将改性环氧树脂和改性丙烯酸树脂混合乳化,合成了环氧–丙烯酸电泳漆。与原环氧型电泳漆相比,新合成的电泳漆的机械性能和耐盐雾性能均达到企业标准,人工加速老化试验400h后,漆膜完好,色差ΔE=0.24。按同样的原理,往原环氧电泳漆中加入丙烯酸树脂,使其转变成环氧–丙烯酸电泳漆。车架涂装生产证明,该电泳漆膜克服了原来涂层耐老化性差的问题。采用混合而非整槽更换的方式,既节约了成本,又利于环保。  相似文献

采用高固低黏羟基丙烯酸树脂、颜填料及助剂制备A组分,脂肪族多异氰酸酯固化剂配合(B组分),制备高装饰性丙烯酸聚氨酯漆。研究了高固低黏羟基丙烯酸树脂的羟值、玻璃化转变温度、相对分子质量大小及分布和n-NCO:n-OH对漆膜性能的影响,得到了最佳参数。并检测了漆膜的各项机械、耐化学介质、耐候指标,所制漆膜优异装饰性,可用于装饰性要求较高的场合。  相似文献

Alkali-soluble resins (ASRs) are a special type of polymeric surfactant containing both hydrophobic moieties and carboxylic acid functional groups. Upon ionization, ASRs provide electrosteric stabilization to the latex particles, thus allowing reduction or even elimination of conventional surfactants while maintaining or improving latex stability. The distribution of ASR in the dried film depends on its miscibility with the latex polymer. Its presence in the blend system is expected to alter the film formation process and consequently performance properties of paint products based on the latex blends containing ASR. In this study, the effects of a high Tg, alkali-soluble resin (ASR), poly(styrene/alpha-methylstyrene/acrylic acid) terpolymer on the properties of latex and paint films were examined. The film formation of a soft acrylic latex in the absence and presence of the ASR was evaluated using a variety of analytical techniques. As expected, paint properties such as scrub resistance, wet adhesion, and block resistance were also affected by the inclusion of ASR. The results provide new insights into the structure and surface morphology of latex and paint films containing ASRs, as well as their impact on mechanical and the performance properties.  相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂,将正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)经酸催化合成了一种表面带有乙烯基的活性二氧化硅粒子,然后将其与丙烯酸树脂聚合得到透明的有机硅改性阳极电泳漆。研究了有机硅的添加方式对反应过程,有机硅含量对改性丙烯酸树脂的玻璃化转变温度、黏度以及电泳漆性能的影响,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热和热重分析等对改性丙烯酸树脂进行了表征。结果表明,有机硅的最佳添加方式是与部分单体预混后逐滴滴加。随着有机硅含量的增大,改性丙烯酸树脂的黏度、玻璃化转变温度和耐热性提高。当有机硅添加量为0.8%~1.2%时,电泳漆膜的综合性能较好。  相似文献

介绍了天然片状屏蔽型颜填料和可再生的多元醇-植物油脂肪酸为基础的高官能化合物改性醇酸树脂情况。片状云母氧化铁提高了醇酸树脂的耐候性,煅烧处理的片状高岭土和氧化铁红配合可使气干醇酸色漆涂膜具有耐水28 d的优良等性能。蔗糖多元醇-植物油脂肪酸化合制成多脂肪酸酯,具高官能度和低黏度,在气干性高固体醇酸涂料中具潜在应用前景;多脂肪酸酯进一步环氧化生成多酯多元醇,能代替羟基型醇酸和聚酯树脂在氨基醇酸和聚氨酯涂料中应用、提高固体分和改进性能。  相似文献

Styrene/acrylic emulsion copolymer and water‐based short oil urethane alkyd resin were used as binders to prepare water‐based, environmentally friendly paints by using 0.5% emulsified methylamine adduct as corrosion inhibitor. The choice of the two above‐mentioned binders was based on the fact that styrene/acrylic emulsion copolymer is a nonconvertible binder, whereas short oil urethane alkyd resin is a convertible binder. The physical, chemical, mechanical, and corrosion properties of the paint films were evaluated and compared with a commercially known anticorrosive water‐based paint. It was found that the prepared paints have unique desirable properties such as the following: they do not contain anticorrosive pigments (which contain heavy metals in their main chemical structure); they are solvent‐free; and they can be produced to match any color. Corrosion tests on the films of the formulated paints revealed that the short oil urethane alkyd resin is superior to the styrene/acrylic copolymer. Moreover, the corrosion inhibition properties of the paint films prepared from both binders are comparable with the commercially available paints containing anticorrosive pigments. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以甲基三甲氧基硅烷( MTMS)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷( PTMS)等烷氧基硅烷单体、硅溶胶、颜填料和丙烯酸乳液等为原料,四丙基氢氧化铵( NPr4OH)为固化催化剂,制备了一种水性丙烯酸乳液增韧改性的有机硅陶瓷涂料。考察了颜基比、固化催化剂、氧化铝、有机硅树脂和丙烯酸乳液用量对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸乳液对有机硅树脂的增韧改性能有效降低漆膜内应力、提高漆膜耐老化性。当颜基比为 2∶1、100 g涂料中含 35 mg NPr4OH,氧化铝占颜填料质量的 10%、丙烯酸乳液质量分数为 20%时,漆膜铅笔硬度可达到 8H,附着力 1级,耐冲击性 50 cm,耐老化试验可达到 2 500 h,耐盐雾试验 2 300 h。  相似文献

