We develop a new approach that uses the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator in the selection of financial products. In doing so, we introduce the ordered weighted averaging distance (OWAD) operator and the ordered weighted averaging adequacy coefficient (OWAAC) operator. These aggregation operators are very useful for decision-making problems because they establish a comparison between an ideal alternative and available options in order to find the optimal choice. The objective of this new model is to manipulate the attitudinal character of previous methods based on distance measures, so that the decision maker can select financial products according to his or her degree of optimism, which is also known as the orness measure. The main advantage of using the OWA operator is that we can generate a parameterized family of aggregation operators between the maximum and the minimum. Thus, the analysis developed in the decision process by the decision maker is much more complete, because he or she is able to select the particular case in accordance with his or her interests in the aggregation process. The paper ends with an illustrative example that shows results obtained by using different types of aggregation operators in the selection of financial products.  相似文献

针对毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊多属性决策中,集成算子的重要作用以及集成算子不完善的情况,较为系统地研究了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子。为此,在毕达哥拉斯模糊数的运算和运算法则基础上,定义了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权平均算子(PHFOWA)、广义有序加权平均算子(GPHFOWA)和混合平均算子(PHFHA),以及毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权几何平均算子(PHFOWG)、广义有序加权几何平均算子(GPHFOWG)和混合几何平均算子(PHFHG),并结合数学归纳法,分别给出了它们的计算公式,讨论了它们的有界性、单调性和置换不变性等性质。建立了基于毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子的多属性决策方法,并应用算例和相关方法比较说明了决策方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents the heavy ordered weighted moving average (HOWMA) operator. It is an aggregation operator that uses the main characteristics of two well-known techniques: the heavy ordered weighted averaging (OWA) and the moving averages. Therefore, this operator provides a parameterized family of aggregation operators from the minimum to the total operator and includes the OWA operator as a special case. It uses a heavy weighting vector in the moving average formulation and it represents the information available and the knowledge of the decision maker about the future scenarios of the phenomenon, according to his attitudinal character. Some of the main properties of this operator are studied, including a wide range of families of HOWMA operators such as the heavy moving average and heavy weighted moving average operators. The HOWMA operator is also extended using generalized and quasi-arithmetic means. An example concerning the foreign exchange rate between US dollars and Mexican pesos is also presented.  相似文献

The Minkowski distance is a distance measure that generalizes a wide range of other distances such as the Euclidean and the Hamming distance. In this paper, we develop a new decision making model using induced ordered weighted averaging operators and the Minkowski distance of the fuzzy linguistic variables. Then, the authors introduce a new aggregation operator called the fuzzy linguistic induced ordered weighted averaging Minkowski distance (FLIOWAMD) operator by defining a fuzzy linguistic variable distance. It is an induced generalized aggregation operator that utilizes induced OWA operator, Minkowski distance measures and uncertain information represented as fuzzy linguistic variables. Some of its main properties and particular cases are studied. And a further generalization that uses quasi-arithmetic means also is presented. A method based on the FLIOWAMD operator for decision making is presented. At last, we end the paper with a numerical example of the new method.  相似文献

In this article, a new decision‐making model with probabilistic information and using the concept of immediate probabilities has been developed to aggregate the information under the Pythagorean fuzzy set environment. In it, the existing probabilities have been modified by introducing the attitudinal character of the decision maker by using an ordered weighted average operator. Based on it, we have developed some new probabilistic aggregation operator with Pythagorean fuzzy information, namely probabilistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted average operator, immediate probability Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted average operator, probabilistic Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted average, probabilistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted geometric operator, immediate probability Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator, probabilistic Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted geometric, etc. Furthermore, we extended these operators by taking interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information and developed their corresponding aggregation operators. Few properties of these operators have also been investigated. Finally, an illustrative example about the selection of the optimal production strategy has been given to show the utility of the developed method.  相似文献

