钢管混凝土受轴向局压荷载时的工作机理研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对钢管混凝土受轴向局压荷载时的工作机理进行了研究。计算和分析钢管混凝土受局压时的荷载-变形全过程关系曲线,计算曲线与实验曲线吻合较好。通过分析局压面积比、截面含钢率、钢材和混凝土强度以及端板刚度等对钢管混凝土局压力学性能的影响规律,较深入地认识了钢管混凝土受轴向局压荷载时的工作机理。研究表明,在距局压端高度约0.8倍截面直径或1.0倍截面边长的局压影响区内,核心混凝土局压承载强度与塑性性能有所提高,此局压影响区随局压面积比的增大而减小;随着含钢率和钢材强度的增加,钢管混凝土的局压承载力与塑性性能提高;随着混凝土强度的增加,钢管混凝土局压承载力提高,塑性性能降低;随着端板刚度的增加,局压受力性能趋近于全截面受力的情况。最后,在系统参数分析结果的基础上,提出钢管混凝土局压承载力实用计算方法。  相似文献

In recent years, due to a relatively high price increase of nickel alloys, there is an increase in demand for lean duplex stainless steel (LDSS) with a low nickel content of ~1.5%, such as grade EN 1.4162. LDSS offers roughly twice the strength compared to austenitic stainless steels and has great potential for expanding future structural possibilities, enabling a reduction in the section sizes leading to lighter structures. This paper reports the buckling behavior of fixed-ended concrete-filled LDSS tubular (CFDSST) columns with L-, T-, and +-shape (Non-Rectangular Sections or NRSs) sections and a representative square section with varying lengths through Finite Element (FE) analysis. The purpose is to compare and assess the strength and deformation characteristics as well as the failure modes of such columns. It is seen that concrete-filled tubular columns with NRSs offered a better performance for all lengths considered, especially the T-shaped and +-shaped sections, in terms of strength. The influence of the cross-sectional shapes on the ε u becomes less significant with increasing λ, but becomes increasingly significant with decreasing λ. The design standards show over conservative results for square and L-shape sections and conservative for T-shape and +-shape sections.  相似文献

为了研究圆钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压性能,设计了6根轴压短柱试件,对其进行了轴压试验研究并用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行了数值模拟。试件的主要变化参数为骨料类型(天然骨料、重钛矿渣再生粗骨料取代率50%、普通再生粗骨料取代率50%)和圆钢管尺寸。结果表明:圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱具有相似的名义应力-应变关系、刚度退化规律、损伤积累规律、耗能能力、横向变形系数变化规律、荷载-位移关系、荷载-应变关系,再生骨料的类型对圆钢管再生混凝土柱上述性质影响不大。对于约束效应系数ξ较大的试件,由于钢材对核心混凝土或核心再生混凝土的约束作用较强,所以其峰值应力及其对应的应变较大,延性较好,初始刚度较小,耗能能力较强。当试件的荷载超过其极限荷载的80%之后,圆钢管与核心再生混凝土之间产生了明显的相互作用,再生混凝土在圆钢管的约束下处于三轴受压状态,大大提高了再生混凝土的峰值应力及其对应的应变,较好地改善了再生混凝土强度低,延性差等缺点。有限元计算可以较好地模拟圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱的荷载-变形全过程,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。将承载力计算式运用于圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱时,比有限元法的计算结果偏于安全。圆钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压承载能力略低于普通圆钢管混凝土柱。  相似文献

为避免柱角凸出室内,方便房间布置,提出一种适用于中高层建筑的重载组合柱———钢骨-T形钢管混凝土柱。考虑配骨指标、套箍指标等参数的影响,应用正交试验方法设计试验构件,通过轴心受压试验,考察试件的破坏形态,实测试件的荷载-纵向应变曲线和强度承载力,分析各参数对试件轴心受压力学性能的影响。通过试验值的回归和理论计算值的比较,提出钢骨-T形钢管混凝土短柱轴心受压承载力计算公式。试验表明,钢管、混凝土和钢骨三者能很好地协同工作,柱承载力较高。所提出的计算公式可供工程设计参考。  相似文献

钢管混凝土短柱在轴心受压下的力学性能作为钢和混凝土组合结构的一个基本力学问题历来受到国内外学者的广泛关注。基于钢管混凝土构件中钢管与核心混凝土相互作用,采用Xiao提出的约束混凝土八面棱柱体应力-应变本构模型及相应的破坏和流动准则,结合经典塑性力学中钢材的各向同性线性强化模型,采用增量法对钢管混凝土轴压短柱进行全过程非线性力与变形分析。研究了钢管和混凝土在整个受力过程中的不同状态,考虑了16种钢管和混凝土之间的约束情况,利用Visual Basic语言编写计算程序计算输出各分类情况下钢管和混凝土在每一增量步下的应力和应变增值。通过与已有试验数据进行比较验证了所提出方法的有效性。  相似文献

Concrete-filled stainless steel tubes (CFSST) can be considered as a new and innovative kind of composite construction technique, and have the potential to be used extensively in civil engineering. This paper employs a nonlinear analysis of square CFSST stub columns under axial compression. A three-dimensional nonlinear finite element (FE) model is developed using ABAQUS, where nonlinear material behaviour, enhanced strength corner properties of steel, and initial geometric imperfections are included. Close agreement is achieved between the test and FE results in terms of load-deformation response and ultimate strength. In light of the numerical results, the behaviour of stainless steel composite columns is compared with that of carbon steel composite columns. A simple model is proposed to calculate the ultimate strength of square CFSST stub columns.  相似文献

