为研究纳米石墨烯对沥青路用性能及改性机理的影响,通过压力老化试验(PAV)、旋转薄膜试验(RTFOT)、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)及扫描电镜测试仪等手段对纳米石墨烯改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、抗疲劳性能、抗老化性能及黏弹特性进行深入研究。其次,对纳米石墨烯改性沥青的化学组成及结构进行表征与分析,从微观角度对纳米石墨烯的改性机理进行分析。研究表明:随着纳米石墨烯的加入,纳米石墨烯能够与热沥青发生较强的亲和物理作用,能够改善改性沥青与SBS的相容性,有效地对热沥青分子链段产生插层和缠绕,提升改性沥青高温性能、低温性能及抗老化性能。 相似文献

对国内外几种70号道路石油沥青及其I-D级SBS改性沥青的性能进行研究,探讨70号道路基质沥青的性质对改性沥青的工艺、改性剂的选择、改性效果产生的影响,并根据分析结果对改性沥青的工艺进行了改进和优化。结果表明基质沥青的性能直接影响着改性沥青的性能,基质沥青软化点、延度、针入度指数等常规性能指标较好,制得的改性沥青性能一般较好;基质沥青的蜡含量和组分分布对改性沥青性能影响较大,沥青质含量高所制得的改性沥青易离析;基质沥青的高温黏度和DSR值低,其改性沥青的高温性能也不好;添加适量的助剂改变沥青组分分布能有效改善沥青的高低温性能和存储稳定性;通过两种性质互补的石油沥青复配可以综合提高改性沥青性能。 相似文献

结合江苏某高速公路维修工程,对TLA改性沥青路面进行了具体的研究,研究了TLA混合料配合比设计、灰分含量对沥青混合料试验结果的影响,并对实体工程进行了三年的跟踪观测,结果表明TLA改性沥青具有很好的高温稳定性及抗老化性能。 相似文献

以SBS和PE作为主要改性剂进行高强高韧改性沥青的制备,通过复合改性工艺以期达到沥青高低温使用性能均衡提高的目的,对制备完成的高强高韧沥青进行常规性能和流变学试验,分析认为以复合改性工艺制备的高强高韧改性沥青具有优良的高温与低温路用性能。进行了AC-25级配高强高韧改性沥青混合料的配合比优化设计及性能验证试验,试验结果表明高强高韧改性沥青混合料与SBS改性沥青混合料相比具有优异的综合路用性能。 相似文献

为研究白炭黑材料对橡胶沥青的复合改性效果,基于不同类型、掺量的白炭黑复合改性沥青,通过对其进行技术性能试验、流变性能试验、老化性能试验以及混合料试验,并采用针入度体系指标、175℃黏度、车辙因子、老化残留物性能以及混合料性能指标为评价依据,对其胶结料性能与混合料性能进行分析,结果表明:沉淀法制备的白炭黑对橡胶沥青的改性效果较好,掺加白炭黑进行复合改性能进一步提高橡胶沥青的高温稳定性能,其软化点涨幅可达15%、175℃黏度与车辙因子也随着白炭黑掺量显著提高,掺加适量白炭黑后复合改性沥青的抗老化能力提高,其中TFOT老化后残留物的针入度比涨幅可达22%,并且掺加白炭黑后复合改性橡胶沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度、马歇尔残留稳定度以及劈裂强度比(TSR)都显著提高,综合表明掺加白炭黑进行复合改性能有效提高沥青及其混合料的稳定性与耐久性。 相似文献

采用荧光显微镜和沥青基本性能测试分析的方法,研究了糠醛抽出油对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明,糠醛抽出油的掺入能显著改善SBS在沥青中的分散性,使得SBS溶胀得更为充分,提高了改性沥青的抗老化性能和高温存储稳定性。随着糠醛抽出油掺量的增加,针入度逐渐升高,软化点和延度先升高后下降。 相似文献