A new method for decision making based on generalized aggregation operators is presented. We use a concept that it is known in the literature as the index of maximum and minimum level (IMAM). This index uses distance measures and other techniques that are very useful for decision making. In this paper, it is suggested a generalization by using generalized and quasi‐arithmetic means. As a result, it is obtained the generalized and quasi‐arithmetic weighted IMAM (GWIMAM and quasi‐WIMAM) and the generalized ordered weighted averaging IMAM (GOWAIMAM) and the quasi‐OWAIMAM operator. The main advantage is that it provides a parameterized family of aggregation operators that includes a wide range of special cases such as the generalized IMAM and the OWAIMAM. Thus, the decision maker may take decisions according to his degree of optimism and considering ideals in the decision process. We also develop an application of the new approach in a decision‐making problem regarding product selection.  相似文献

This paper presents the induced heavy ordered weighted moving average (IHOWMA) operator. It is an aggregation operator that uses the main characteristics of three well‐known techniques: the moving average, induced operator, and heavy aggregation operator. It can be used in a selection process, considering that not all decision makers have the same knowledge and expectations of the future. The main properties of this operator are studied including a wide range of families of IHOWMA operators, such as the heavy ordered weighted moving average operator and uncertain induced heavy ordered weighted moving average operator. This paper develops a new method for group decision making and introduces a linguistic continuous ordered weighted distance (LCOWD) measure. It is a new distance measure that combines the linguistic continuous ordered weighted averaging (LCOWA) operator with the ordered weighted distance (OWD) measure considering the risk attitude of decision maker. Moreover, it also can relieve the influence of extremely large or extremely small deviations on the aggregation results by assigning them smaller weights. These advantages make it suitable to deal with the situations where the input arguments are represented with uncertain linguistic information. Some of the main properties of the LCOWD measure and different particular cases are studied. The applicability of the new approach is also analyzed focusing on a group decision making problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the induced generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (I-GIFOWA) operator. It is a new aggregation operator that generalized the IFOWA operator, including all the characteristics of both the generalized IFOWA and the induced IFOWA operators. It provides a very general formulation that includes as special cases a wide range of aggregation operators for intuitionistic fuzzy information, including all the particular cases of the I-IFOWA operator, GIFOWA operator and the induced intuitionistic fuzzy ordered geometric (I-IFOWG) operator. We also present the induced generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (I-GIIFOWA) operator to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Further, we develop procedures to apply them to solve group multiple attribute decision making problems with intuitionistic fuzzy or interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. To integrate incentives into the information aggregation process in decision making, we propose a new type of aggregation operator, denominated as the quantile induced heavy ordered weighted averaging (QI‐HOWA) operator in this paper. A primary characteristic of this type of operator is that the quantile variable can be used not only to measure the relative performance of alternatives but also to facilitate the incentive preference expression of the decision maker. We further provide a calculation technology of the QI‐HOWA weights, in which various incentive preferences of the decision maker can be considered through parameter adjustment. In addition, we discuss certain properties of the QI‐HOWA operator and note the extent to which they are effective. Finally, a numerical example regarding the selection of optimal alternatives by incentive measures is provided, and the aggregations are compared with those of ordered weighted averaging and unweighted averaging operators to illustrate the validity of the QI‐HOWA operator.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a series of induced generalized aggregation operators for hesitant fuzzy or interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information, including induced generalized hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IGHFOWA) operators, induced generalized hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IGHFOWG) operators, induced generalized interval-valued hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IGIVHFOWA) operators, and induced generalized interval-valued hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IGIVHFOWG) operators. Next, we investigate their various properties and some of their special cases. Furthermore, some approaches based on the proposed operators are developed to solve multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with hesitant fuzzy or interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information. With respect to multiple attribute group decision making problems with linguistic information, some new decision analysis methods are proposed. Firstly, we develop three new aggregation operators: generalized 2-tuple weighted average (G-2TWA) operator, generalized 2-tuple ordered weighted average (G-2TOWA) operator and induced generalized 2-tuple ordered weighted average (IG-2TOWA) operator. Then, a method based on the IG-2TOWA and G-2TWA operators for multiple attribute group decision making is presented. In this approach, alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of 2-tuple linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternative or selection of the most desirable alternative(s) is obtained by the comparison of 2-tuple linguistic information. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

With respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MADM) problems in which attribute values take the form of intuitionistic linguistic numbers, some new group decision making methods are developed. Firstly, some operational laws, expected value, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic linguistic numbers are introduced. Then, an intuitionistic linguistic power generalized weighted average (ILPGWA) operator and an intuitionistic linguistic power generalized ordered weighted average (ILPGOWA) operator are developed. Furthermore, some desirable properties of the ILPGWA and ILPGOWA operators, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity, etc. are studied. At the same time, some special cases of the generalized parameters in these operators are analyzed. Based on the ILPGWA and ILPGOWA operators, two approaches to multiple attribute group decision making with intuitionistic linguistic information are proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approaches and to demonstrate their practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

The variance is a statistical measure frequently used for analysis of dispersion in the data. This paper presents new types of variances that use Bonferroni means and ordered weighted averages in the aggregation process of the variance. The main advantage of this approach is that we can underestimate or overestimate the variance according to the attitudinal character of the decision-maker. The work considers several particular cases including the minimum and the maximum variance and presents some numerical examples. The article also develops some extensions and generalizations by using induced aggregation operators and generalized and quasi-arithmetic means. These approaches provide a more general framework that can consider a lot of other particular cases and a complex attitudinal character that could be affected by a wide range of variables. The study ends with an application of the new approach in a business decision-making problem regarding strategic analysis in enterprise risk management.  相似文献

The induced ordered weighted average is an averaging aggregation operator that provides a parameterized family of aggregation operators between the minimum and the maximum. This paper presents some new generalizations by using Bonferroni means (BM) forming induced BM. The main advantage of this approach is the possibility of reordering the results according to complex ranking processes based on order-inducing variables. The work also presents some additional extensions by using the weighted ordered weighted average, immediate weights, and hybrid averages. Some further generalizations with generalized and quasi-arithmetic means are also developed to consider a wide range of particular cases including quadratic and geometric aggregations. The article also considers the applicability of the new approach in-group decision-making developing an application in sales forecasting.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate multiple attribute decision-making problems with hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy information. First, the concepts of hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set are defined, and the operation laws, the score function, and accuracy function have been developed. Then several distance measures for hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy values have been presented including the Hamming distance, Euclidean distance, and generalized distance, and so on. Based on the operational laws, a series of aggregation operators have been developed including the hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy weighted averaging (HIVPFWA) operator, the hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy geometric weighted averaging (HIVPFGWA) operator, the hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighed averaging (HIVPFOWA) operator, and hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighed geometric averaging (HIVPFOWGA) operator. By using the generalized mean operator, we also develop the generalized hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy weighed averaging (GHIVPFWA) operator, the generalized hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy weighed geometric averaging (GHIVPFWGA) operator, the generalized hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (GHIVPFOWA) operator, and generalized hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (GHIVPFOWGA) operator operator. We further develop several hybrid aggregation operators including the hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy hybrid averaging (HIVPFHA) operator and the generalized hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy hybrid averaging (GHIVPFHA) operator. Based on the distance measures and the aggregation operators, we propose a hesitant interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy VIKOR method to solve multiple attribute decision problems with multiple periods. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the metro project risk is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Hamacher product is a t‐norm and Hamacher sum is a t‐conorm. They are good alternatives to algebraic product and algebraic sum, respectively. Nevertheless, it seems that most of the existing hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are based on the algebraic operations. In this paper, we utilize Hamacher operations to develop some Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators: Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted average (PHFHWA) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (PHFHWG) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted average (PHFHOWA) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted geometric (PHFHOWG) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher induced ordered weighted average (PHFHIOWA) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher induced ordered weighted geometric (PHFHIOWG) operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher induced correlated aggregation operators, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher prioritized aggregation operators, and Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher power aggregation operators. The special cases of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized these operators to develop some approaches to solve the Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems. Finally, a practical example for green supplier selections in green supply chain management is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

The generalized ordered weighted averaging (GOWA) operators are a new class of operators, which were introduced by Yager (Fuzzy Optim Decision Making 2004;3:93–107). However, it seems that there is no investigation on these aggregation operators to deal with intuitionistic fuzzy or interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. In this paper, we first develop some new generalized aggregation operators, such as generalized intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator, generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, generalized intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid average operator, which extend the GOWA operators to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are both intuitionistic fuzzy sets that are characterized by a membership function and a nonmembership function, and interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, whose fundamental characteristic is that the values of its membership function and nonmembership function are intervals rather than exact numbers, and study their properties. Then, we apply them to multiple attribute decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy or interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