为了研究薄壁圆钢管混凝土柱轴压极限承载力是否适用CECS:2012《钢管混凝土结构技术规程》提供计算式,制作了不同壁厚(t=0.92、1.42、1.92 mm)、不同高度、不同钢管强度的9根圆钢管混凝土柱构件进行试验研究;试验结果表明薄壁圆钢管混凝土柱依然有很好的承载力及延性;对构件极限承载力对比发现,试验结果与按构件实际强度计算结果基本吻合,表明薄壁圆钢管混凝土柱轴压极限承载力依然适用《规程》提供计算式,且按《规程》提供计算式偏于保守,并根据试验结果对薄壁圆钢管混凝土柱的极限承载力取值进行了建议。  相似文献

针对4m长内配钢筋钢管混凝土试件开展轴拉和偏拉试验,研究其受力过程及破坏形态,获得了试件的荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线和试件的受拉承载力及刚度,并与同尺寸的空钢管和钢管混凝土试件进行了比较。研究结果表明:内配钢筋可以有效地增加试件的受拉承载力和刚度,且当试件达到轴拉承载力时钢筋可以屈服;核心混凝土的存在使得外钢管在受拉时处于双向应力状态,从而提高了钢管混凝土试件的受拉承载力,壁厚为4mm和6mm的钢管混凝土试件的轴拉承载力相比空钢管分别提高13%和15%;在试验研究的基础上提出了内配钢筋钢管混凝土试件在轴拉和偏拉工况下的承载力和刚度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

Fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) jackets have been widely used to confine reinforced concrete (RC) columns for enhancement in both strength and ductility. This paper presents the results of a recent study in which the benefit of FRP confinement of hollow steel tubes was explored. Axial compression tests on FRP-confined steel tubes are first described. Finite element modelling of these tests is next discussed. Both the test and the numerical results show that FRP jacketing is a very promising technique for the retrofit and strengthening of circular hollow steel tubes. In addition, finite element results for FRP-jacketed thin cylindrical shells under combined axial compression and internal pressure are presented to show that FRP jacketing is also an effective strengthening method for such shells failing by elephant’s foot collapse near the base.  相似文献

To improve the behaviour of conventional T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) columns, multi-cell composite T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular (MT-CFST) columns are proposed in this paper. Experimental study of 25MT-CFST columns, including 13 short specimens with various cross sections and material properties and 12 slender specimens with different slenderness ratios, subjected to axial loads was conducted. The failure modes, axial load–strain curves for short specimens and axial load–lateral deflection curves for slender specimens were investigated. The test results were compared with design approaches for conventional CFST columns presented in Eurocode 4, AISC specification, Australian standard AS51006, Chinese code CECS159, and Hong Kong steel code, and it was found that all the design codes underestimate the bearing capacity of both short and slender MT-CFST columns to some extent.  相似文献

Based on some conclusions of two kinds of concrete-filled double skin steel tube (CFDSST) members with circular or square sections, a new kind of CFDSST with octagonal section, where the outer tube has an octagonal section and the inner tube has a circular section, is proposed in this paper. Behaviors of the CFDSST members with octagon section subjected to axial compression are investigated, and some curves of load-strain of steel tubes and confined concrete and the bearing capacity of members are obtained. It is indicated that the bearing capacity of the columns with octagonal section is larger than that with square section and is smaller than that with circular section, and the bearing capacity of members is related to the ratio of the straight side to the bevelled one. Based on the proper stress-strain relationship, a couple of numerical analyses are made using the finite element software named ANSYS. Finally, a simplified formula is proposed in the paper, and the numerical results agree well with the experimental results and the mathematical solutions. 以长细比为主要变化参数,对8个方钢管再生混凝土长柱试件进行了轴心受压单调加载试验。通过试验,观察了试件受力全过程和破坏形态,得到了荷载-位移曲线和荷载-应变曲线,分析了长细比对试件承载性能的影响,并讨论了国内现行常见规范所推荐方法对方钢管再生混凝土长柱轴压承载力计算的适用性。结果表明:方钢管再生混凝土长柱轴心受压主要经历了弹性、屈服以及破坏三个阶段,长细比较小试件,主要体现为材料强度破坏,长细比较大的试件,受二阶效应影响明显,主要表现为整体弯曲失稳破坏,所有试件破坏前均出现了管壁局部屈曲现象;长细比对试件承载力影响较大,试件承载力随长细比的增加而逐渐降低;建议采用DBJ 13-51-2003与CECS 159:2004规范进行方钢管再生混凝土轴压长柱的承载力计算。研究结果可为工程应用提供参考。  相似文献

首先简单介绍了从构件承载力极限状态可靠指标中分离出构件承载力可靠指标的方法,并计算得到了不同构件承载力极限状态可靠指标对应的圆钢管混凝土轴压构件承载力可靠指标。利用收集到的234组圆钢管混凝土轴压构件承载力试验数据,分析确定了圆钢管混凝土轴压构件承载力变异系数,按照构件承载力分项系数公式计算确定了该类构件承载力分项系数。最后,将构件承载力分项系数分别与美国规范AISC360-16的钢管混凝土受压柱抗力系数,以及《钢管混凝土结构技术规范》(GB 50936—2014)和欧洲规范EN1994:2004当量构件系数进行了比较。比较结果表明,对于圆钢管混凝土轴压构件而言,当量构件系数与构件承载力可靠指标的关系不大,且明显小于构件承载力分项系数。  相似文献
