-locked operation are experimentally realized. The mode-locked pulses have a pulsewidth of 7.9 ps and a repetition rate of 105 MHz. At the incident pump power of 22 W, a maximum average output power of 7.6 W is obtained giving an optical conversion efficiency of 34.5%.   相似文献

We reported an efficient diode pumped Nd∶YVO4 1 064 nm laser passively mode-locked and Q-switched by a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror(SESAM). At the incident pump power of 7.5 W, 2.81 W average output power was obtained during stable CW mode locking with a repetition rate of 111 MHz. The optical conversion efficiency was 37.5%, and the slope efficiency was 39%. So far as we know, this is the highest optical-optical conversion efficiency with a SESAM at home.  相似文献

利用Cr4+:YAG和声光锁模器联合对光纤耦合LD抽运Nd:YAG激光器进行主被动锁模,比较和分析了Cr4+:YAG被动锁模,声光锁模器主动锁模及两者联合主被动锁模三种情况下平均输出功率的特性,结果表明主被动联合锁模克服了主动锁模稳定性差、被动锁模输出功率低、锁模不完全的缺点,得到幅值和能量抖动小于±6%、锁模深度100%、脉宽小于410ps、输出平均功率290mW的绿光锁模脉冲。  相似文献

用低温生长GaAs红外晶体材料作为饱和吸收体兼输出镜,在二极管泵浦全固态激光器上实现了调Q锁模。激光器调Q运转阈值为2W。当注入泵浦功率为3.6W时,调Q锁模开始出现。当注入泵浦功率为8.4W时,平均输出功率达到837mW,调Q包络的重复频率为100kHz,锁模脉冲的重复频率为760MHz。  相似文献

利用880 nm半导体激光器同带泵浦声光调Q Nd:YVO4自拉曼激光器,以减轻热效应对泵浦功率的限制和对拉曼增益的影响,获得高效的1 176 nm一阶斯托克斯光输出。使用两块长度10 mm的Nd:YVO4晶体作为增益介质,脉冲重复频率190 kHz时,在26.8 W入射泵浦功率下获得6.11 W的平均输出功率,光光转换效率22.8%。实验研究了拉曼增益介质长度对输出功率和转换效率的影响,并对自拉曼激光器输出功率曲线中出现凹陷的原因进行分析,认为凹陷并非源自谐振腔稳定性,而是由于增益较弱的斯托克斯光对于谐振腔失调的敏感性所致。对照试验结果显示,与808 nm传统泵浦方式相比,880 nm同带泵浦下自拉曼激光器的输出功率和转换效率得到明显提高。  相似文献

设计并研究了Nd:YVO4自锁模皮秒激光器,探究了激光器的最佳锁模条件。观察并分析了自锁模皮秒激光器准周期锁模、倍周期锁模状态,研究并测量了结构紧凑的直腔自锁模激光器的输出特性。谐振腔为凹平直腔,Nd:YVO4晶体作为激光增益介质和克尔介质,在未加其他锁模元件的情况下,实现了1 064 nm高效率连续锁模脉冲激光输出。晶体距输入镜16 mm、腔长为90 mm时,对1 064 nm透过率分别为10%、20%、30%和50%的四种输出镜下激光器的输出特性进行了对比分析。对激光器进行优化设计,输出镜透过率为10%,泵浦功率为8 W时,激光器输出功率为2.76 W,斜效率高达43.2%,锁模脉冲重复频率为1.43 GHz,激光器实现了高效、稳定的连续锁模。  相似文献

在相同的实验条件下,分别采用平平直腔和V型折叠腔对比了Nd:GdYVO4和Nd:YVO4两种晶体的基频和腔内倍频特性.采用平平直腔在抽运功率为10.64 W时分别获得了5.35 W、6.29 W的1.06 μm基频输出,光-光转换效率达50.3%、59.1%,斜效率达58.1%、68.8%;采用V型折叠腔KTP腔内倍频,在抽运功率为6.71 W时分别获得了1.73 W和2.34 W的稳定倍频绿光输出,光-光转换效率达25.8%、34.9%.比较得出,Nd:GdYVO4-KTP绿光激光器的平均输出功率及稳定性均低于Nd:YVO4-KTP绿光激光器.  相似文献

We demonstrated a diode-pumped passively Q-switched mode-locked Nd:YVO4 laser by using a relaxed saturable Bragg reflector (SBR). Stable mode-locked pulse train with the repetition rate of ~230 MHz was achieved and the pulse train was modulated by the Q-switched envelope with the repetition rate of ~150kHz. The maximum output of 4 W was obtained under the pump power of 13.5 W. The optical-to-optical efficiency was 30%. We also discussed the transition of each process having emerged.  相似文献

