以水杨醛、1,6-己二胺和邻苯二胺为原料,通过醛基与氨基的缩合反应合成了水杨醛席夫碱荧光化合物——水杨醛缩己二胺席夫碱(SSB1)和水杨醛缩邻苯二胺席夫碱(SSB2),并将化合物SSB2制成不同质量分数荧光染料的印花浆对棉织物进行印花处理.对所得化合物进行了表面形貌、化学结构、色谱及热稳定性表征,测试了SSB2荧光印花棉织物的荧光性、颜色、色牢度.结果表明,SSB1、SSB2的产率分别为88.8%和86.0%,相对最大荧光强度分别为8305 a.u.和5444 a.u.,相转变温度分别为75和165℃;所得SSB2荧光印花棉织物耐皂洗牢度最高可达4级,SSB2荧光染料质量分数为10%时,达到最佳的颜色深度和荧光强度.  相似文献

根据课题组的研究工作“席夫碱铋配合物的开发及应用”,设计了“异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱铋配合物的制备”本科综合创新实验,引入本科实验教学。实验以异烟肼和2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛为原料,首先生成异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱(A),然后再与硝酸铋螯合,制备异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱铋配合物(B),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱对化合物的结构进行表征分析。实验内容体现多学科知识点的交叉融合和综合实验技能的训练,在激发学生的科学探究兴趣,培养锻炼学生的综合能力等方面具有积极的作用,实验安全,反应条件温和易控,现象明显,可用于模块化教学,也可以拆分成多个环节实验,适合不同学时的本科实验教学要求,可以进行教学推广。  相似文献

利用溶液法,设计合成了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩乙醇胺席夫碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物,通过紫外光谱﹑红外光谱﹑热重分析等技术对目标产物的结构进行了表征和确认.以催化活性为指标,考察了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩乙醇胺、3,5-二溴水杨醛缩氨基甲磺酸、3,5-二溴水杨醛缩牛磺酸3种席夫碱的铜(Ⅱ)配合物催化过氧化氢氧化抗坏血酸的反应,结果表明3种席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物均具有辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的催化功能,催化效果为乙醇胺席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物>氨基甲磺酸席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物>牛磺酸席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物.研究了乙醇胺席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物催化过氧化氢氧化抗坏血酸的反应动力学,并初步探讨了催化反应机理.  相似文献

以合成的水杨醛缩2-氨甲基吡啶席夫碱钼配合物([MoO_2(L_1)(EtOH)])、邻羟基苯乙酮缩2-氨甲基吡啶席夫碱钼配合物([MoO_2(L_2)(EtOH)])、2-吡啶甲醛缩邻氨基酚席夫碱钼配合物([MoO_2(L_3)(EtOH)])为催化剂,研究了叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)作氧化剂时3种配合物在制备环氧环己烷中的催化活性。3种席夫碱配合物中[MoO_2(L_3)(EtOH)]的催化活性最高。详细考察了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量对环己烯转化率、环氧产物选择性的影响,筛选出了席夫碱钼催化剂最佳的反应条件:70℃,10 mg[MoO_2(L_3)(EtOH)],n(环己烯)∶n(叔丁基过氧化氢)=1∶2,反应5 h,环己烯的转化率为77.2%,环氧环己烷选择性99%,产率为77.2%。催化剂重复使用性实验表明,该席夫碱配合物具有较高的稳定性。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
