以P204和TBP作萃取剂,建立了从冶锌废渣中同时提取镓和铟的新工艺。在大于1mol/L酸度条件下,用P204-煤油作萃取剂实现了镓和铟萃取分离。经三级萃取后,铟的提取率达到99%以上,镓的萃取率小于1%。在大于4mol/L酸度条件下,用TBP-煤油作萃取剂可使镓的提取率接近100%,TBP有机相用1.5mol/L氯化铵溶液反萃,镓的反萃率可达99%以上。该提取工艺操作简单,可实现同时提取工业废渣中的镓和铟。  相似文献

介绍了国内某锌冶炼厂采用P204+YW100协同萃取体系从硫酸浸出液中萃取制备镓精矿的生产情况,针对萃取-反萃-硫化除杂-中和水解沉淀工艺中存在的不足进行分析,提出了如下措施:稳定控制萃取料液含酸量在10~20 g/L,降低溶液中铁离子浓度至≤0.2 g/L,优化协萃剂YW100的加入方式,由间断补加改为连续补加;采用扩散渗析技术分离镓反萃液中的游离酸;强化萃取源头控制,减少杂质元素进入反萃液,取消硫化除杂工艺,由氢氧化钠替代碳酸钠作为中和剂。结果表明,经过工艺优化后,镓萃取率由低于75%提高至大于99%;高酸镓反萃液采用扩散渗析膜处理工艺,渗析残液中铁、铜、锌、镓、硫酸截留率分别为85.71%、87.27%、90.00%、90.54%、9.71%,酸的回收利用率达到了90.29%,回收酸配入浓硫酸作为镓的反萃剂,实现了资源的循环利用;镓精矿中的镓品位由原来的8.51%提高至26.47%,为后续碱溶-镓电积提供高质量原料。  相似文献

系统研究了以TBP为萃取剂,乙酸丁酯,二甲苯,石油醚,煤油为稀释剂,从高酸度盐酸溶液中萃取镓。试验结果表明,TBP与上述稀释剂组成的有机相对镓均有良好的萃取性能,萃取率与溶液中酸的逍度,有机相中TBP体积分数及共存离子浓度有关,萃取过程属于离子缔合交换机理。  相似文献

研究了从镓-锗精矿中回收镓,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间对盐酸浸出镓的影响以及浸出液酸度、萃取次数、相比对镓萃取率的影响。结果表明:用7.95mol/L工业盐酸,在75℃下浸出镓-锗精矿2.5h,镓浸出率在93%以上;调节浸出液酸度,用磷酸三丁酯-260#溶剂油在1∶1相比条件下萃取镓,负载有机相用20g/LNaOH溶液反萃取,反萃取液用300g/L NaOH溶液调至碱性后电解,镓回收率达92%以上。  相似文献

PuvvadaGVK研究了从拜耳工艺浓缩液中溶剂萃取镓。溶液中,ρ(Na2O)≈450g/L,ρ(Al2O3)≈80g/L,ρ(Ga)≈019g/L。使用的萃取剂为12%的Kelex100,一种7取代烷基8羟基喹啉;改性剂为12%的异癸醇;稀释剂为煤油。在相比为1、室温条件下,3h内,镓的萃取率为80%。为了改善萃取动力学,研究了在有机相中添加表面活性剂的情况。发现,在有机相中加入阳离子表面活性剂,如辛胺,由于镓与胺离子之间的排斥力,降低了镓的萃取速率和萃取率;在有机相中,若加入阴离子表面活性剂,如石油磺酸盐,则萃取速率及萃取率均明显改变。当加入…  相似文献

这个试验是采用从人造工艺矿石-提钒弃渣中回收金属镓的工艺流程,完全不同于传统的工艺方法,其原则流程为提钒弃渣→还原焙烧→两步循环酸浸→TBP 萃镓→中和沉淀→碱溶电解。全流程镓的回收率64.4%。本工艺在酸浸工序有其独自特点:TBP 在盐酸体系中对镓具有良好萃取性能;能较好地回收提钒弃渣中的镓、铁、钛等元素;全流程闭路循环,基本无“三废”。  相似文献
