Mats and fabrics for electromagnetic interference shielding   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Fabrics (with continuous electrically conductive fibers) are more effective than mats (with discontinuous conductive fibers) for electromagnetic interference shielding. Conductive fibers in the form of metal-coated polymer fibers or metal-coated carbon fibers are more effective than those in the form of bare carbon fibers. The highest shielding effectiveness of 53 dB at 1.0 GHz was attained by a metal-coated polymer fabric. The shielding is due mainly to reflection. A higher shielding effectiveness correlates with a higher reflectivity and a lower electrical resistivity. Both shielding effectiveness and reflectivity decrease with increasing frequency from 300 kHz to 1.5 GHz. The shielding effectiveness increases with thickness, as shown for bare carbon fiber mats. A nickel-coated carbon fiber mat of areal weight 9 g/m2 is similar to a bare carbon fiber mat of areal weight 17 g/m2 in shielding effectiveness.  相似文献

采用粉末冶金发泡法制备闭孔泡沫铝,通过调整发泡剂含量、发泡温度、粘度、保温时间等手段,制得孔隙率可调、孔洞分布均匀的闭孔泡沫铝样品,并测试了不同孔隙率、孔径泡沫铝样品的电磁屏蔽性能.结果表明:在100~1000MHz内,泡沫铝的电磁屏蔽性能在60~90dB之间,且随着孔隙率、孔径的增加,泡沫铝的电磁屏蔽性能下降.  相似文献

对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行复合金属包覆,可以发挥不同组元间的复合效应,提高在高频范围的电磁屏蔽性能。本文对CNTs进行预处理后,采用超声喷雾化学镀的方法来制备镀镍碳纳米管(Ni-CNTs),在此基础上分别采用化学镀和共沉淀法制备镍银包覆碳纳米管(Ni/Ag-CNTs)和镍铜包覆碳纳米管(Ni/Cu-CNTs)。采用TEM、FESEM和XRD对镀层形态及结构进行表征,结果表明,采用超声喷雾化学镀方法,在改善CNTs分散性的前提下可实现镍层在其表面均匀连续镀覆;并结合化学镀和共沉淀法分别成功制备出Ni/Ag-CNTs和Ni/Cu-CNTs。电磁屏蔽测试表明,Ni/Ag-CNTs和Ni/Cu-CNTs的电磁屏蔽性能显著优于Ni-CNTs (55.62dB),分别达到了89.34 dB和72.21 dB。  相似文献

The present investigation deals with the synthesis of silver coated copper powder for potential application as filler material in conductive polymers for electro magnetic interference (EMI) shielding. Copper powders were obtained by the reaction of cuprous oxide and, hydrazine in a mixed solvent (H2O:ethanol) at various reaction conditions. The cuprous oxide powder was produced by the reaction of CuSO4, NaOH and D-glucose. The synthesized copper powder was silver coated by its reaction with (NH4)2SO4, C4H4O6KNa and AgNO3. The prepared powders were characterized by XRD, SEM, TGA and XPS. The coaxial transmission line method was used to measure the EMI shielding effectiveness of the powders. The silver coated copper powders exhibited an improved oxidation resistance and higher EMI shielding effectiveness as compared to the uncoated copper powders.  相似文献

Conducting polyaniline coated fabrics can be used as a shield material for the control of electromagnetic interference at 101 GHz. The conducting fabrics can also be used for the dissipation of electrostatic charge. The conducting fabric shows a shielding effectiveness of 35.61 dB. The characterization of the conducting polymer polyaniline and conducting fabrics was carried by spectroscopic techniques and thermogravimetric analysis. Static charge measurements of the conducting fabrics show a complete removal of static charge.  相似文献

制备了不同Nd含量的Mg-Y-Zr-xNd合金铸锭,研究了Nd含量对微观结构、力学性能和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。实验结果表明,当Nd含量增加到2.63%时,晶粒尺寸从70.1μm细化到42.9μm,并且在晶界不连续分布骨骼状β相。随着Nd含量增加,合金强度和电磁屏蔽性能都会增加。Nd含量为2.63%时同时具有良好的强度和电磁屏蔽性能,T6处理能进一步提高屏蔽效能。根据分析以上实验结果是由于Nd的添加量不同引起微观结构不同造成的。  相似文献

填充金属纤维的复合材料由于具有优异的电磁屏蔽效能(EMSE)而广泛应用于电磁干扰领域。本研究采用浸渗和机械搅拌法分别制备了316L纤维/环氧树脂和Cu纤维/环氧树脂两种复合材料,并测试了其电磁屏蔽效能。研究表明,当316L纤维长径比从200增加到1000时,316L纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能逐渐增大,而当长径比从1000增加到3000时,其复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能迅速下降;当316L纤维的含量从10wt%增加到25wt%时,复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能逐渐增大。对于316L纤维/环氧树脂复合材料而言,316L纤维的最佳参数为:纤维直径为?8μm、含量为25wt%、长径比为1000,其复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能最高可达-78dB。对于Cu纤维/环氧树脂复合材料而言,Cu纤维的最佳参数为:纤维直径为?120μm、含量为2.0wt%。  相似文献

