数据集成是共享分布的异构数据资源的核心问题.在分析常用数据集成技术的基础上,结合Web Services技术和组件技术,提出了基于Web Services和组件技术实现Mediated系统的数据集成方案.最后,以J2EE为平台给出了一种面向服务的低偶合的数据集成框架,中介器和包装器由EJB组件实现,由组件部署的Web服务为用户提供一个透明的统一的接口,实现异地异构数据资源的共享和整合.  相似文献

WebServices技术通过集成第三方Web服务,可以极大提高企业级应用系统的开发效率。但是目前的大多数分布式应用中,客户端应用只能简单集成WebServices,无法根据实际需求的变化动态管理WebServices。本文讨论了几种不同的WebServices管理架构,进一步给出了一种基于面向方面的编程技术AOP的Web Services动态管理架构。采用这种架构,我们在客户端应用与Web Services之间引入管理层,并且在管理层采用动态横切技术实现对Web Services的管理。  相似文献

机械产品设计阶段产品性能仿真分析的广泛应用要求对仿真流程和仿真数据进行有效管理.提出了协同仿真环境的解决方案,并分析了其功能框架和体系结构,研究了基于XML的多层次仿真数据管理技术进行仿真数据的分类和层次化管理、基于工作流管理技术的仿真流程控制技术进行仿真流程的管理等关键技术.在解决方案及其关键技术的基础上,开发了某悬挂系统协同仿真环境的流程建模平台和Web门户,可大幅缩短产品仿真周期并有效提高产品设计效率.应用实例验证了方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this study, an integrated supply chain (SC) design model is developed and a SC network design case is examined for a reputable multinational company in alcohol free beverage sector. Here, a three echelon SC network is considered under demand uncertainty and the proposed integrated neuro-fuzzy and mixed integer linear programming (MILP) approach is applied to this network to realize the design effectively. Matlab 7.0 is used for neuro-fuzzy demand forecasting and, the MILP model is solved using Lingo 10.0. Then Matlab 7.0 is used for artificial neural network (ANN) simulation to supply a comparative study and to show the applicability and efficiency of ANN simulation for this type of problem. By evaluating the output data, the SC network for this case is designed, and the optimal product flow between the factories, warehouses and distributors are calculated. Also it is proved that the ANN simulation can be used instead of analytical computations because of ensuring a simplified representation for this method and time saving.  相似文献

为获得可行的产品开发计划,用扩展随机高级判断Ptri网建立产品开发过程的模型,并给出产品开发过程的仿真方法。仿真流程的输入是由数学方法获得的初始产品开发计划,仿真过程中使用4类规则来调度产品设计活动。根据仿真结果考察初始计划的可行性,并获得实际的产品开发计划。仿真结果表明,该调度规则和仿流程是有效而可行的。  相似文献

为解决传统工业设计流程中,设计方案缺乏相应工程技术的校验,导致设计返工 率高及开发效率低下的问题,借助于数值模拟技术可实现产品性能预评估的优势,提出一种基 于数值测试技术为驱动的产品概念设计方法。首先对产品的工作机理进行数值分析,明确合理 的设计方向,并以此为基础指导产品造型设计,然后再次运用数值测试分析手段对设计方案的 可行性进行验证,最后对通过验证的方案进行细节完善并输出最终设计概念。数值模拟技术与 产品概念设计过程相融合,驱动设计过程的逐步完善,可实现提升设计效率与质量的目的,通 过电热毛巾架的设计实例验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

The steady increase in the pace of innovation and new product development, market segmentation, shorter competitive life cycles, and rapid replacement or modification of design has led to an increasing demand for flexibility in manufacturing process configuration and operation. The lack of sufficient integration between product design and process capability often results in suboptimization of resource utilization and manufacturing system throughput. The effective design of manufacturing systems involves factors, both technical and qualitative in nature. This paper describes (1) a simulation based method for evaluating product design, material selection, and process configuration and capabilities, and (2) procedures for incorporating qualitative factors in the evaluation process.  相似文献

