在汽车用镁合金上分别进行常规化学镀和超声波辅助化学镀,制备了两种Ni-P-Al_2O_3镀层。采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对两种镀层的表面质量和化学成分进行了分析,并通过全浸试验和电化学阻抗谱测试分析了两种镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:两种镀层的耐蚀性都比镁合金基体的耐蚀性好,并且超声波化学镀层的耐蚀性较常规化学镀层的耐蚀性更好。由于超声波作用使得超声波化学镀层的表面质量更好,所以超声波化学镀层表现出良好的耐蚀性。 相似文献

在机械泵旋片用45Mn钢板表面制备了化学镀Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层,并研究了PTFE的质量浓度对化学镀Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层的沉积速率、耐磨性、耐蚀性及表面形貌的影响。结果表明:适当增加PTFE的质量浓度,有利于加快沉积速率,提高化学镀Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层的耐磨性和耐蚀性。化学镀Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层表面呈胞状形貌,PTFE均匀分布在表面。当PTFE的质量浓度为8 g/L时,化学镀Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层具有最佳的耐磨性和耐蚀性。 相似文献

化学镀钴-镍-磷合金镀层具有良好的磁学性能,正日益受到人们的青睐。由于沉积速度往往对镀层性能产生很大影响,在此重点了影响化学镀钴-镍-磷合金镀层沉积速度的各因素。结果表明,提高镀液中金属离子总浓度及镍盐所占的比例,在PH为8 ̄10范围内加入适量的稳定剂及采用活性强的基材有利于化学镀钴-镍-磷合金镀层沉积速度的提高。 相似文献

将超声振荡方法引入化学镀镍工艺以降低化学镀温度,提高沉积速率,并对中温化学镀镍工艺进行了初步探讨。通过正交试验,确定了最佳基本镀液配方及操作条件为:NiSO4·6H2O 25g/L,NaH2PO2·H2O 25g/L,CH3COONa 25g/L,H3BO3 15~25g/L,硫脲2g/L,pH5.8,温度55°C。借助于扫描电镜、X射线衍射、能谱、硬度及塔菲尔曲线等测试方法,对镀层进行了表征。结果表明,超声振荡方法所得镀层的耐腐蚀性能和硬度均明显优于常规水浴法;加入稳定剂硫脲不仅可提高镀速,还可明显改善镀层外观及耐腐蚀性。 相似文献

通过对铝合金组织,化学镀镍各溶液成分,化学镀镍镀层性质,铝合金化学镀镍工艺的分析,找出了影响铝合金化学镀镍耐蚀性的关键因素是镀层厚度和孔隙率,铝合金基体状态,前处理工艺,化学镀镍工艺参数,溶液成分,镀后处理等均会影响镀层的孔隙率,所以对铝合金化学镀镍耐蚀性等级要求高的行业在使用该工艺时要控制全过程工艺要点,否则就达不到预期的目的。 相似文献

Electrically conductive composites were prepared using epoxy resin (EP) as matrix and nickel‐coated polyethylene teraphthalate (PET) fibers as filler. The fibers were coated with nickel by plating and ultrasonic electroless deposition techniques. The coaxial transmission line method was used to measure the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness of the nickel‐coated PET fiber/EP composites. The contents of nickel and phosphorus in the coating were determined by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). As a result, the ultrasonic electroless nickel‐coated PET fiber/EP composites showed excellent electrical conductive capability and better EMI shielding effectiveness due to higher content of nickel and lower content of phosphorus in the coating than conventional plated nickel‐coated PET fiber/EP composites. The initial nickel deposition for the direct electroless nickel plating on non-catalytically active magnesium alloy is critical. The surface morphology and composition of the initial nickel plating coating are obtained by means of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the energy dispersive X-ray (EDS). In addition, the mass gain/loss in the initial nickel deposition process was measured by using the electrobalance. The results showed that the MgO coating was gradually corroded by the plating solution, at the same time, MgF2 produced by F , H and MgO was deposited on the substrate during the initial electroless plating process. The nickel of the initial electroless plating was mostly growing on the boundary between the MgF2 coating and the MgO coating of the activation substrate, and then came to two sides. After that, the Ni-P coating growth rate to cover with the MgF2 coating was prior to the MgO coating. The electroless plating was in company with the substrate corrosion, but the electroless plating rate catalyzed by the exchanged nickel was more than the substrate corrosion rate. 相似文献
