This paper presents a new method for the modeling and control of the output probability density functions (PDFs) of linear stochastic systems.At first,a new PDF approximation method, namely the rational square-root B-spline model is proposed and the innovative concept of pseudo- weights is introduced.The new model is then compared with the existing B-spline models in terms of feasible domains.Next,a controller is developed to realize the output PDF tracking performance. An alternative minimal entropy control strategy is also provided for the case that no target PDF is available.Finally,illustrative examples indicate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

A predictive control strategy is proposed for the shaping of the output probability density function (PDF) of linear stochastic systems. The B-spline neural network is used to set up the output PDF model and therefore converts the PDF-shaping into the control of B-spline weights vector. The Diophantine equation is then introduced to formulate the predictive PDF model, based on which a moving-horizon control algorithm is developed so as to realize the predictive PDF tracking performance.  相似文献

The task of robust fault detection and diagnosis of stochastic distribution control (SDC) systems with uncertainties is to use the measured input and the system output PDFs to still obtain possible faults information of the system. Using the rational square-root B-spline model to represent the dynamics between the output PDF and the input, in this paper, a robust nonlinear adaptive observer-based fault diagnosis algorithm is presented to diagnose the fault in the dynamic part of such systems with model uncertainties. When certain conditions are satisfied, the weight vector of the rational square-root B-spline model proves to be bounded. Conver- gency analysis is performed for the error dynamic system raised from robust fault detection and fault diagnosis phase. Computer simulations are given to demon- strate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, an active fault tolerant control strategy is developed to compensate for the effect of actuator fault in the presence of non-measurable rate on the actuator second-order dynamics. The proposed control scheme is a combination between multiple model and adaptive reconfiguration control. By means of the designed method, the system output can track that of the reference model asymptotically, and the simulation results have illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

A new method is proposed for surface construction on irregular quad meshes as extensions to uniform B-spline surfaces. Given a number of control points, which form a regular or irregular quad mesh, a weight function is constructed for each control point. The weight function is defined on a local domain and is C1 continuous. Then the whole surface is constructed by the weighted combination of all the control points. The property of the new method is that the surface is defined by piecewise Cl bi-cubic rational parametric polynomial with each quad face. It is an extension to uniform B-spline surfaces in the sense that its definition is an analogy of the B-spline surface, and it produces a uniform bi-cubic B-spline surface if the control mesh is a regular quad mesh. Examples produced by the new method are also included.  相似文献

This paper presents a new algorithm designed to control the shape of the output probability density function (PDF) of singular systems subjected to non-Gaussian input. The aim is to select a control input uk such that the output PDF is made as close as possible to a given PDF. Based on the B-spline neural network approximation of the output PDF, the control algorithm is formulated by extending the developed PDF control strategies of non-singular systems to singular systems. It has been shown that under certain conditions the stability of the closed-loop system can be guaranteed. Simulation examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.  相似文献

A new adaptive time-delay positive feedback controller (ATPFC) is presented for a class of nonlinear time-delay systems. The proposed control scheme consists of a neural networks-based identification and a time-delay positive feedback controller. Two high-order neural networks (HONN) incorporated with a special dynamic identification model are employed to identify the nonlinear system. Based on the identified model, local linearization compensation is used to deal with the unknown nonlinearity of the system. A time-delay-free inverse model of the linearized system and a desired reference model are utilized to constitute the feedback controller, which can lead the system output to track the trajectory of a reference model. Rigorous stability analysis for both the identification and the tracking error of the closed-loop control system is provided by means of Lyapunov stability criterion. Simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, the online correction model predictive control (MPC) strategy is presented for partial dif- ferential equation (PDE) unknown spatially-distributed systems (SDSs). The low-dimensional MIMO models are obtained using principal component analysis (PCA) method from the high-dimensional spatio-temporal data. Though the linear low- dimensional model is easy for control design, it is a linear approximation for nonlinear SDSs. Thus, the MPC strategy is proposed based on the online correction low-dimensional models, where the state at a previous time is used to correct the output of low-dimensional models and the spatial output is correct by the average deviation of the historical data. The simulations demonstrated show the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed methodologies.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of tracking control for a class of switched nonlinear systems with time-varying delay. Based on the average dwell-time and piecewise Lyapunov functional methods, a new exponential stability criterion is obtained for the switched nonlinear systems. The designed output feedback H∞controller can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).Moreover, the proposed method does not need that a common Lyapunov function exists for the switched systems, and the switching signal just depends on time. A simulation example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme.  相似文献

