通过介绍生物技术在筛选和培育高含量黄姜皂素品种以及黄姜皂素提取过程中的应用,并对比不同生物法提取工艺对黄姜皂素的提取得率影响,分析了影响生物法提取皂素收率的主要因素,发现酶解法在提取黄姜皂素上相比传统的酸解工艺具有明显的得率优势和环保优势。因此,提出了一种综合利用生物技术提取黄姜皂素的发展思路及评价方法,对黄姜皂素工业化推广具有很好的实际指导作用。 相似文献

以穿龙薯蓣为实验材料,首先将纤维素、淀粉和皂苷复合物分离,然后对皂苷复合物酸水解获取皂素.结果表明,在1 mol·L-1硫酸溶液酸水解150 min、水解物中和水洗至近中性、20 min·次-1的回流速率下提取4 h的条件下,可获得最佳皂素提取率0.837%、纤维提取率13.86%、淀粉提取率12.34%.本工艺酸用量减少了80%、废水量减少了75%,废水COD值只有传统工艺废水的56%,大幅降低了污染程度,为实现穿龙薯蓣的资源化利用和皂素的清洁化生产提供技术支持. 相似文献

研究了以薯蓣皂素为原料合成妊娠双烯醇酮醋酸酯的生产工艺,对其中的氧化反应进行了改进。实验结果表明,薯蓣皂素与醋酐、冰醋酸在高压反应釜中160℃下反应9 h,中间产物假薯蓣皂素醋酸酯的收率达到94.5%。以硅胶固载的12-钨磷酸为催化剂,按n过氧化氢∶n假薯蓣皂素醋酸=1.5∶1的量比滴加30%双氧水,于0~5℃氧化反应1 h,然后回流水解反应1 h,经分离得到产品双烯,总收率78.6%,较工业平均生产水平72%~74%有所提高,并且减少了环境污染。 相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂浸提黄姜干粉中的皂苷,通过水解、过滤、中和、洗涤、干燥、石油醚抽提、结晶、重结晶得到纯度较高的黄姜皂素。研究了间歇浸提工艺中溶剂体积分数及其用量、浸提温度、浸提时间和次数等对皂素收率的影响:以50 g黄姜干粉为原料,以250 mL体积分数95%的乙醇为溶剂,浸提温度为60℃,间歇浸提3次,浸提时间为2 h/1 h/0.5 h时,皂素收率可达2.45%。在该基础上,为提高浸提效率且便于连续化生产,也考察了在高压均质机中连续均质浸提的工艺过程,操作压力60 MPa时连续均质浸提可达到与间歇浸提同等效果。间歇浸提和连续均质浸提工艺的耗酸量和废水量仅为传统工艺的10%,皂素收率较传统工艺的1.6%提高了53%。 相似文献

薯蓣皂素清洁化生产工艺及资源化利用研究进展 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
现有的薯蓣皂素传统生产工艺具有工艺简单、易操作的优点, 但在产率、能耗及环境污染等方面存在较大问题。本文综述了国内外薯蓣皂素清洁化生产工艺的研究进展, 介绍了两类清洁化生产工艺--传统无机酸水解改进工艺和非无机酸水解工艺, 着重概述了发展前景较好的非无机酸水解工艺, 包括离子交换树脂催化法、离子液体催化法、生物转化法以及热分解处理法, 并比较了不同工艺的优缺点。指出传统无机酸水解改进工艺虽能减少无机酸对环境的污染, 大部分还能提高皂素产率, 但废水废渣的问题仍然没有解决;非无机酸水解工艺几乎零污染排放, 但存在产率低、成本高等不足。本文同时简述了从黄姜提取皂素过程中废水废渣的综合利用方法, 总结了清洁化生产工艺和废渣利用中存在的问题, 提出未来应以提高非无机酸水解工艺的皂素产率为研究重点, 并对废渣的资源化利用不断进行探索和开发。 相似文献

The present study evaluated the efficiency of ultrasonic and fermented pretreatment technology for diosgenin production from Diosorea zingiberensis C.H. Wright (DZW). The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic pretreatment condition, 20 min, 50 kHz, 100 W; fermented pretreatment condition, 30 °C, 3 d and 0.8 g yeast dosages per 100 g raw materials; acidic hydrolysis condition, 1.5 mol/L sulfuric acid, 4 h; petrol extraction condition, 5 h. Under these conditions, diosgenin yield could reach 2.30%. Scanning electron micrographs indicated morphology changes of materials during diosgenin extraction process. UV-vis and GC-MS analysis revealed wastewater from the new approach contained 20 kinds of organic compounds which were mainly acids, esters, ketones and hydrocarbons. The research indicated the new approach could not only increase 42.5% diosgenin yield, recover 81.6% starch and 50.8% cellulose, but also efficiently reduce 69.7% COD, comparing with the conventional approach. 相似文献

Multi‐enzymatic catalysis combined with acid hydrolysis is studied in order to enhance the efficiency of the enzymatic catalysis and reduce the mass transfer resistance from starch and cellulose in the extraction of diosgenin from Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright. The cellulase is modified by polyethylene to increase its optimal reaction temperature and pH value. The modified cellulase shows better thermostability and resistance to alkali. The modified cellulase, α‐amylase and β‐glycosidase are used to construct the multi‐enzyme and multi‐enzyme catalysis is used as a pretreatment process. Compared to primary industrial techniques including acid hydrolysis, spontaneous fermentation and enzymatic catalysis, conventional techniques are optimized by using multi‐enzymatic catalysis together with acid hydrolysis because of the higher reaction efficiency and lower levels of manipulation required. The purity of the product is more than 96 % with this technique, and the melting point is 205–207 °C. The diosgenin yield rate and the extraction rate reached are 2.43 % and 98 %, respectively. IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy were used to confirm the structure of the product. 相似文献

薯蓣皂甙元是合成甾体激素药物和甾体避孕药物的重要原料,是黄姜中的主要活性物质。采用正交实验的方法,探讨了经过二次酸水解法从黄姜中提取薯蓣皂甙元的工艺条件,结果表明该方法提取的薯蓣皂甙元产率达到了2.41%,比直接水解法(2.20%)提高了9.55%。另外,采用熔点、元素分析法、红外、核磁等一系列的手段对产品进行表征,结果表明该法是可行的,提取的薯蓣皂甙元的质量纯度达到了工业的要求。 相似文献
