Pythagorean fuzzy sets are powerful techniques for modeling vagueness in practice. The aim of this article is to investigate an effective means to aggregate uncertain information and then employ it into settling multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problems within the Pythagorean fuzzy circumstances. To capture the nature of the reality, some special cases should be comprehensively considered. First, though correlation commonly exist among criteria, a deep insight should also be provided into some realistic situations, in which not all the criteria are interrelated to others. Besides, it is more reasonable to take the importance of the input arguments into consideration. Effected by aforementioned point, this article explores a Pythagorean fuzzy partitioned normalized weighted Bonferroni mean (PFPNWBM) operator with the combination of partitioned Bonferroni mean (BM) and normalized weighted BM operators considering Shapley fuzzy measure. Subsequently, in the context of partially known weight information, models are established to identify the optimal Shapley fuzzy measure. Moreover, integrated the PFPNWBM operator with the optimal Shapley fuzzy measure identification model, a Pythagorean fuzzy MCDM approach is designed. Finally, an illustrative example and detailed analyses are performed to demonstrate its feasibility and reliability.  相似文献

Inspired by Yager, in this paper, we present the concept of likelihood for intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), and propose an approach for flexible computation of likelihood functions of IFSs for multicriteria decision-making (MCDM). We employ ordered weighted average (OWA) aggregation method to soften the strong likelihood constraint condition. The OWA measure can be considered as the attitudinal character, which determines OWA weights, including optimistic or pessimistic likelihood values. Then the reliability-based soft likelihood function is developed by considering the reliability of intuitionistic fuzzy information. Some examples are conducted by using the proposed (reliability-based) soft likelihood functions in intuitionistic fuzzy environment for MCDM problem, and the results are analyzed in detail.  相似文献

Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) can provide more flexibility than intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) for handling uncertain information, and PFS has been increasingly used in multi-attribute decision making problems. This paper proposes a new multi-attribute group decision making method based on Pythagorean uncertain linguistic variable Hamy mean (PULVHM) operator and VIKOR method. Firstly, we define operation rules and a new aggregation operator of Pythagorean uncertain linguistic variable (PULV) and explore some properties of the operator. Secondly, taking the decision makers' hesitation degree into account, a new score function is defined, and we further develop a new group decision making approach integrated with VIKOR method. Finally, an investment example is demonstrated to elaborate the validity of the proposed method. Sensibility analysis and comprehensive comparisons with another two methods are performed to show the stability and advantage of our method.   相似文献

Obtaining relative weights in MCDM problems is a very important issue. The Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) aggregation operators have been extensively adopted to assign the relative weights of numerous criteria. However, previous aggregation operators (including OWA) are independent of aggregation situations. To solve the problem, this study proposes a new aggregation model – dynamic fuzzy OWA based on situation model, which can modify the associated dynamic weight based on the aggregation situation and can work like a “magnifying lens” to enlarge the most important attribute dependent on minimal information, or can obtain equal attribute weights based on maximal information. Two examples are adopted in this paper for comparison and showing the effects under different weights.  相似文献

针对传统故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)方法在实际应用中的不足,提出一种基于有序加权平均(OWA)算子和决策试行与评价实验法(DEMATEL)的风险排序方法。FMEA专家对故障模式的3个风险因子给出模糊评价信息,应用OWA算子对评估信息进行集结,得到各故障原因对故障模式的影响强度。采用模糊DEMATEL法构建FMEA系统要素间的初始直接影响矩阵,经过运算可得综合影响矩阵,并计算各故障原因的原因度,据此进行产品或系统的失效风险评估。运用该方法对地铁车门系统的基础部件进行安全性分析,并将所得结果与传统RPN方法的结果做对比,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

针对毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊多属性决策中,集成算子的重要作用以及集成算子不完善的情况,较为系统地研究了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子。为此,在毕达哥拉斯模糊数的运算和运算法则基础上,定义了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权平均算子(PHFOWA)、广义有序加权平均算子(GPHFOWA)和混合平均算子(PHFHA),以及毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权几何平均算子(PHFOWG)、广义有序加权几何平均算子(GPHFOWG)和混合几何平均算子(PHFHG),并结合数学归纳法,分别给出了它们的计算公式,讨论了它们的有界性、单调性和置换不变性等性质。建立了基于毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子的多属性决策方法,并应用算例和相关方法比较说明了决策方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

Multicriteria decision making (MCDM) has been attracting attention in recent years. There are two essential directions in the research territory, one direction is the research of representation of evaluation information and another is the construction of ranking function. In this paper, we consider some nonstandard fuzzy sets, intuitionistic, and interval‐valued fuzzy sets. Especially, the Pythagorean membership grade and Pythagorean fuzzy set receive much attention. Then, to reflect the importance of principal value, we shall propose the principal‐value Pythagorean fuzzy number (p‐PFN) and principal‐value Pythagorean fuzzy set. Furthermore, a novel ranking function is constructed to select the ideal alternative(s) based on p‐PFNs in MCDM. Finally, an investment strategy decision‐making problem is proposed to reveal the availability and practicability of the function under the new environment.  相似文献