针对模型参数在有界区域内随机变化的系统, 基于平方根 B 样条模型, 提出了输出概率密度函数 (Probability density function, PDF) 跟踪控制策略. 目标是控制系统输出的概率密度函数跟踪给定的概率密度函数. 通过 B 样条逼近建立了输出 PDF 和权值之间的对应关系, 把 PDF 的跟踪转化为权值的跟踪, 同时系统转化为 MIMO 系统,从而权值向量的跟踪就转化为 MIMO 系统的跟踪问题, 接着给出了系统输出概率密度函数跟踪给定概率密度函数的控制器存在的充分条件, 通过求解线性矩阵不等式完成状态反馈和输出反馈跟踪控制器的设计, 得到了系统具有 Hinfinity 范数界 Gamma 鲁棒镇定的结果. 仿真结果表明本文提出的控制算法是有效的.  相似文献

This article presents a new proportional-integral (PI) tracking control strategy for non-Gaussian stochastic systems based on a square root B-spline model for the output probability density functions (PDFs). Following the square root B-spline approximation to the measured output PDF, a non-linear discrete-time dynamical model can be established between the control input and the weights related to the PDFs. It is noted that the PDF tracking is transformed to a constrained dynamical tracking control problem for weight dynamics. For the non-linear discrete-time weight model including time-delay terms and exogenous disturbances, convex linear matrix inequality optimisation algorithms are used to design a generalised PI controller such that stabilisation, state constraint and tracking performance can be guaranteed simultaneously. Furthermore, in order to enhance the robustness, the peak-to-peak measure index is applied to optimise the tracking performance. Simulations are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

针对一类仿射非线性有界动态随机系统,提出一种最优概率密度函数(PDF)跟踪控制算法,使得系统的输出PDF跟踪给定的PDF.首先利用线性B样条解耦得到仿射非线性状态方程和PDF逼近方程,使PDF跟踪转化为状态方程输出权值的跟踪;然后采用线性时变序列逼近方法将非线性系统转化为线性时变系统,通过对线性系统的迭代运算得到非线性系统的最优跟踪控制器,从而实现最优PDF跟踪.理论分析和仿真实验均表明了所提出算法的有效性.  相似文献

研究了一类随机动态系统的鲁棒弹性最优跟踪控制问题。在采用B样条神经网络模型逼近随机动态系统的输出概率密度函数(PDF)的基础上,同时考虑系统模型和控制器增益不确定性,结合Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技术,引入增广控制作用,设计基于广义状态反馈的鲁棒弹性最优跟踪控制器,目的是使系统的输出PDF跟踪给定PDF。通过求解LMI,所得控制器不仅能实现跟踪目的,而且能确保该随机动态系统全局稳定并满足一定的线性二次型性能指标上界。仿真结果表明该方法简单易行,且无需任何设计参数调整。  相似文献

随机分布系统指的是输入为常规向量而输出为系统输出的概率密度函数所描述的一类随机系统.该类系统控制算法的目标是选择一个控制输入使得系统的实际输出概率密度函数尽可能跟踪一个事先给定的概率密度函数.本文对采用有理平方根B样条逼近其输出概率密度函数的非高斯动态随机分布系统,提出了一种基于非线性自适应观测器的故障诊断方法.该方法可快速有效地诊断出非高斯随机分布系统故障.通过对故障系统的重组,使故障后系统的输出概率密度函数仍能跟踪给定的分布,实现了该随机系统的容错控制,提高了随机系统的可靠性.  相似文献

As an effective measurement indicator of bubble stability, bubble size structure is believed to be closely related to flotation performance in copper roughing flotation. Moreover, reagent dosage has a very important influence on bubble size structure. In this paper, a novel reagent dosage predictive control method based on probability density function (PDF) of bubble size is proposed to implement the indices of roughing circuit. Firstly, the froth images captured in the copper roughing are segmented by using a two-pass watershed algorithm. In order to characterize bubble size structure with non-Gaussian feature, an entropy based B-spline estimator is hence investigated to depict the PDF of the bubble size. Since the weights of B-spline are interrelated and related to the reagent dosage, a multi-output least square support vector machine (MLS-SVM) is applied to depict a dynamic relationship between the weights and the reagent dosage. Finally, an entropy based optimization algorithm is proposed to determine reagent dosage in order to implement tracking control for the PDF of the output bubble size. Experimental results can show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
