The amorphization and magnetic properties of Fe62Nb38 mechanically alloyed powders were investigated. In the initial mechanical alloying processes, the lattice structure of pure Fe is destroyed due to the cold-welding and fracturing, accompanying the reduction of ferromagnetic properties. The Ms value of Fe62Nb38 powders with ball-milling time t=6 h is only 48.1 A.m^2/kg. With prolongating of mechanical alloying processes, a solid state amorphization reaction (SSAR) takes place and the Fe-Nb ferromagnetic amorphous phase is formed. With the milling time increasing from 6 to 18 h, the saturation magnetization of Fe62Nb38 powders increases with enhancement of the proportion of ferromagnetic amorphous phase in milled powders. The Ms value of the Fe62Nb38 amorphous powders is 98 A.m^2/kg, which is very close to the value estimated from dilute model. However, the Curie temperature of the Fe62Nb38 amorphous phase is only 206℃, which is much smaller than that of the pure Fe. This implies that the exchange interaction between Fe atoms in amorphous alloyed Fe62Nb38 becomes weak due to the Nb dilution. Investigation shows that the variation of magnetic properties of milled powders is one of important tools for describing the amorphization by mechanical alloying.  相似文献

The paper presents a review of the causes of the occurrence of ferromagnetic properties in zinc oxide. It is shown that ferromagnetism only occurs in polycrystals at a fairly high density of grain boundaries. The critical grain size is about 20 nm for pure ZnO and over 1000 nm for zinc oxide doped with manganese. The solubility of manganese and cobalt in zinc oxide increases considerably with diminishing grain size. Even at the critical grain size, the ferromagnetic properties depend significantly on the film texture and the structure of intercrystalline amorphous layers.  相似文献

采用模拟冲击法研究了铁磁材料在300和77 K环境下的磁性能。以电工领域常用的铁磁材料DT4、1J22、2Cr13和非晶FeSiB为研究对象。结果表明,在液氮环境下,DT4、1J22、2Cr13和非晶FeSiB的饱和磁感应强度均略有增加,其中非晶FeSiB的饱和磁感应强度增幅最大为5.3%; DT4、非晶FeSiB和2Cr13的矫顽力增幅较大,DT4的矫顽力增幅为106%,而1J22的矫顽力减小了1.7%;频率为50 Hz时,在液氮环境下DT4的损耗相比室温急剧增加,增幅达263.2%,非晶FeSiB和2Cr13的损耗相比室温略有增加,而1J22的损耗相比室温变化不大。最后,以超导线圈激磁的强磁场磁控溅射阴极的磁场计算为例,在铁芯结构相同的情况下,采用1J22作铁芯的磁控阴极靶面磁场水平分量的最大值为0.2344T,相比2Cr13作铁芯磁场水平分量最大值增加了14.8%。有关铁磁材料的低温磁性能研究可以为超导电磁装置的铁芯磁路设计提供依据。  相似文献

The method of ferromagnetic resonance is used to study the residual stresses that appear in the cord of amorphous microwire in the process of its fabrication. It is shown that the stresses increase continuously from the center of the cord and attain maximum values on its surface. Stationary and damped vibrations of the s 0 Lamb mode in a viscoelastic amorphous ferromagnetic ribbon excited upon the electromagnetoacoustic (EMA) transformation have been considered. A resonance method is suggested that employs double EMA transformation for measuring elasticity moduli E and internal friction in amorphous ferromagnetic ribbons. The effect of low-temperature isochronous annealing on the field dependences of Young’s modulus and internal friction of the Fe80Si10B10 and Fe73.7Cu1.0Nb3.2Si12.7B9.4 alloys has been studied.  相似文献

研究了具有宽过冷液相区的Fe-(Nb)-Al-Ge-P-C-B非晶合金及其热稳定性和磁性,结果表明,少量Nb元素能够有效地提高热稳定性和玻璃形成能力,最大过冷液相区可达65.7K,非晶合金具有好的软磁性能,饱和磁化强度较高,饱和磁致伸缩系数较低,在接近晶化温度下进行退火处理能够有效地降低频顽力,改善软磁性能,晶化导致软磁性显著下降,Fe基非晶合金热稳定性的高低与其软磁性有一致性,即高热稳定性的非晶合金具有更好的软磁性能。  相似文献

研究了外层为NiFe层,里层为Ag丝的复合结构材料的巨磁阻抗效应,发现复合丝在较低频率下就有较大的阻抗变化值。同时推导了外场小于各向异性场时具有网周各向异性的复合丝的阻抗表达式,并讨论了各结构参量对巨磁阻抗效应的影响。发现材料的巨磁阻抗效应强烈依赖于复合丝铁磁层的厚度;而导体层和铁磁层的电导率相差越多则材料的巨磁阻抗效应也越大。  相似文献