Dempster–Shafer theory (DST) was presented as an effective mathematical tool to represent uncertainty. Its significant innovation is to allow the allocation of the belief of mass to sets or intervals, and it becomes a valuable method in the field of decision making and evaluation when accurate information is not available or when knowledge is expressed subjectively by humans. A crucial research issue in DST is the combination of multi-sources of evidence. In this paper, a novel combination rule for Dempster–Shafer structures is developed based on ordered weighted average (OWA)-based soft likelihood functions proposed by Yager. First, the belief intervals, including the belief measures and plausibility measures, of all the hypotheses in the frame of discernment (FOD) are calculated. Second, the representative value of belief interval is defined based on golden rule introduced by Yager. Third, the soft likelihood value of each hypothesis is calculated based on the proposed OWA-based soft likelihood function for belief interval, which can be considered as the combined evidence. The final evaluation results can be employed for practical applications, such as decision making and evaluation. In addition, the improved evidence combination rule is presented which takes into account the weight of evidence. Several illustrative examples are conducted to manifest the use of the developed methods. Finally, an application for environmental impact assessment is given to demonstrate the usefulness of the developed combination rule in DST.  相似文献

Recently, the TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese for Interactive Multi-criteria Decision Making) approach, which can characterize the decision makers’ psychological behaviours under risk, has been introduced to handle multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems. Moreover, Pythagorean fuzzy set is an effective tool for depicting uncertainty of the MCDM problems. In this paper, based on the prospect theory, we first extend the TODIM approach to solve the MCDM problems with Pythagorean fuzzy information. Then, we conduct simulation tests to analyze how the risk attitudes of the decision makers exert the influence on the results of MCDM under uncertainty. Finally, a case study on selecting the governor of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is made to show the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

As an extension of fuzzy set, a Pythagorean fuzzy set has recently been developed to model imprecise and ambiguous information in practical group decision‐making problems. The aim of this paper is to introduce a novel aggregation method for the Pythagorean fuzzy set and analyze possibilities for its application in solving multiple attribute decision‐making problems. More specifically, a new Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operator called the Pythagorean fuzzy induced ordered weighted averaging‐weighted average (PFIOWAWA) operator is developed. This operator inherits main characteristics of both ordered weighted average operator and induced ordered weighted average to aggregate the Pythagorean fuzzy information. Some of main properties and particular cases of the PFIOWAWA operator are studied. A method based on the proposed operator for multiple attribute group decision making is developed. Finally, we present a numerical example of selection of research and development projects to illustrate applicability of the new approach in a multiple attribute group decision‐making problem.  相似文献

在模糊决策表中,基于有序加权平均(Ordered weighted averaging,OWA)算子建立的相容关系中,OWA算子是一个信息集成工具。本文利用OWA算子及其诱导的截集相容关系,分别讨论基于正域、负域与边界域的属性约简。首先,利用OWA算子中的权重给出属性区分对象的贡献度;然后,根据属性贡献度定义每个属性被约简的可能性;从而给出模糊决策表的一种启发式三支属性约简方法,该方法可以减少属性约简的搜索空间并避免属性约简的盲目性;最后,利用实例来分析影响该三支区域属性约简方法的主要因素,并说明该启发式属性约简方法的合理性和有效性。本文提出的属性贡献度度量及启发式三支属性约简方法将减少属性约简的搜索空间,有益于模糊决策表特征选取的应用。  相似文献

Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), proposed by Yager (2013), is a generalization of the notion of Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set, which has received more and more attention. In this paper, first, we define the weighted Minkowski distance with interval‐valued PFSs. Second, inspired by the idea of the Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic variables, we define a new fuzzy variable called interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic variable set (IVPFLVS), and the operational laws, score function, accuracy function, comparison rules, and distance measures of the IVPFLVS are defined. Third, some aggregation operators are presented for aggregating the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic information such as the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging (IVPFLWA), interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted averaging (IVPFLOWA) , interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic hybrid averaging, and generalized interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted average operators. Fourth, some desirable properties of the IVPFLWA and IVPFLOWA operators, such as monotonicity, commutativity, and idempotency, are discussed. Finally, based on the IVPFLWA or interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic geometric weighted operator, a practical example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed approach and demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

