应用Y_2O_3稳定的ZrO_2固体电解质电池:O_2(air),CO,Pt│YSZ│Pt,O_2(air),测量了410~500℃温度范围内的空气中微量CO浓度(51~819)×10~(-6)与电动势关系.响应电动势的灵敏度随温度增加而降低,至500℃渐趋于零.在一定温度下,测量电动势可随被测气体的流量(流速)增大而升高,归因于CO在Pt电极上脱附减小.500℃时含有51×10~(-6)CO的空气,在2L/min流量(相应流速54cm·s~(-1))下的测量电动势为18mV,响应时间≤30s. 相似文献

实测新疆原油 18个宽、窄馏分油不同温度下的表面张力 10 2组 ,在所得数据的基础上 ,采用逐步回归方法处理实验数据 ,得到计算石油馏分表面张力的计算式 2个 ,其平均绝对偏差分别为 0 41× 10 -3N/m和 0 32×10 -3N/m ,,平均相对偏差分别为 1 82 %和 1 39%。考察两种常用计算方法对新疆油表面张力计算的适用性 ,其平均相对偏差分别为 15 6 %和 2 4 4%。通过对这两种方法进行修正 ,平均相对偏差分别降到 1 2 9%和 1 97% ,其准确性与所得关联式相当 相似文献

基于13X型沸石分子筛的类神经毒气传感器 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研制了基于13X型分子筛阻抗型气体传感器,探测了神经类毒气沙林的相似物甲基磷酸二甲脂(DMMP)。通过交流电压对传感器进行激励,得到其交流阻抗谱的变化,从而实现对不同体积分数DMMP的检测。对0.2×10-6,0.4×10-6和1×10-6DMMP气体分别进行了检测,在1×10-6时(频率为0.01 Hz)电阻的相对变化可达13.2%;同时,分别采用13X型和Cu-β型分子筛作为敏感膜对1×10-6DMMP,100×10-6CO2和饱和蒸汽压下的乙醇气体进行了选择性比较实验。实验表明:基于13X型分子筛膜传感器对DMMP的探测有较好的灵敏度和选择性。 相似文献

为了提高红外CO2气体传感器的探测灵敏度和精度,首先研究了不同镀膜对非色散扁锥腔CO2气体传感器的红外吸收效率和灵敏度的影响.然后搭建了湿度实验平台,着重研究了环境湿度对气体浓度测量结果的影响.最后,采用遗传算法优化的BP神经网络算法(GA-BP)对传感器进行了湿度补偿.实验结果表明:在室温条件下、0~2000×10-6浓度范围内,镀金腔体的CO2传感器具有更高的红外吸收效率和灵敏度;在40%~80%湿度范围内,CO2气体传感器的测量误差与相对湿度密切相关,最高误差达645×10-6.采用GA-BP算法数据融合补偿后,传感器湿度漂移得到了较好抑制,整体平均误差小于±110×10-6,表明CO2气体传感器的测量精度得到了大幅提升. 相似文献

Novel tunable lasers based on 1.5-μm and 1.57-μm cascaded distributed-feedback reflectors are realized for real-time monitoring of H2O and CO gas mixtures immediately in multi-gas sensor systems. With simple fabrication procedures, the new design allows the realization of a widely tunable laser source that can cover the H2O and CO absorption wavelength bands. With the temperature tuning of 0.1 nm/°C and current tuning of 0.014 nm/mA, the laser can be tuned to cover over 3 nm wavelength range in each wavelength band. Experiments verify that the lasers can have more than 38 dB SMSR over the tuning range. The characteristics of high power, excellent spectral purity, and simple wavelength switching control can simplify the analysis procedures of gas sensing and thus reduce the cost. By direct absorption method, the tunable laser has been successfully adopted in a diode laser sensor system for monitoring of water vapor concentration near 1.5 μm and carbon monoxide near 1.57 μm. 三乙醇胺酮配合物气敏性研究发现,该配合物与二氧化硫气体作用时透光率发生变化。以此结果为依据在K 交换玻璃光波导表面固定三乙醇胺铜配合物掺杂的聚乙烯醇复合薄膜,研制出了二氧化硫气体传感元件,并在光波导传感检测系统中测定其传感特性。实验结果表明,本传感元件对低浓度(500×10-9~15×10-6)二氧化硫气体有良好的线性快速可逆响应,低浓度氯化氢、硫化氢、二氧化氮、氨气以及挥发性有机物蒸汽对二氧化硫气体的检测没有干扰,具有灵敏度和选择性高、可逆性好,结构简单和易制作等特点。 相似文献

