在三角图中对甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸单体的三元组成进行设计,用自由基溶液聚合法合成了一系列不同单体配比的丙烯酸树脂。用共溶剂法及光学显微镜法研究了合成的丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的相容性,将丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的相容性分为从相容到不相容的三类。用浊度法和匹配溶解特性法测定了丙烯酸树脂和环氧树脂的一维溶度参数和三维溶度参数,分析结果表明三维溶度参数和重叠因子可以更准确地预测树脂间的相容性。  相似文献

在合成醇酸树脂中,采用端基为羟基的超支化聚合物代替多元醇,对醇酸树脂进行改性,考察了改性后醇酸树脂与固化剂和丙烯酸树脂的相容性。研究发现:改性后的醇酸树脂与固化剂相容性很好.与丙烯酸树脂相容性较差。利用改性后的醇酸树脂制备的漆膜具有很好的透明性和柔韧性。  相似文献

双环戊二烯石油树脂已在包括新闻纸印刷、凸版印刷、活版印刷、平版印刷、照相版印刷等油墨中得到了应用。但由于双环树脂中没有极性基团,所以双环树脂与干性油相容性较差。本文使用顺丁烯二酸酐对双环戊二烯石油树脂进行改性,使得改性后树脂与干性油有良好的相容性,可以广泛应用于油墨制造。  相似文献

选取了六类增黏树脂,分别与PS(聚苯乙烯)或PI(聚异戊二烯)在甲苯溶剂中共混,利用涂布后的透明度对相容性进行了定性测定;利用共混物的玻璃化转变温度对相容性进行了定量分析。研究结果表明:根据透明度和相容性得到的数据,可以预测增黏树脂加入SIS后PI相和PS相的相态组合。这种方法能更清晰地表征增黏树脂在两种聚合物和不同SIS聚合物中的存在方式,可以指导SIS热熔压敏胶的配方设计。  相似文献

将增粘剂(萜烯2种异构体)α-蒎烯树脂和β-蒎烯树脂分别与EVA树脂混合,做平行对比实验。结果表明,α-蒎烯树脂与EVA的相容性好,对EVA的增粘效果显著,所得热熔胶粘附强度大、软化点低;β-蒎烯树脂与EVA的相容性差,所得热熔胶粘附强度小、软化点高。  相似文献

The effect of low-profile additives (LPA), i.e., poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAC) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), on the curing reaction of unsaturated polyester (UPE) resins was studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The curing reaction profiles were determined by DSC, while GPC was used to investigate the variation of the sizes of microgel particles during the early stage of curing reaction in UPE–styrene resins. The DSC experimental results indicated that the curing reaction rate decreased as the concentration of LPA increased. At a fixed LPA concentration, the curing reaction rate was slower for resins mixed with LPA possessing worse compatibility with UPE resins. During the early stage of curing reaction, the size and structure of the UPE microgels formation strongly depended on the concentration of LPA and also on the compatibility of the components in the curing system. The experimental results of this study revealed that the concentration of LPA and the compatibility of LPA with UPE resins had a strong influence on the polyester microgel formation and the curing behavior. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

热熔压敏胶(HMPSA)是一类不含溶剂的胶粘剂,在工业应用中占据很大的比重。工业上常用的增黏树脂有松香树脂、萜烯树脂和石油树脂三种。增黏树脂与热塑性弹性体SBS(苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)的相容性存在一定的差异性,从工业角度重点研究和比较了增黏树脂的结构差异与性能之间的关系,并对其一般规律进行了探索。研究结果表明,当增黏树脂的软化点为100~110℃时,相应的HMPSA可获得较低的熔融黏度和较高的剥离强度,其初粘力为1~2cm;当增黏树脂的软化点为100℃时,剥离强度依次为含萜烯树脂HMPSA>含松香树脂HMPSA>含石油树脂HMPSA;当W(增黏树脂)= 210%时(相对于弹性体SBS而言),含石油树脂HMPSA的综合性能劣于含松香树脂(或含萜烯树脂)的HMPSA;当W(增黏树脂)≥210%时,HMPSA的熔融黏度低于10000mPa·s,但持粘力增强(即意味着内聚力增强)。  相似文献

用自制催化剂合成了二乙二醇丁醚改性TDI-三聚体。实验表明,反应的-NCO/-OH投料物质的量之比控制在10:1左右可以得到性能优良的TDI-三聚体。该合成方法可以采用混合溶剂,降低生产成本。用红外光谱(FT—IR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)和热重分析(TGA)对改性物结构和热稳定性进行了表征。合成的改性物对羟基树脂有极好的相容性,可以与羟基丙烯酸树脂配成涂料。用SEM对涂膜做了表面分析,由涂膜性能检测知:随三聚体改性程度的加深,涂膜干燥时间延长,硬度降低,但涂膜的耐冲击性能提高。  相似文献

The compatibility behavior of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) at two different degrees of epoxidation with hydroxyl-containing polymeric resins was investigated. These included Novolac and Resole resins, the cured epoxy of bisphenol A (CER), and phenoxy. For each system, compositions covering the complete range were studied using the dynamic mechanical (DMA), DSC and phase-contrast microscopy techniques. ENR/Novolac blends were compatible, ENR/Resole, and ENR/phenoxy semicompatible, and ENR/CER incompatible. The results were interpreted in terms of the acid character of the aromatic or aliphatic hydroxyl contained in the resin and a predictive compatibility scheme based on copolymer-copolymer miscibility theory was tested.  相似文献

Epoxy–melamine hybrid resins were obtained from in situ polymerization of siliconized (SE500) and phosphorylated (PE690) epoxy resins with hexakis(methoxymethyl)melamine (HMMM). The hybrid resins having HMMM contents less than 15 wt % exhibited high transparency and homogeneity. The compatibilities between SE500 and melamine as well as that between PE690 and melamine were poor than the compatibility between general bisphenol‐A epoxy and melamine. Incorporation of HMMM altered the degradation mechanisms and enhanced the thermal stability of the epoxy resins, especially for PE690 based resins. Excellent flame retardant property was observed with the hybrid resins because of the Si? N and P? N synergisms of flame retardation. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Styrene–isoprene–styrene (SIS) copolymer was epoxidized by in situ epoxidation to prepare a series of epoxidized SIS resins (ESIS). Their epoxidation degrees, phase structures, and compatibility with hydrocarbon resin were characterized with 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. These ESIS resins were melt-mixed with synthetic hydrocarbon resin, mineral oil, and antioxidants to fabricate a series of ESIS-based hot-melt pressure–sensitive adhesives (HMPSAs), which were used as carriers of transdermal drug delivery system. Their adhesive performances were measured, including holding power and 180o peel strength. Geniposide and oleanic acid were representatively chosen as hydrophilic and lipophilic drug, respectively. Their in vitro release behaviors in ESIS-based HMPSAs were investigated using a modified Franz-type horizontal diffusion cells. Although the introduction of epoxide groups could alter the compatibility and phase structures between SIS resins and additives, the adhesive performances were slightly affected, as SIS resins had lower epoxidation degree (<15%). It is even more important that the cumulative release rate of both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs is markedly enhanced with the increase of epoxidation degree in these ESIS-based HMPSAs. Therefore, this kind of HMPSAs has a promising future as a carrier of transdermal drug delivery system as their SIS resins are appropriately epoxidized.  相似文献