为了开发出适用性好、性价比高的建筑铝型材用FEVE(氟烯烃-乙烯基醚共聚物)型氟碳粉末涂料,重点分析了不同厂家的氟树脂、不同种类异氰酸酯及颜填料的含量对FEVE型氟碳涂层性能的影响。对比了不同类型耐候性粉末涂料的耐老化性,认为丙烯酸树脂和超耐候羟基树脂比较适合改性氟树脂;进一步对比了这2类树脂改性氟树脂后涂层的性能。结果表明:选用丙烯酸树脂改性氟树脂与自封闭异氰酸酯BF-1540制备FEVE氟碳粉末涂料,颜填料用量为22.5%时所得涂层性能优异,性价比高。  相似文献

采用丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂冷拼工艺制备的阴极电泳漆解决了环氧类阴极电泳漆作为底面合一涂层时老化性能差的问题,针对乳液在施工应用中的稳定性,探讨了亲水性溶剂、酸值对乳液及电泳漆漆膜的影响,通过液相色谱仪分析槽液中树脂比例变化,并用人工加速老化实验验证了涂膜的老化水平,结果表明,底面合一型电泳漆在老化、盐雾等方面达到了和谐统一,可满足有关汽车底盘及零部件的综合要求。  相似文献

Waterborne acrylic resins with a solid content higher than 40 wt % were obtained by miniemulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, and acrylic acid using a hydrocarbon coumarone–indene resin (HCR) as osmotic agent. HCR is a cheap polymer widely used for coatings and pressure‐sensitive adhesives. The resin leads to a higher hydrophobicity for the acrylic latex film and acts as osmotic agent in miniemulsion polymerization preventing Ostwald ripening, leading to latexes with particle sizes, size distributions, and stability comparable to those obtained using n‐hexadecane as osmotic agent. However, the monomer conversion and molecular weight were lower, indicating the occurrence of a chain‐transfer reaction. Atomic force microscopy analysis demonstrated that a smooth film surface with phase‐separated morphology was formed when using HCR. Faster film hardness development was achieved with HCR comparing with hexadecane. Polysiloxane‐modified epoxy resin aqueous dispersions were prepared by the reaction of amino‐polysiloxane (APS) with a graft epoxy resin that was synthesized with a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A type epoxy resin and styrene/acrylic acid. The measurements of the epoxy values and FTIR spectra confirmed that this reaction really took place. The modified aqueous dispersion exhibits high viscosity, small particle size, and nearly the same surface tension as the unmodified one. Therefore, this indicates that the siloxane segments could be encapsulated into graft epoxy resin particles during the water dispersion process. For APS‐modified films, the thermal stability and water resistance are remarkably enhanced. Furthermore, lowering of the hardness and surface tension for these films was also observed and the surface composition was measured by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The experimental data indicate that the siloxane segments easily migrate onto the surface during the film formation process and finally enrich on the surface of the APS‐modified film. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在合成醇酸树脂中,采用端基为羟基的超支化聚合物代替多元醇,对醇酸树脂进行改性,考察了改性后醇酸树脂与固化剂和丙烯酸树脂的相容性。研究发现:改性后的醇酸树脂与固化剂相容性很好.与丙烯酸树脂相容性较差。利用改性后的醇酸树脂制备的漆膜具有很好的透明性和柔韧性。  相似文献

Waterborne coatings are composed of resins containing hydrophilic functional groups. These groups usually remain in the coating film and can adversely affect film properties such as weatherability and resistance to water and alkali. We have developed a novel ambient temperature curable waterborne two-component system, in which the hydrophilic functional groups are consumed by the crosslinking reaction. The new coating system consists of a waterborne acrylic resin containing both tert-amino and carboxylic acid groups and a hardener containing both epoxy and alkoxysilyl groups. The waterborne silicone acrylic coatings provide superior film properties even if the acrylic resin has relatively low functional group content. In this paper we describe the crosslinking reaction mechanism and film properties using some acrylic resin types and paint formulations as examples. 采用丙烯酸酯类单体、功能性单体——丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA),合成了热固性丙烯酸树脂。与丁醇醚化的氨基树脂(582-2)、颜填料及助剂配合,制成了适用于铝箔的卷铝涂料。该涂料显示出优异的附着力、耐MEK擦拭和良好的T弯等性能。  相似文献

以聚酯树脂对丙烯酸聚氨酯体系进行改性,制备了一种性能优异的2K汽车修补漆。讨论了丙烯酸树脂、聚酯及其加入量、固化剂、n(—NCO)/n(—OH)值、流平剂、防沉剂对漆膜性能的影响,结果表明,当丙烯酸树脂与CARDURA E10(叔碳酸缩水甘油酯)改性聚酯树脂的质量比在(5~3)∶1,以N3390为固化剂,且n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.08~1.15,丙烯酸流平剂与有机硅流平剂质量比为10∶3,防沉剂的质量分数为0.54%时,漆膜的性能最佳。  相似文献