We have demonstrated a self-staring passively continuous-wave mode-locked diode end-pumped Nd:YLF laser with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror of single-quantum-well (In$_0.25$Ga$_0.75$As) grown by metal–organic chemical-vapor deposition technique at low temperature. The saturable absorber was used as nonlinear absorber and output coupler simultaneously. Stable pulse duration of 3 ps has been achieved at the repetition rate of 98 MHz. The average output power was 530 mW at 1053 nm under the incident pump power of 10 W, corresponding to the peak power of 1.8 kW and pulse energy of 5.4 nJ.  相似文献

通过求解泊松热传导方程,得出了端面抽运下矩形截面Nd:GdYVO_4激光晶体内部温度场分布以及Nd: GdYVO_4激光晶体抽运端面达到热平衡后的热形变量。当抽运功率为12 W,抽运光斑半径w_p=320μm时,Nd: GdYVO_4激光晶体的热形变量为0.855μm。根据Nd:GdYVO_4晶体内部温度场分布和晶体抽运端面达到热平衡后的热形变量,进而计算出晶体热焦距随抽运功率的变化。通过ABCD矩阵进行了腔参数优化,选取了更有效压缩KTP上基模光斑半径的V腔进行腔内倍频实验。在抽运功率为6.71 W时Nd:GdYVO_4获得了1.73 W稳定倍频绿光输出,光-光转换效率达到25.8%,绿光非稳度为1.13%。  相似文献

为了提高LD抽运脉冲微片激光器的输出性能和系统的集成度,采用龙格-库塔法对包含自发辐射与抽运速率的被动调Q速率方程进行了数值求解,结合被动调Q激光器输出参量的表达式对LD端面抽运的键合Nd∶YAG/Cr4+∶YAG微片激光器输出参量进行了数值仿真。结果表明,利用长度1mm/1.5mm的键合Nd∶YAG/Cr4+∶YAG晶体作为增益介质,当Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率为75%、输出镜的透过率为30%、抽运光和腔内基模光半径均为100μm时,能够在抽运功率为4.5W的条件下实现平均功率0.7W、脉冲宽度174ps、重复频率16.1kHz的理论激光输出。该研究对被动调Q微片激光器的参量优化和应用具有理论指导意义。  相似文献

报道了一种采用氧化石墨烯作为可饱和吸收体的二极管泵浦的被动调Q和调Q锁模运转的Tm, Ho: LLF激光器。采用透过率分别为3%、5%和9%的输出镜,首先研究了Tm, Ho: LLF激光器的连续运转特性。实验和模拟结果均表明采用透过率为9%的输出镜输出特性最好,当最大泵浦功率为20 W时,连续光输出功率高至1793 mW。接着以氧化石墨烯为饱和吸收体,采用透过率为9%的输出镜研究了Tm, Ho: LLF激光器的调Q和调Q锁模特性。实验表明:当790 nm LD泵浦功率小于7.26 W时,激光处于单纯调Q运转状态;当大于7.26 W时,激光器进入稳定的调Q锁模状态,当最大泵浦功率为20 W时,最大输出功率为1052 mW,锁模重复频率为53.19 MHz,对应的平均单脉冲能量为19.77 nJ,该单脉冲能量是目前2 μm锁模激光器的最高指标,同时证实了氧化石墨烯材料在大能量高功率激光锁模中是发展潜力优良的二维锁模材料。  相似文献

Nd:LuVO4 晶体因具有相比于Nd:YVO4 和Nd:GdVO4 晶体更大的吸收和发射截面而受到广泛关注.一种高效的泵浦方式因此而产生:将Nd3+离子直接泵浦到4F3/2激光上能级来改善激光器参数,不仅可以减小激光器的阈值,提高激光器的斜效率,并且可以降低非辐射跃迁过程中所产生的热量.利用888 nm 激光二极管直接泵浦Nd:LuVO4 晶体,实现三能级Nd:LuVO4激光器.当入射泵浦功率为18.6 W 时,916 nm 的输出功率为2.5 W,激光器的阈值功率为4.7 W,相应的斜效率为17.8%.入射泵浦功率不变的情况下,获得的最大蓝光输出功率为743mW.蓝光输出功率的稳定性高于3%.光束质量M2的值为1.12.  相似文献

利用国产半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM),设计了不同的腔型结构,实现了平均功率5W单路输出,5W双路输出,输出透过率可调节的半导体可饱和吸收镜线型腔连续锁模(CWML)激光器,双向输出六镜环行腔连续锁模激光器等。将半导体可饱和吸收镜放在腔内的特殊位置,利用一种新的技术方法实现了锁模激光器的频率翻倍。利用由非线性晶体KTP和双色镜构成的非线性镜(NLM),实现了端面抽运Nd∶YVO4激光器的4W锁模输出。  相似文献