Effect of elastic tensile stresses on the Δ E -effect magnitude in ferromagnetic Fe64Co21B15 amorphous ribbons subjected to magnetic annealing and dc treatment was studied. In the case of relatively low tensile stresses, the maximum magnitude of the negative Δ E effect in the ribbons under study is shown to increase whatever their treatment. The subsequent increase in elastic tensile stresses leads to a decrease in the maximum value of the negative ΔE effect. The maximum sensitivity of the ΔE effect to the applied elastic tensile stresses is characteristic of samples subjected to magnetic annealing. The results obtained are explained using a conception of the effect of magnetic domain structure and mechanisms of its transformation induced by magnetic field and elastic tensile stresses on the ΔE effect in amorphous ferromagnetic ribbons.  相似文献

Magnetic anisotropy is one of the most important fundamental properties of magnetic thin film. The strength of magnetic anisotropy determines the ferromagnetic resonance frequency of magnetic films in the high-frequency applications. Because of the directionality of conventional static magnetic anisotropy in magnetic film, the high-frequency device usually shows an obvious directionality. When the microwave magnetic fi eld deviates from the perpendicular direction of magnetic anisotropy, the devices cannot reveal their best performance. The magnetic film with a stripe magnetic domain structure displays an in-plane rotatable magnetic anisotropy, which can be an important strategy to solve the problem of magnetic fi eld orientation dependent performance in high-frequency device. Therefore, the magnetic domain, the magnetic anisotropy, and the high-frequency behaviors for magnetic fi lms with a stripe magnetic domain structure have received extensive attention. Previously, most of the studies focused on the stripe magnetic domain structure of polycrystalline thin films. However, less attention was paid on amorphous magnetic thin films. Since the amorphous magnetic films have no long-range ordered crystal structure, no magnetocrystalline anisotropy, no grain boundary defects resistance hindering the domain wall displacement, they usually show excellent soft magnetic properties and have been widely applied in high-frequency devices. CoFeB alloy is one of the most important amorphous magnetic materials and has been extensively applied in various spintronic devices. In this work, amorphous CoFeB magnetic thin films were prepared by using a method of oblique sputtering technique at room temperature. The influences of oblique sputtering on the stripe magnetic domain structure, the in-plane static magnetic anisotropy, the in-plane rotational magnetic anisotropy, and the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the amorphous CoFeB films were studied by scanning probe microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer, ferromagnetic resonance. It is found that the method of oblique sputtering could effectively reduce the critical thickness for the appearance of stripe magnetic domain in amorphous CoFeB films. For a non-oblique sputtered CoFeB film, the critical thickness for the appearance of the stripe magnetic domain is above 240 nm. In contrast, after been subjected to the oblique sputtering, the critical thickness becomes below 240 nm. The different magnetic characterizations indicate that for the growth of CoFeB films with stripe magnetic domain structure, the oblique sputtering could not only enhance the strength of in-plane static magnetic anisotropy, but also improve the in-plane rotational magnetic anisotropy and the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. All of the magnetic anisotropies are increased with the angle of oblique sputtering. The observation results of XRD and TEM prove that the prepared CoFeB thin films tend to amorphous structure. The characterization of SEM observation indicates that although the amorphous CoFeB films do not possess long-range ordered crystalline structure, they still could form a kind of columnar structure. The slanted columnar structure of CoFeB films could significantly increase the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, thus lead to the appearance of stripe magnetic domain structure.  相似文献

利用电子显微分析技术对高Co含量的室温铁磁性半导体Zn 1-x Co x O 1-δ 进行了微观表征.证明了氧含量是决定Zn 1-x Co x O 1-δ薄膜微观结构和磁性能的重要因素. 在缺氧环境下, 薄膜由含有大量氧缺位的纤锌矿结构的Zn 1-x Co x O 1-δ纳米晶(直径约5 nm)和填充其间的Zn-Co-O非晶相组成, 两相对薄膜宏观磁性均有贡献; 在富氧的环境下, 非晶Zn-Co-O相消失, 出现了CoO反铁磁相, 纤锌矿结构Zn 1-x Co x O 1-δ中的氧缺位大量减少, 晶粒长大到10-20 nm, 室温铁磁性逐渐减弱, 直至消失.  相似文献

(Fe0.6Co0.4)86HfTB6Cu1 nanocrystalline alloy obtained in isothermal annealing process from amorphous precursor was investigated as candidate of soft magnetic materials for high temperature applications. Co substitution for Fe can enhance the curie temperature of amorphous alloy (Tc = 630℃) and improve the magnetization of nanocrystalline alloy at high temperature ( ≈ 1.56T at 550℃). After annealing amorphous precursor at 550℃ for 1 hour, the optimum nanocrystalline alloy can be obtained which shows the local minimum coercivity ( ≈ 16 A/m). The coercivity increases with the increase of annealing temperature corresponding to the formation of ferromagnetic phase in the secondary crystallization. Furthermore, additions of Hf and B elements reduce the melting temperature of the alloy studied comparing with the Fe-Co binary alloy.  相似文献

