The technical revamp of methylamine and DMF unit, in which the Jiutian Fine Chemicals Company in Anyang, Henan province had invested 10 million RMB in 2005, will be completed soon. The production capacity of both methylamine and DMF will reach 30 kt/a. In 2003 the Jiutian Fine Chemicals Company applied the proprietary technology of Hualu Co. This study was conducted to evaluate the ability of Pediococcus acidilactici HA-6111-2, a PA-1 bacteriocin-producing lactic acid bacterium (LAB), isolated from “Alheira” to inhibit a cocktail of Listeria innocua strains during production and shelf-life of these products. The bacteriocinogenic culture reduced the Listeria population below the detection limit (1.5log CFU/g) and had no effect on the growth of the natural LAB flora or on the pH. Pathogenic organisms were not detected in any sample. The presence of some virulence factors and antibiotic resistances of the strain to be used as a bioprotective culture were investigated. P. acidilactici HA-6111-2 did not produce any of the biogenic amines tested; no formation of biofilms was observed; more l(+)lactic acid was produced than its isomer d(?); no gelatinase, DNase or lipase activity was recorded; no structural genes for the haemolysin, enterococcal surface protein, hydrolytic compounds, aggregation protein and cell-wall adhesins were detected, no significant antibiotic resistances were found. P. acidilactici HA-6111-2 appears to have potential as a bioprotective culture during “Alheira” fermentation. Moreover, a trained panel considered the protected product to be sensorially acceptable.  相似文献

While the concept of radius of investigation is better understood for drawdown tests, its applicability to buildup tests is less certain. For example, a rule of thumb is that “one cannot see a particular feature in a buildup unless the radius of investigation during the preceding flow period has seen that feature”. In this paper, we clearly illustrate that the radius of investigation of a buildup can be larger than that of its previous flow period.Another common contention is that the radius of investigation of a buildup is limited by noise dominating the late-time pressure behavior. Oliver [Oliver, D.S., 1990. The averaging process in permeability estimation from well-test data. SPEFE. pp. 319–324.] and later Thompson and Reynolds [Thompson, L.G. and Reynolds, A.C, 1997. Well testing for radially heterogeneous reservoirs under single and multiphase flow conditions. SPEFE. pp. 57–64.] defined the radius of investigation based on the distance from the well to the region of the reservoir which has the greatest impact on the pressure derivative. We have used this approach to calculate the derivative and show that the ratio of noise to the signal from the reservoir does not necessarily increase. While many situations exist when radius of investigation of a build-up test is limited by the preceding flow period and noise, we show that when data is sampled appropriately, the radius of investigation of a buildup can easily go beyond that of the preceding flow period, and demonstrate when this may remain unaffected by noise.  相似文献

Abstract

In order to predict wax deposition problems the key parameter is the wax diffusion coefficient. While it is quite easy to find measured diffusivity values for well-defined compounds at quite low concentrations, very few experimental data are available for wax diffusivity in oil. Most of the literature data are estimated by interpolating experimental data obtained by loop tests and then they are affected by a noticeable uncertainty. In fact this parameter collects the whole uncertainty of the test and the paradoxical situation is that the key parameter ends to be the most error-affected or to be used as a pivotable parameter in “predictive” models. This article describes an experimental procedure to determine the overall diffusivity coefficient of waxes into the oil; the main advantage of this technique is that it allows the direct measure of diffusivity on the oil. Besides it is a very simple and straightforward technique. Results obtained were used to gain insight into the deposition process; the conclusion was that, due to the counter-intuitive diffusivity dependence on temperature, it is likely that noncompositional models available at present are structurally incorrect.  相似文献