SBS改性乳化沥青具有环保、节能、高低温性能优良等特性,在高等级路面的维修与养护中发挥很大的作用。尽管SBS改性沥青有这些优点,但仍然存在难以乳化和不能长时间稳定储存的问题。通过考察制备SBS改性乳化沥青的乳化剂和工艺,研究了适于乳化SBS改性沥青的乳化剂配方,并分析了SBS改性乳化沥青物性与储存稳定性的关系。结果表明,胶体磨间隙不大于1.0 mm、胶体磨转速不小于2400r/min、乳化剂皂液pH值在2~4、改性沥青中SBS质量分数在3.0%~3.5%时,制备的改性乳化沥青储存稳定性较好。改性沥青颗粒粒径和乳液的恩氏黏度对改性乳化沥青储存稳定性影响明显,利用改性乳化沥青的物性(粒度、黏度)与储存稳定性的关系,调节工艺条件,能够得到储存稳定性好的改性乳化沥青。 相似文献

Abstract The hot storage stability of styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS)-modified road asphalt can be improved significantly by reactive blending of SBS and asphalt under high share mixing at high temperature with elemental sulfur and vulcanization accelerator. The storage stability, morphology, and rheological properties were analyzed and evaluated by means of the hot storage test, fluorescent microscopy, and conventional and dynamic mechanical analysis using a dynamic share rheometer (DSR), respectively. The test results indicate that not only storage stability but also rheological properties of SBS-modified asphalt were enhanced by reactive blending of SBS and asphalt. Moreover, the addition of cross-linking agent resulted in the change in morphology of SBS-modified asphalt from a continuous asphalt phase with dispersed SBS particles to two interlocked continuous phases. The formation of a chemically cross-linked network enhanced the elasticity and deformation resistance of SBS-modified asphalt. 相似文献

It's found that during hot storage the performance of SBS modified asphalt deteriorated although phase separation didn't happen. Mechanism of storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was discussed. The different hot storage stability of three SBS modified asphalts could be well interpreted with the interface layer principle. Based on the interface layer principle, a new way that asphalt was chemically modified by SBS was put forward to improve hot storage stability and other using performances. The results indicated that the asphalt chemically modified by SBS had good hot storage stability and other using performances were significantly improved. 采用氧指数测定法、动态剪切流变实验、弯曲梁流变实验和DSC-TG实验、扫描电镜(SEM)手段研究了环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青的性能;通过研究环保型阻燃剂对SBS改性沥青阻燃性能、物理性能、135 ℃运动黏度和高低温流变性能的影响确定了环保型阻燃剂的加入量;检测了环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青的环保性能。结果表明,环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青具有良好的阻燃性能、物理性能、热储存稳定性及环保性能,环保型阻燃剂可以提高SBS改性沥青的高温性能,但会影响低温性能;环保型阻燃剂的加入可以提高SBS改性沥青的热分解温度和开始燃烧温度,并且在沥青燃烧时可以减少烟密度及有毒烟气的释放。 相似文献

针对沥青质含量较高的塔河原油,采用适当的工艺开发出了符合JTG F40-2004技术要求的SBS改性道路沥青。通过加入稳定剂使SBS与基础沥青反应形成了较稳定的均匀微观结构,从而解决了SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性问题。常规方法评价结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青具有较小的感温性以及优良的高低温性能。采用SHRP方法对塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青进行了评价,并与其它油种SBS改性沥青作了比较,结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青的SHRP性能等级为PG70-34和PG76-34,具有非常好的高低温性能及抗疲劳开裂性能。 相似文献

改性剂与沥青的相容性是决定改性效果和改性沥青制作工艺的关键因素,而聚合物改性沥青的相容性与基质沥青的组成,聚合物的剂量,聚合物的结构和组成以及储存温度密度相关,利用热储存稳定性试验系统,研究了改性剂SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物)与基质沥青的相容性,结果表明,线型SBS普遍比星型SBS具有较好的相容性,SBS含量小于3%时改性沥青的稳定性较好,沥青质含量适中,芳香分含量越大的基质沥青与SBS的相容性越好。 相似文献

通过改变胶粉、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)及SBS三种改性剂的比例设计了7个配方制备废橡塑改性沥青,并对废橡塑改性沥青及其混合料进行室内试验研究。得出结论如下:合理调配胶粉、LDPE及SBS三种改性剂的比例可以制得高温、低温及储存稳定性良好的废橡塑改性沥青;掺加复合改性剂的的废橡塑沥青混合料,其水稳定性、低温抗裂性以及高温稳定性能都得到了不同程度的改善,尤其是高温性能。 相似文献
