为了研究紫外线老化下沥青性能变化,选取同种产地、不同标号的两种基质沥青以及两种常规改性沥青,分析基质沥青在不同紫外线老化后组分变化,研究四种沥青在不同时长紫外绒老化后的三大指标、DSR和BBR试验。结果表明,选用沥青老化后C/H值来评价同种来源基质沥青紫外老化性能是可行的,并可以通过使用DSR、BBR补充评价基质沥青和改性沥青紫外线老化后的高低温流变性能。 相似文献

通过动态剪切流变试验,对路用橡胶沥青结合料的流变性能进行了分析。试验采用2种不同类型的基质沥青以及4种不同含量的胶粉制备成5种不同类型的橡胶改性沥青,使用动态剪切流变仪分别对原样、短期老化以及长期老化三种状态的试样进行了测试,分析了各粘弹性参数随橡胶沥青类型变化的规律。同时也对比分析了各种类型的胶粉改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明,橡胶胶粉含量在15%~21%范围内时,橡胶沥青的高温和中等温度下疲劳性能均随橡胶胶粉含量的增加而提高。 相似文献

以韩国进口SK-70号为基质沥青,废胶粉和SBS为改性剂,糠醛抽出油和基质沥青为溶胀剂,制备废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青。制备工艺中。溶胀工艺对改性沥青性质的影响尤为关键。通过正交试验,讨论溶胀工艺中溶胀温度、溶胀时间、溶胶比和软组份(糠醛抽出油)掺量对改性沥青性质的影响。基于沥青常规指标试验,利用针入度比值法(用于客观评价同批次不同配比的试样性质差异及沥青性质变化趋势),分析改性沥青性质变化趋势以及溶胀工艺中各因素对改性沥青性质的影响程度。并得出最佳溶胀工艺条件:溶胀温度150℃;溶胀时间1h,溶胶比4,软组份添加量4%。在此工艺条件下制得的改性沥青性能符合聚合物改性沥青技术标准(SBS)的I—C级。 相似文献

在考察新型沥青再生剂对三种实验室模拟老化基质沥青再生效果的基础上,对比了不同再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果,最后对再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性进行了评价并在沈大高速公路铺设了500 m试验路段。结果表明,自制新型沥青再生剂对三种老化基质沥青均具有良好的再生效果,适宜添加量均为1O%;新型沥青再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果优于所选的进口Golden-Bear和国产SZS型沥青再生剂;与国产SZS型再生剂相比,再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性更佳,试验路段也表现出了更好的应用效果。 相似文献

为了通过室内试验模拟极端温度条件下沥青结合料在老化前后的蠕变、流变特性,采用BBR(Bending Beam Rheometer)试验、DSR(Dynamic Shear Rheometer)试验和RTF饥(Rolling Thin Film Oven Test)试验分别获取沥青老化前后的蠕变劲度、蠕变速率,以及高温高频旋转下的复合模量和相位角。低温蠕变劲度试验表明,基质沥青与SBS改性沥青和橡胶改性沥青有类似的松驰属性,改性剂降低了低温下的蠕变劲度,提高了蠕变速率;动态剪切流变试验表明,改性剂的添加使基质沥青具备更高的复合模量和更小的相位角;最后,通过使用DSR试验数据和Booji-Thoone近似公式验证了4种沥青结合料类似的线粘弹性力学行为。 相似文献

为研究乳化型温拌剂对沥青性能指标的影响,选取二种温拌剂分别对SBS改性沥青和70号、90号基质沥青进行了三大指标试验、老化后性能试验以及黏度试验。试验结果表明:乳化型温拌剂对沥青针入度、软化点、延度和黏度影响较小,可有效改善沥青的老化。 相似文献

采用四组分法分析了不同产地基质沥青的化学组成,并将各基质沥青分别制备了SBS改性沥青进行对比.试验结果表明:不同产地基质沥青的四组分含量存在较大差异,基质沥青对SBS改性沥青稳定性影响很大,芳香分和胶质含量高的基质沥青与SBS的相容性较好,采用芳香分含量高的基质沥青能制得性能更为优异的SBS改性沥青,这些为改性沥青生产中基质沥青的选择提供了一定的依据. 相似文献

