In rail rolling by universal mill, a simplified 3-dimention theoretical model has been built firstly. The kinematically admissible velocity field of the web, head and base of rail have been determined respectively, moreover the corresponding strain rate field and the strength of shear strain rate have been also obtained. Then the plastic deformation power of corresponding deformation zone, the powers consumed on the velocity discontinuity surface and the powers generated for backward slip and forward slip have been proposed. According to the upper-bound method, the roll force of horizontal roll and two vertical rolls can be obtained. Moreover, The process of 18kg/m light rail and 60kg/m heavy rail universal rolling have been simulated by rigid-plastic FEM(finite element method) for verifying the theoretical model. And the universal rolling experiments of 18kg/m light rail has been accomplished in Yanshan University Rolling Laboratory. Compared the results of numerical simulation and the experimental data, the roll force from upper-bound method is somewhat greater than experimental data but in general do not exceed them by 20 percent. So, it is reliable and feasible to preset and optimize the parameter of rolling technology according to the upper-bound method. 相似文献

中色科技设计的800mm二辊可逆铜带热轧机组是1300mm铜热轧机组、1000mm铜热轧机组的姊妹机组。本文结合作者工作实践,论述了800mm铜带热轧机组主机的设计特点,介绍了主机的主要性能参数,主机的主要组成情况,以及轧机生产操作的主要流程。这台轧机主机在前两套轧机的基础上承继优点,改进不足,设备配置更为合理,自动化程度更高。本台轧机的宽幅比前两套窄,适合轧制铁青铜、镍白铜、铍青铜板带材。机型虽与前两套相似,但因为轧制材料、轧材宽度的不同,所以又拥有许多独特的设计。针对铜热轧氧化皮多、轧制温度难以控制的特点,本台轧机进行了改进设计。在减轻设备重量、增加重要设备寿命方面进行了切实可行的优化。 相似文献

基于影响函数法建立六辊冷轧机辊系弹性变形计算模型,从理论上深入分析了主要因素如单位宽度轧制力、中间辊横移位置等对最佳弯辊力的影响,从而建立了合理的弯辊力设定模型。根据中间辊弯辊力与工作辊弯辊力之间存在的关系,建立了更为简化的中间辊弯辊力设定模型,降低了模型现场调试和维护的难度。现场应用效果表明,弯辊力设定值与实测值之间偏差在±20%以外的仅占总数的5.25%,这说明模型具有较高的设定精度。 相似文献

In order to simulate and analyze hot strip crown and flatness accurately and efficiently, the 3-D (three-dimensional) coupled model involved in RPFEM (rigid-plastic finite element method) is improved based on the analytical model of forecasting rolling force distribution. In the analytical model, variational method is employed to solve the lateral flow of metal and influential function method is employed to calculate roll deflection, the lateral distribution of rolling force can be obtained rapidly by iterative strategy. Then the 3-D coupled model uses the result as initial distribution of rolling force to calculate roll deflection and makes the initial on-load roll gap profile close to the final value, so as to reduce iterations and increase efficiency. Compared with previous algorithms, the improved model can reduce the iterations by about 50% and shorten the computing time by about 60% on the basis of the calculation accuracy. 相似文献

在流面条元法基础上,将带钢与轧辊的接触面视为三维曲面,结合塑性力学中斜面上应力的求解法,给出了接触表面上的精确应力边界条件,建立了单位轧制压力与变形区内部应力的关系,实现了对板带轧制三维应力和变形的精确分析和计算。热轧带钢轧制力的仿真研究结果表明,新算法(改进算法)的计算精度高于旧算法。 相似文献
