探讨防水透湿织物重要服用性能的影响因素。制造了46种不同面料或里料、不同复合方式(涂层及层压)、不同组合方式的防水透湿织物,对其防风保暖性、透湿性、防水性及抗撕破性进行了测试与分析。结果表明:相同面料的涂层及膜层压织物保暖性相差不大;厚重蓬松里料对层压织物主要起保暖作用;轻薄透里料对层压织物的膜具有保护作用;微孔膜层压织物的透湿性最好,湿法与转移涂层织物的透湿性较好;防水透湿织物的抗沾水能力主要取决于面料的抗沾水性,抗渗水性主要取决于层压膜或涂层的抗渗水性;伸缩性较大的面料利于提高防水透湿织物的撕裂强力,复合伸缩性较大的里料可以增大三层层压织物的撕裂强力。认为在户外运动服装面料的设计开发中应针对需要选择合适的面料、里料以及处理方式。  相似文献

为利用织物结构、力学性能参数来预测织物悬垂形态,提出利用织物悬垂性能指标对织物悬垂形态进行仿真重建的方法,建立起织物结构、力学性能参数与织物悬垂性能指标的关系。从悬垂程度和悬垂形态2个方面,提出了10个表征织物悬垂性能的指标,利用这些悬垂性能指标及MatLab语言,对织物悬垂形态进行了三维仿真重建,获得了直观的视觉仿真效果,为预测织物悬垂形态的研究提供了一种新方法。  相似文献

In this paper, we investigated thermal comfort properties of twill weave cotton woven fabric coated zinc oxide layer in Roaches high temperature sample dyeing machine in gentle conditions. The effect of coated film structure on thermal comfort properties of the fabric was characterized using SEM observation, EDS analysis, and Permetest instruments. EDS analysis and SEM images of the ZnO coated twill weave cotton fabric proved that ZnO coating layer which has significant effects on thermal comfort properties was successfully synthesized on the fabric surface by covering the pores of the twill weave cotton fabric. Results showed that thermal resistance of ZnO coated fabric increased approx. 36–52%, while thermal conductivity is decreased approx. 27–34% and WVP is decreased approx. 22–28%. Further studies have started and in progress to evaluate wash fastness, wear performance, abrasion properties, and fabric handle properties.  相似文献

A new theory predicting the biaxial tensile properties of a triaxial-weave fabric is presented. This theory is based on the plain-weave theory developed by Kawabata, Niwa, and Kawai in 1973 and improved by Kawabata in 1984. The basic structures of the fabric are (i) the thread-spacing of two warp threads and one weft thread, (ii) the weave-crimp shrinkage of the three threads, and (iii) the crossing angles between these threads. The yarn properties applied in this theory are the tensile properties, the lateral-compressional properties, the bending property, and the yarn-crossing-torque property. The biaxial tensile properties of the triaxial-weave fabric are then derived by solving an equilibrium equation of the forces acting at a thread-crossover point. The prediction and the experimental result coincide well over the wide range of deformation from the small-strain region to the finite-deformation region near breaking strain. The theoretical analysis shows that the yarn lateral-compressional properties have a significant effect upon the fabric tensile properties, and the effects of the yarn-bending and crossing-torque properties are negligibly small except for the very small-strain region. It is also shown that the tensile properties of the triaxial-weave fabric are much more isotropic than those of the ordinary woven fabric because of the symmetrical structure which appears for every 30° angle rotation of the fabric in the plane of the fabric, and it is demonstrated that the tensile properties of the triaxial-weave fabric are, in fact, almost completely isotropic.  相似文献

采用有机磷酸钛(PVA-P-Ti)对涤棉织物进行阻燃整理,研究了阻燃织物的热性能、力学性能、阻燃性能和纤维形貌结构变化.热性能分析表明,阻燃剂PVA-P-Ti对涤棉织物具有良好的催化脱水成炭作用.织物经阻燃整理后,阻燃剂通过渗透和缠结作用固着于纤维,使织物具有良好的阻燃性能和耐水洗性能,拉伸性能也明显提高,但白度下降.  相似文献

本文提出一种采用氧化还原一步法制备聚苯胺/银复合导电织物的新方法,并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析及热重分析仪对制备的导电织物的表面形貌、化学组成及热稳定性进行了表征;研究了该织物的导电性能、力学性能,以及水洗次数对其导电性能的影响。结果表明,采用氧化还原一步法能够较好的在涤纶织物表面形成聚苯胺/银的复合镀层;经镀层处理后的织物热稳定性及导电性能均有所提高,力学性能变化较小,且经50次水洗后,其导电性能优于聚苯胺织物。本研究为开发具有高导电性、低成本的导电织物提供了新的方法和思路。  相似文献

为探讨酚醛纤维织物的热学性能,将酚醛纤维应用于消防领域,选取5种消防常用的织物聚酰亚胺织物、芳纶1313织物、芳纶1414织物、阻燃棉织物、碳纤维织物为研究对象,在相同条件下进行热学试验并将热导率、热扩散系数、比热、经向极限氧指数、纬向极限氧指数等作为研究指标,研究相同面密度的不同种类织物的热学性能。单一的指标对比不能综合评价出6种织物热学性能的优劣,利用灰色聚类分析理论对这5个指标进行聚类分析,对其热学性能进行综合评价。结果表明:酚醛纤维织物与聚酰亚胺织物具有较好的热学性能,芳纶1313织物的热学性能次之,芳纶1414织物、阻燃棉织物、碳纤维织物的热学性能最差。  相似文献

The yarn structure and fabric interlacing pattern are determining parameters for fabric properties. The current study focusses on the multi-response optimization of certain fabric properties like shrinkage, areal density, thickness, flexural rigidity, and bending modulus using principal component analysis for optimum properties. Yarn twist (four different levels), fabric weave design (plain and twill), and yarn type (carded and combed) were the variables of the study. The Taguchi approach of the orthogonal array was sued for designing the experiments, and eight different samples were produced. The yarn twist and fabric weave design were found to have significant effect on these properties of the fabric. Furthermore, using analysis of the variance method, contribution% of parameters to these properties was determined.  相似文献

The subjective evaluation of fabric hand restricts the scientific understanding of the fabric properties and also limits the application of designing engineering principles to develop high-quality fabrics. Hence, an objective hand evaluation system for terry fabric has been devised in this research work. The sensor of KES-FB4 instrument, used for measuring frictional properties, was modified and the results were used for the development of new hand equations. Four primary hand equations and one total hand equation have been developed using low-stress mechanical properties of terry fabric. It is observed that fabric weight and thickness, compression and surface properties can predict the hand behavior of terry fabric very well. The objective hand values calculated by the newly developed hand equations correlate very well with the subjective hand values.  相似文献

An examination of the effect of a range of cationic surfactants on the bending properties of a woven wool fabric is reported. The changes in fabric properties caused by the surfactant differed considerably from those observed on cotton fabric. Factors affecting the fabric properties included the distribution of the surfactant on wool fibres, the nature of the surfactant, the method, time, and temperature of application, and the nature of any modification to the wool fibres.  相似文献

 基于心理感知评分和物理性能的测试数据研究织物性能和舒适感觉之间的关系,得出服装舒适性感觉因子和织物物理性能之间的线性回归方程。同时分析心理感知的评价数据以及感觉因子与物理性能的关联,建立了基于织物物理性能归纳服装整体感觉舒适的预测模式以及数理统计关系式。对从织物热湿性能和力学性能预测单项舒适主观感觉,再预测综合舒适感的模式,结合实验对象进行初步阐释与验证。  相似文献
