工程与工程管理的哲学思考

当前,我国正处于经济建设快速发展时期,许多重大工程相继建成并投入使用,凸现工程活动的重要地位和工程管理的巨大作用,标志着我国已经进入工程时代。工程时代呼唤工程哲学,工程建设管理活动离不开哲学思想指导,大力开展工程哲学研究既是哲学发展的必然,又是时代的迫切要求。文章在分析工程哲学的形成、发展及主要研究内容的基础上,提出了工程的哲学内涵与本质：物质性、变化性和时空性,进而对工程管理的理念、价值观、方法论、组织与创新等方面的哲学内涵进行了探讨,以促进我国工程管理理论的发展和管理水平的提高。

住宅工程施工过程监理控制模式探析

住宅工程施工监理的基本任务是以合同管理为依据,建立健全信息、管理体系,加强对质量、进度和投资目标体系的控制。论文首先提出施工阶段建设监理过程控制程序。着重针对工程建设各个重要环节如质量控制、进度控制、投资控制及合同管理中的工程变更、索赔等事件的过程程序进行了分析和阐述。旨在能为我国工程建设监理制度的完善和发展尽一份力。

数字资源社会共享——文化共享工程概述

全国文化信息资源共享工程是由文化部、财政部共同组织实施的一项社会主义文化建设标志性工程，是我国公共文化服务体系建设的重点工程。工程自2002年4月启动以来，各项工作取得了很大进展。通过服务模式、建设内容、实施效果、发展目标四个方面的论述．对文化共享工程的启动背景、服务体系、发展现状以及未来展望等做了系统梳理和整体阐述。     

关于政府采购工程服务统计分类体系的初步思考

政府采购数据采集系统的建立和完善是我国政府采购制度的重要组成部分。政府采购客体包括货物、服务和工程三大部分,工程是政府采购的主要支出部分。近年来,我国各项工程建设进入快速发展期,政府采购工程服务额度增长较快,据统计,2009年我国政府采购规模为7413.2亿元,其中,工程类采购规模为3858.4亿元,占政府采购总规模的52.1%,因此,需不断完善政府采购工程服务统计口径,以满足日益增长的政府采购活动的要求。本文以加入GPA谈判为背景,拟从我国与政府采购相关的工程服务分类体系建设与实践活动出发,分析国际、国外与政府采购有关的典型工程服务统计分类体系的基本依据以及与我国政府采购工程管理实践的差异,提出构建一个立体的政府采购工程服务统计分类体系的基本思路。     

浅析现代建设工程质量管理

【摘要】在影响工程建设质量的因素中，人是最活跃的因素。据此提出从企业文化的角度来加强对工程参与人的管理与控制，以人为中心，实现对工程质量的保证与控制，这是现代建设工程质量管理的新方向。     

基于IFC标准和工程信息模型的建筑施工4D管理系统

在工程建设项目的实施过程中,需要处理大量复杂的工程数据信息。如何合理有效地组织和利用这些信息,最大程度地实现工程项目各参与方和不同专业应用系统之间的信息交流和共享,是当前我国建设领域信息化亟待解决的问题。通过对建筑业国际工业标准IFC和4D模型理论的深入研究,建立基于IFC和工程数据管理的4D信息模型,支持建设项目实施的各个阶段的数据交换与共享,实现工程信息的集成化管理,开发面向建筑施工的4D项目管理系统,实现了建筑施工进度、资源、场地布置的动态管理、优化控制和4D可视化模拟。为工程建设项目全过程的工程信息管理和利用提供理论、途径和方法,为建筑施工管理提供新的辅助工具。     

Practice and experience of engineering culture development in the Sutong Bridge project

To keep up with the time, culture is integrated to large-scale construction project management in China, which will absolutely add more vitality into construction project management in our country. Engineering culture is an integration of project construction and engineering culture. However, engineering culture development enjoys its own particularity as a project is constructed once only within a limited period of time. This paper gives affirmative opinion that engineering culture development in large-scale projects backs project management on the basis of thorough investigation of engineering culture development in Sutong Bridge Project and after deepened analysis, proposes new thinking pattern of engineering culture development in large-scale projects in a systematic manner, including thorough understanding of the essence of engineering culture, principle and contents of engineering culture development as well as efficient method in respect of establishment and implementation of engineering culture, and therefore provides a standard reference and systematic thinking pattern for engineering culture development in future large-scale projects.     

The Development and Comparative Analysis of Engineering Project Management Modes

Engineering project management is the whole process of project construction management activities up to the point of achieving the goals of engineering construction, which adopts the means of planning, organizing,leading, and controlling. In addition, engineering project management modes are the works of project management and the technical guarantee of project success. For the quality and efficient transformation demands of the Chinese construction industry in the process of marketization, internationalization and informatization, based on the connotation and development path of engineering project management modes, the 16 main and new kinds of project management modes both domestically and abroad are divided into trading mode, financing mode and management mode. These have led to comparative analysis and brief commentary. Finally, it will be pointed out that the engineering project management modes move throughout the whole management process, the combined model and the expansion development of financing model. This work will provide reference for project participants to choose the appropriate project management modes and better understand building company transformation.     

The TDCPR Management Mode of Engineering Equipment

The Three Gorges Project is a very large project,and its structure is very complex.Interna-tional advanced engineering equipment is broadly used.The state of equipment running directly influ-ences project building qualities and limited time.According to the factud conditions of the Three Gor-ges Project,the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed.At the same time ,some theories about equipment management are induced ,and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equip-ment of the Three Gorges Project is put forwared in order to gain the aim of managing and using equip-ment well and speeding up the project construction.

论述了工程项目管理的三阶段划分的普遍意义。工程项目管理既有普遍的规律,也有各自的个性,因此无须强调工程管理的固定模式。应该坚持从实际出发,科学地进行管理,创造各自的管理特色。以三峡工程为例论述了工程建设和管理的实践。     

基于图论的印刷工程项目优化算法

图论在解决运筹学、网络理论、控制论等领域问题中显示出很大的优越性,将图论方法应用于印刷工程项目管理中,特别是印刷工程项目的优化,解决了印刷企业生产工艺的网络绘图及计算问题,采用拓扑排序,求解了最短工期及工程网络的关键路线问题,有效提高了印刷生产效率.较之传统方法,具有明显的优势并有助于加快印刷企业中计算机辅助工程管理的进程.     

Risk warning technologies and emergency response mechanisms in Sichuan–Tibet Railway construction

Safety is one of the most critical themes in any large-scale railway construction project. Recognizing the importance of safety in railway engineering, practitioners and researchers have proposed various standards and procedures to ensure safety in construction activities. In this study, we first review four critical research areas of risk warning technologies and emergency response mechanisms in railway construction, namely, (i) risk identification methods of large-scale railway construction projects, (ii) risk management of large-scale railway construction, (iii) emergency response planning and management, and (iv) emergency response and rescue mechanisms. After reviewing the existing studies, we present four corresponding research areas and recommendations on the Sichuan–Tibet Railway construction. This study aims to inject new significant theoretical elements into the decision-making process and construction of this railway project in China.