以克拉玛依90号沥青作为基质沥青、废橡胶粉和水滑石(LDHs)作为改性剂,制备了LDHs/废橡胶粉复合改性沥青,在废橡胶粉加入量不变的条件下,考察LDHs加入量对复合改性沥青的物理性能、抗紫外老化性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:当废橡胶粉加入量(w)为15%时,随着LDHs的加入,复合改性沥青的软化点升高,针入度和延度有所下降,两种改性剂相互结合,使复合改性沥青的物理性能得到改善,并且满足国家聚合物改性沥青标准的要求,考虑到改性剂成本,选取LDHs加入量(w)为3%~4%;LDHs的加入使复合改性沥青的软化点增量减小,残留针入度比和延度保留率上升,表明LDHs可明显提高复合改性沥青的抗紫外老化性能;LDHs的加入可使复合改性沥青复数模量和车辙因子增加,相位角下降,说明LDHs可提高复合改性沥青的抗车辙性能。 相似文献

Abstract The penetration, softening point, and ductility of the aging basic asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt were studied, and the thin film oven aging behavior of them was researched by using infrared spectrum. The experimental results showed that the softening point was increased, the penetration and ductility were decreased after basic asphalt thin film oven aging; the results of aging SBS modified asphalt thin film oven aging was similar too. The research of infrared spectrum indicated that absorbing–oxygen oxidation reaction was taking place when basic asphalt film was aging, carbonyl and sulfoxide groups were increased after SBS modified asphalt thin film oven had been aging. The aging extent of SBS modified asphalt was bigger than basic asphalt and the ability of bearing low temperature was better. SBS modified asphalt could have worse anti-aging performances than that of base asphalt. 相似文献

AbstractThe effects of different types (red, black and blue color) and content (2% and 4%) of thermochromic powders on aging properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) modified asphalt were investigated. Physical properties of the binders (ductility, penetration, viscosity and softening point) were tested before and after thermal-oxidative and ultraviolet radiation aging. The results showed thermochromic powders improved the deformability and weakened the high-temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt to some extent. Thermochromic powders could obviously improve the anti-aging properties of SBS modified asphalt. In addition, SBS modified asphalt with 2% thermochromic materials showed the best aging resistance under all aging modes. 相似文献

Effects of layered double hydroxides (LDHs), antioxidant (Irganox 1010) and their compounds on physical and rheological properties and chemical compositions of asphalt were investigated to evaluate the antiaging performance. Results indicate that Irganox 1010 modified asphalt shows good thermo-oxidative aging resistance, LDHs modified asphalt shows good ultraviolet (UV) aging resistance, while the compound consisting of LDHs and Irganox 1010 modified asphalt exhibits excellent resistance to both thermo-oxidative aging and UV aging. Furthermore, changes of chemical compositions of asphalt show that Irganox 1010 peptizes the asphaltenes, and the compound of LDHs and Irganox 1010 exhibits the most effective inhibition of gelatinization of asphalt binder during aging process. 相似文献

The scope of this study was to investigate the high and intermediate temperature rheological and aging properties of warm mix asphalt binders modified by organo-expanded vermiculites. The rotational viscosity, complex modulus, and rutting parameter (G*/δ) increased and the penetration and phase angle decreased after modification of 3% organo-expanded vermiculites, indicating that the high temperature rheological properties of the warm mix asphalt binder have been improved. The warm mix asphalt binders containing 3% organo-expanded vermiculites demonstrate the lowest value of phase angle and the highest value of complex modulus compared with the studied binders. In addition, as a result of the rolling thin film oven test, the viscosity aging index of warm mix asphalt binder decreases, while the retained penetration increases obviously with the introduction of organo-expanded vermiculites. The warm mix asphalt binder with 3% organo-expanded vermiculites has more pronounced improvements in aging resistance in comparison with other studied modified warm mix asphalt binders. 相似文献

The styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS)–modified asphalt was aged by pressure aging vessel test. The effect of different content of rejuvenators on the physical and rheological properties of aged SBS-modified asphalt was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the content, the physical and rheological properties of the aged SBS-modified asphalt are restored more significantly. Three kinds of rejuvenators were used to rejuvenate the properties of aged SBS-modified asphalt. It can be concluded that the improvement of rejuvenator-III on the properties of aged SBS-modified asphalt is the most obvious. The results also indicate that the rheological behavior of the aged SBS-modified asphalt is improved obviously by the rejuvenator. 相似文献