研究和选择碳循环的影响因素是预测碳通量的重要环节,也是研究碳循环机理的重要步骤。然而从众多的影响因素中选择重要的因素,依然存在着困难。提出利用相关分析、遗传算法和神经网络进行碳通量预测的主要因素选择的方法,首先用相关分析去处冗余的因素;然后利用遗传算法,以选择最小数目的因素时,最大碳通量的观测值和用神经网络预测值的相关系数为准则,来搜寻最优的影响因素。实验证明该方法能在不影响(或尽量小地影响)预测精度的前提下,有效地选择出碳通量预测的重要因素。 相似文献

Existing alumina extraction and material production methods result in the formation of harmful ammonia gas or ammonia water originating from aluminum nitride (AlN) in dross. Therefore, in this study, aluminum dross was used as a denitration reagent to eliminate nitrogen oxides in flue gas and AlN in dross. Based on the proposed scheme, thermodynamic calculations were performed to investigate the denitrification effect and reduction of aluminum dross in flue gas. The results show that equilibrium concentrations of NO, NO2, and HF in the flue gas were influenced mainly by temperature; their concentrations increased with an increase in the temperature, reaching 4.4 × 10−20, 1.7 × 10−38, and 7.0 × 10−8 g/m3, respectively, at 923 K. The Gibbs free energy corresponding to the reaction of CO2 with Al/AlN in aluminum dross was −377/–120 kJ/mol. HF, originating from the reaction of NaF and water vapor, maintained an extremely low concentration of 6.99 × 10−8 g/m3 at 923 K. These results indicate that aluminum dross processing may clean the flue gas and increase the calorific value while eliminating the hazards of AlN. The results obtained herein will provide theoretical guidance toward new avenues of aluminum dross utilization. 相似文献

采用NASICON(Na离子导体)与BaCO_3-Li_2CO_3电极相结合的方式,使新型CO_2传感器得到发展。据观察,其响应时间以及抗水湿性能都有了提高。对于CO_2浓度在1×10~(-4)~0.5这样宽的范围内,500℃时测得的电动势与能斯特方程符合的很好。该元件几乎不受共存的H_2S(10~(-4)),NO_2(10~(-4)),CO(10~(-4)),SO_2(10~(-4)),C_2H_5OH(10~(-4))、CH_4(5×10~(-3))以及NH_3(2×10~(-3))的影响。 相似文献

A microfluidic chip for the chemiluminescence detection of cobalt (II) in water samples, based on the measurement of light emitted from the cobalt (II) catalysed oxidation of luminol by hydrogen peroxide in basic aqueous solution, is presented. The microfluidic chip was designed and fabricated from polydimethylsiloxane using micro-molding method. Optimized reagents conditions were found to be 5.0 × 10?4 mol/L luminol, 1.0 × 10?2 mol/L hydrogen peroxide, and 8.0 × 10?2 mol/L sodium hydroxide. The system can perform fully automated detection with a reagent consumption of only 2.4 μL each time. The linear range of the cobalt (II) ions concentration was 1.0 × 10?10–1.0 × 10?3 mol/L and the detection limit was 5.6 × 10?11 mol/L with the S/N ratio of 3. The relative standard deviation was 4.6 % for 1.0 × 10?5 mol/L cobalt (II) ions (n = 10). 相似文献
