本文着重研究了合成预聚体(光固树脂)的合成条件,光敏固化胶的后配方初步设计,该胶在微电机转子涂层上能取代日本30 X-261胶。同时,文章最后介绍了有关这方面胶粘剂在一些难粘领域的国外最新的专利报道。由于该胶无溶剂,能消除环境污染、节能、固化速度快等优点,尤适于精密仪器、电子计算机系统、微小另部件、光学材料等方面的粘接或涂层。这是一种很有前途的新型胶粘剂。  相似文献

采用热塑性弹性体SIS与增黏树脂松香按一定比例混合制备基胶,向基胶中加入多官能团光敏树脂,两者混配制得紫外光固化可剥离胶。研究了热塑性弹性体与松香不同配比、光敏树脂的加入量对产品性能的影响,并通过初粘力、180°剥离强度测试对胶体力学性能进行了测试;通过红外分析测试(FTIR)、动态热机械分析DMA以及扫描电镜SEM对其黏结/剥离性能进行了表征。结果发现,当松香与SIS二者的质量比在(0.6:1)~(1:1)、光敏树脂与基胶有效成分两者质量比在(1.4:1)~(1.7:1)时,产品光固化前剥离强度可达6~12N/25mm,光固化后剥离强度骤降至不足1N/25mm,且被物表面无残胶。  相似文献

五三研究所等单位研制成功了新型光学光敏胶GBN—501。 GBN—501由光敏环氧树脂、光敏剂和固化剂等组成。它具有色泽浅、应力小、光学性能优良、粘结强度高、可快速固定、工艺简便等优点。主要应用于光学透镜、棱镜的胶合,也可作为光学结构用胶。使用时经紫外线照射快速初固化,再中温后固化。该胶固化后理化性能见表1。  相似文献

Liquid crystal display (LCD) is very important in the computer industry and many other areas. However, the application of LCD is limited by its narrow viewing angle, compared with a cathode ray tube (CRT) display. In this article a new type of LCD [ridge- and fringe field multidomain homeotropic (RFFMH) LCD], is introduced. In RFFMH LCD, a transparent photoimageable polymer resist is applied to build ridges on each pixel to control the liquid crystal pretilt direction. This photolithographic step imparts a wider viewing angle and simpler LCD production process. In this article the detailed process of building the ridge structure is described, and the thermal stability and chemical resistance of this polymer are studied. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 以AVR单片机为控制核心,以LR035VRAM彩色液晶模块为人机界面,介绍ATmega1280单片机与VRAM型彩色液晶模块接口之间的设计方法。通过分析液晶模块的时序,阐述了在ATmega1280单片机中用软件模拟时序的方法,给出了基于ICCAVR编程语言的驱动程序设计模块,实现了对液晶模块LR035VRAM的显示控制。同时,将其成功移植应用在某火炮仿真瞄准训练显示系统中。  相似文献

Electrodialysis is known to be a useful membrane process for water desalination. The limiting current density (LCD) in the electrodialysis process is an important parameter which determines the electrical resistance and the current utilization. Usually, LCD depends on membrane and solution properties as well as on the electrodialysis stack construction and various operational parameters such as the flow velocity of the diluate solution. Therefore, a reliable determination of LCD is required for designing an efficient electrodialysis plant. In this study, LCD was measured in an electrodialysis flow cell system of given geometry and spacer configuration as a function of the linear velocity. The coefficients a and b of an equation describing LCD as a function of the linear flow velocity of the diluate solution, ilim=aCub, were determined from a plot of the measured LCD over the electrolyte concentration versus the linear velocity on a double logarithmic scale. It was found that the coefficient b was related to the hydrodynamic conditions, while the coefficient a was affected by the cell geometry, electrolyte concentration and the membrane properties.  相似文献

White light diodes (WLEDs) composed of blue chip and phosphor-converter are widely used in liquid crystal display (LCD) projectors as backlights. And it often needs a condenser lens to irradiate white light onto the LCD screen. In this paper, a large size lenticular shaped phosphors-in-glass (PiG) was prepared by Isobam-APS gel casting for the first time. The PiG could act for converting and condensing in LCD projector. Then a rectangular light spot similar to the shape of LCD screen was obtained to reduce the loss of light. The maximum temperatures of the chip and PiG were 62.1 °C and 57.3 °C respectively after working for 600 s and gradually stabilized by simulation. It was proved that simulation result was reliable through comparing with the actual measured value and the lenticular shaped PiG had good heat dissipation capacity for its large area. In conclusion, this is a successful application of PiG in LCD projector, which has guidance and promoting effect.  相似文献

Abstract

The influence of “space” in the ion-exchange compartment (IEC) on limiting current density (LCD) during electrodialysis was investigated. A general equation to estimate LCD was derived for three types of electrodialytic equipment: 1) with the IEC tilled with spacers, 2) without spacers, and 3) with spacers and space. The theoretical values of LCD calculated from the equation were in good agreement with the experimental values obtained by varying the space thickness and employing various kinds of spacers; it follows that the value of LCD in all three types of electrodialytic equipment can be estimated from the general equation derived here.  相似文献