The amorphous Fe_(90-x)V_xZr_(10) alloy after electolytic hydrogenation procedure was studied bymeans of Mossbauer effect,magnetic measurement.X-ray diffaction and secondary ionmass spectroscopy(SIMS)techniques.The experimental results show that the magneticproperties of amorphous Fe_(90-x)V_xZr_(10) alloy are highly sensitive to the presence of hydrogen.The isomer shift(IS)has a small positive change and the magnetic properties transfer fromparamagnetic to ferromagnetic State by hydrogenation,and the effect of hydrogen absorptionis to raise Fe magnetic moment(from the increase of saturation maguetization)and Curietemperature T_c from 257 to 384 K.Finally.the considerable increase of magnetic properttesof amorphous Fe_(90-x)V_xZr_(10) alloy by hydrogenation is attributable to the change ofhybridization effect between outer electrons of Zr atoms and 3d electrons of Fe atoms.Fromthe results of SIMS experiment,it is concluded that the hydrogen atoms is localized aroundZr atoms wheh hydrogen atoms enter into the allor.  相似文献

Glass-coated amorphous FeCuNbSiB microwires were prepared by Taylor-Ulitovsky technique. X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the microstructure and morphology of the glass-coated microwires respectively. The vibrating sample magnetometer and vector network analyzer were used to study the magnetostatic and microwave properties of glass-coated microwires. The experimental results show that the effective anisotropy of an array of 150 microwires of 10 mm in length is large than that of one microwire of 10 mm in diameter and an array of 150 microwires of 1 mm in diameter. The natural ferromagnetic resonance takes place as the microwave magnetic component is perpendicular to the microwires axis, and the electric dipole resonance takes place as the microwire is long or the short microwire concentration is moderate. The natural ferromagnetic resonance shifts to higher frequency with the larger microwire concentration. The electric dipole resonance is governed by the microwires length and concentration. The glass-coated FeCuNbSiB microwires can be used to design EMI filters and microwave absorbing materials.  相似文献

利用Mossbauer谱、磁测量技术,X射线衍射以及二次离子质谱分析(SIMS)技术,对三元非晶合金Fe_(90-x)V_xZr_(10)吸氢现象及磁性变化进行了研究.实验结果表明:随充氢时间(相同的充氢电流密度)的增加,非晶态合金同质异能移位增加,表明充氢后Fe核处电子密度发生变化.随充氢量增加,室温下合金由顺磁状态转变为铁磁状态,超精细分布逐渐展宽,其最大值也向高场方向移动.吸氢后合金原子磁矩及Curie温度T_C有大幅度增加.0K时饱和磁化强度从未充氢合金的120emu/g增加到174emu/g.Curie温度T_C从257K增加到384K.吸氢导致磁性变化的机理,利用杂化理论模型能够给出很好的解释.  相似文献

Magnetic and neutron-diffraction methods have been used to study the magnetic state of polycrystalline and amorphous samples of the intermetallic compound Ce2Fe17. The amorphous state was obtained by irradiating the intermetallic compound by fast neutrons. It has been shown that the competition of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions between the nearest-neighbor iron atoms, which is responsible for the formation of the magnetic state, manifests itself differently in the crystalline and amorphous states. In the crystalline sample, an increase in temperature leads to a transition of a collinear ferromagnet into an antiferromagnet. In the amorphous intermetallic compound, the competition leads to local spin deviations, which cause the appearance of some low-temperature features in its magnetic properties. Based on experimental data, H-T magnetic phase diagrams of the crystalline and amorphous Ce2Fe17 have been constructed. It has been shown that the magnetic field destroys both the antiferromagnetic state in the crystalline Ce2Fe17 and the low-temperature mixed (combining properties of ferromagnets and spin glasses) magnetic state in the amorphous Ce2Fe17.  相似文献

Amorphous steels are promising materials with potential structural applications. The glass-forming ability (GFA) and mechanical properties of metallic glasses are intimately related to the local structure. In Fe-based alloys, Cr and Mo content seem to play a key role in stabilizing the amorphous atomic-level structure. Here we present a study on the effects of changing Mo content in Fe72?xC7Si3.3B5.5P8.7Cr2.3Al2Mox amorphous steels. We study the local structure of these alloys by Synchrotron X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The results show how the amorphous phase evolves from a ferromagnetic Fe-rich structure to a structure with predominance of paramagnetic environments with the increase of Mo content. The changes in the distribution of magnetic environments cannot be attributed only to the Fe–Mo substitution but to a change of local configuration in the amorphous phase.  相似文献