It is expected by enterprises that design changes that occur in a complex product development process can be resolved in a cost-effective way so that products modified for new customer requirements or new technology can be launched into the market without increasing much cost and time. Usually there are different solutions or methods for design changes, which may have different impacts on the whole process. Since a complex product development process consists of many design tasks and different relationships among these tasks, it is not easy to analytically compute the completion time when change propagation finishes. In this paper a process simulation based method is proposed to select the most economic propagation path for each design change, which can reduce the total process time for changes occurring in the complex product development process. “And/Or” graph nodes are used to represent the input and output logics of each task in the design process. Mathematic models are developed to calculate the completion time of the change propagation process. Monte Carlo based simulation algorithms for finding feasible output paths and calculating impacts of input changes on tasks are developed in order to simulate the change propagation process. The objective function for scheduling design change propagations is obtained by the regression analysis of simulation results. And the best change propagation paths, which usually are not the real optimum of the original design process model, are given by optimizing the regression model with a commercial optimization package. The effect of the method is demonstrated with a study of change propagations in the motor cycle engine design process.  相似文献

针对产品开发的快速性要求,提出了一种基于模型的系统设计思想。分别讨论了在科研或产品丌发不同阶段MATLAB系列软件的应用。并特别研究了RTW及其支持的xPC目标在实时仿真中的应用。Matlab产品组作为集系统设计、系统仿真及系统性能测试于一体的多功能开发平台,可实现由系统概念级设计到系统半实物仿真以及最终嵌入式产品生成的所有过程,整个产品研制的不同阶段处于迭代式开发状态,从而有效提高了生产力。  相似文献

This paper describes a virtual prototyping (VP) system that integrates virtual reality with rapid prototyping (RP) to create virtual or digital prototypes to facilitate product development. The proposed VP system incorporates two new simulation methodologies, namely the dexel-based and the layer-based fabrication approaches, to simulate the powder-based and the laminated sheet-based RP processes, respectively. The dexel-based approach deposits arrays of solid strips to form a layer, while the layer-based approach directly forms a complete layer by extruding the slice contours. The layer is subsequently stacked up to fabricate a virtual prototype. The simulation approaches resemble the physical fabrication processes of most RP systems, and are therefore capable of accurately representing the geometrical characteristics of prototypes. In addition to numerical quantification of the simulation results, the system also provides stereoscopic visualisation of the product design and its prototype for detailed analyses. Indeed, the original product design may be superimposed on its virtual prototype, so that areas with dimensional errors beyond design limits may be clearly highlighted to facilitate point-to-point analysis of the surface texture and the dimensional accuracy of the prototype. Hence, the key control parameters of an RP process, such as part orientation, layer thickness and hatch space, may be effectively tuned up for optimal fabrication of physical prototypes in subsequent product development. Furthermore, the virtual prototypes can be transmitted via the Internet to customers to facilitate global manufacturing. As a result, both the lead-time and the product development costs can be significantly reduced.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology for modeling and simulating product development process-based on the extended stochastic high-level evaluation Petri nets (ESHLEP-N). A product development process is composed of many design activities and the ESHLEP-N model can describe some special features of design activity in detail, such as randomness of its duration, uncertainty of its interruption and complexity of design iteration. Therefore, the ESHLEP-N model is employed to simulate a product development process. The initial product development plan obtained by a mathematical method beforehand is taken as the input of the simulation. Then the simulation procedure is proposed, along with four types of rules, i.e. activity-sequencing rules, resource-assigning rules, state-changing rules and the simulation-terminating rule, for scheduling the design activities. An example of the development process of an automobile drive system in concurrent engineering environment is presented to illustrate the method of the ESHLEP-N-based modeling, simulation procedure and scheduling rules. The simulation results show that the simulation procedure and the scheduling rules are effective.  相似文献