利用溅镀Sn-Al纳米薄膜和Sn-Cu纳米薄膜讨论结晶机制与膜厚对电磁波屏蔽特性的影响,比较了Sn-Al和Sn-Cu薄膜的高温显微组织、导电性与电磁波屏蔽性能。结果表明,高温处理提高了Sn-Al纳米薄膜的电磁波屏蔽性。在低频条件下,高Cu摩尔浓度的Sn-Cu纳米薄膜不能有效改善电磁波屏蔽性;高温处理后,低Cu摩浓度的Sn-Cu纳米薄膜能提高低频的电磁波屏蔽性,而高频下的电磁波屏蔽性则呈相反趋势。  相似文献

In terms of lightweight electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding structural materials, Mg matrix materials have proven to be the best, due to their exciting properties (e.g. low density, high specific strength, good electrical conductivity and excellent EMI shielding properties) and their wide range of applications in lightweighting in electronics, automotive and aerospace industries. Through processing, such as alloying, heat treatment, plastic deformation and composite processing, Mg matrix materials can be obtained with tailorable properties which can play a key role in designing materials for EMI shielding. This work introduces an overview of the research on the EMI shielding properties of Mg matrix materials as well as their EMI shielding mechanisms over the past few decades, focused on the influence of alloying, heat treatment, plastic deformation and composite processing for the EMI shielding properties of Mg matrix materials. Silver nanoparticle catalyst was prepared to replace Pd catalyst for electroless Ni plating. The adsorption of Ag nanoparticle onto the poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) was promoted by conditioning the substrate with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and 3-mercaptopropyl- triethoxysilane. Electroless Ni deposition was started at the PET substrates catalyzed with Ag nanoparticle linking to the substrate via Ag-S bond. The composition and topography of nickel plating PET films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, respectively. Peel adhesion strength, more than 50 N/cm, was achieved for planting nickel layer to the Ag activated PET substrate; however, a relative low value as 10.2 N/cm was obtained for the sample with Pd catalyst by the same measurement. Silver catalyst together with silane modification has the significant merits for electroless deposition of Ni on PET film.  相似文献

In recent years, human-type robots attract much attention in the field of medical welfare and industrial applications under severe environmental conditions, such as in space. For the realization of such robots, the development of an actuator having superior functions as human fingers is required. It is known that hydrogen storage alloys exhibit a significant volume change of 10–30% on hydrogenation, which is several tens times greater than that caused by thermal expansion. Since the driving force of an actuator driven by hydrogenation is based on phase transformation, the actuator can be expected to show high power. In the present work, a bending module having a sheet form of palladium-base hydrogen storage alloy foils bond with a copper foil was prepared and its bending behaviors were investigated.  相似文献

Application of the Fe80Nb6B14 amorphous alloy to electromagnetic shielding was examined in detail using different experimental techniques. For shields made of the optimized (annealing at 700 K/1 h) amorphous ribbons the shielding effectiveness b was measured versus frequency f and shield thickness h. It was shown that for h = 200 μm in the frequency range 2 MHz < f < 15 MHz (the near-zone, electric field) b decreases from 55 dB to 20 dB. In the frequency range 0.2 kHz < f < 10 kHz (the near-zone, magnetic field) b > 20 dB. The best shielding effectiveness, i.e. b > 100 dB was obtained for electromagnetic field in the frequency range 200 MHz < f < 1000 MHz (the far-zone).  相似文献

The dielectric characteristics of conducting polymer-coated textiles in the frequency range 1–18 GHz were investigated using a non-contact, non-destructive free space technique. Polypyrrole coatings were applied by solution polymerization on fabric substrates using a range of concentrations of para-toluene-2-sulfonic acid (pTSA) as dopant and ferric chloride as oxidant. The conducting polymer coatings exhibited dispersive permittivity behaviour with a decrease in real and imaginary components of complex permittivity as frequency increased in the range tested. Both the permittivity and the loss factor were affected by the polymerization time of the conductive coating. It was found that the total shielding efficiency of these conductive fabrics is significant at short polymerization times and increases to values exceeding 80% with longer polymerization times. The reflection contribution to electromagnetic shielding also increases with polymerization time.  相似文献

为了研究增重率对电磁波屏蔽效能的影响,采用肼作还原剂对涤纶织物进行化学镀银,借助SEM、X射线能谱仪分析了镀银织物表面和结构,并对镀层织物的导电性和电磁波屏蔽效能以及服用性能等进行测试.结果表明:随着增重率的变大,镀层织物电磁波屏蔽效能和导电性增加比较明显,随后又趋于缓慢,同时发现镀层对织物的服用性能有不利影响.因此在满足防电磁波性能前提下,应尽量减小镀层厚度.  相似文献

In this work, the effect of alternating current (AC) interference on cathodic protection (CP) potential on a X65 steel in a near-neutral pH bicarbonate solution was investigated, and the CP performance under AC was evaluated by weight-loss measurements. The CP potential applied on the steel cannot be maintained in the presence of AC interference. The shift of the CP potential depends on the applied CP level and AC current density. No matter if the direct current potential of the steel is shifted negatively or positively upon application of AC, the steel suffers from increased corrosion. The AC decreases the effectiveness of CP for corrosion protection. The CP standard at ?0.850?V (copper sulphate electrode) that does not consider the AC interference is not appropriate for AC corrosion protection.  相似文献