A decision making under uncertainty (DMUU) prevails at the outset and often evolves into a decision making under partial uncertainty as information on the states of nature, for example, a probability distribution, is advanced. Many methods have emerged for solving the DMUU problems, which includes the classical decision criteria and the domain criterion. Yager (1988) introduced a new approach, the so‐called ordered weighted averaging (OWA) as a viable method for solving the DMUU problems. The OWA weights to be used in the aggregation are generated under the degree of optimism provided by a decision maker and then combined with the reordered payoffs to produce aggregated payoffs for each strategy. The reordering process, one of the characterizing features of the OWA method, enables us to perform various types of aggregations including maximax, maximin, and Hurwicz‐α index in conjunction with the generated weights. The OWA method obviously extends the Hurwicz approach by taking into account the tradeoffs among the entire payoffs while the Hurwicz approach considers a tradeoff only between the two extremes, the maximum and the minimum payoffs. In this paper, we examine the features of the OWA method in light of Milnor's set of requirements for reasonable decision criteria, thus providing a solid methodological foundation for the DMUU. The OWA method can also be used to solve a group DMUU problem by exploiting individual decision results in the situation when the use of a fuzzy majority is advocated.  相似文献

A Pythagorean fuzzy set, an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, is very helpful in representing vague information that occurs in real world scenarios. The Dombi operators with operational parameters, have excellent flexibility. Due to the flexible nature of these Dombi operational parameters, this research paper introduces some new aggregation operators under Pythagorean fuzzy environment, including Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (PDFWAA) operator, Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy weighted geometric averaging (PDFWGA) operator, Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted arithmetic averaging operator and Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging operator. Further, this paper presents several advantageous characteristics, including idempotency, monotonicity, boundedness, reducibility and commutativity of preceding operators. By utilizing PDFWAA and PDFWGA operators, this article describes a multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) technique for solving MCDM problems. Finally, a numerical example related to selection of a leading textile industry is presented to illustrate the applicability of our proposed technique.  相似文献

With respect to multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems, in which attribute values take the form of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information, a new decision-making method based on the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic weighted Bonferroni OWA operator is developed. First, the score function, accuracy function, and comparative method of the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic numbers are introduced. Then, an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Bonferroni OWA (IULBOWA) operator and an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic weighted Bonferroni OWA (IULWBOWA) operator are developed. Furthermore, some properties of the IULBOWA and IULWBOWA operators, such as commutativity, idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness, are discussed. At the same time, some special cases of these operators are analyzed. Based on the IULWBOWA operator, the multiple attribute decision-making method with intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to illustrate the decision-making steps and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

The power Bonferroni mean (PBM) operator can relieve the influence of unreasonable aggregation values and also capture the interrelationship among the input arguments, which is an important generalization of power average operator and Bonferroni mean operator, and Pythagorean fuzzy set is an effective mathematical method to handle imprecise and uncertain information. In this paper, we extend PBM operator to integrate Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PFNs) based on the interaction operational laws of PFNs, and propose Pythagorean fuzzy interaction PBM operator and weighted Pythagorean fuzzy interaction PBM operator. These new Pythagorean fuzzy interaction PBM operators can capture the interactions between the membership and nonmembership function of PFNs and retain the main merits of the PBM operator. Then, we analyze some desirable properties and particular cases of the presented operators. Further, a new multiple attribute decision making method based on the proposed method has been presented. Finally, a numerical example concerning the evaluation of online payment service providers is provided to illustrate the validity and merits of the new method by comparing it with the existing methods.  相似文献

In this article, a new linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy set (LPFS) is presented by combining the concepts of a Pythagorean fuzzy set and linguistic fuzzy set. LPFS is a better way to deal with the uncertain and imprecise information in decision making, which is characterized by linguistic membership and nonmembership degrees. Some of the basic operational laws, score, and accuracy functions are defined to compare the two or more linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and their properties are investigated in detail. Based on the norm operations, some series of the linguistic Pythagorean weighted averaging and geometric aggregation operators, named as linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted average and geometric, ordered weighted average and geometric with linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy information are proposed. Furthermore, a multiattribute decision‐making method is established based on these operators. Finally, an illustrative example is used to illustrate the applicability and validity of the proposed approach and compare the results with the existing methods to show the effectiveness of it.  相似文献

In this study, an advanced ordered weighted averaging (AOWA) operator is proposed for tackling multicriteria decision making (MCDM) problems under uncertainties. The AOWA incorporates techniques of interval theory and a center of gravity (COG) method within a traditional ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator. It can deal with the uncertain inputs under optimistic and pessimistic conditions without knowing their distribution information and linguistic important degrees of all inputs in MCDM systems. The results obtained help decision makers select the optimal alternative according to their optimism degrees. A case study of planning electric power problems is provided for demonstrating the applicability of the proposed method. The results indicate that reasonable solutions have been generated for both discrete intervals and linguistic inputs. For all criteria under consideration, corrective alternatives can be undertaken sensitively under various optimism degrees and thus can help resolve the conflicts in electric power systems under uncertainties.  相似文献
