热处理工艺对30MnSi PC钢棒力学性能的影响

针对30MnSi 预应力混凝土用钢棒(简称PC钢棒)在实际生产中抗延迟断裂性能差、力学性能不稳、屈强比高等问题,从生产PC钢棒的技术关键热处理制度入手, 通过调质处理得到回火屈(索)氏体组织,分别绘出了淬火温度、回火温度与抗拉强度、伸长率、屈强比的关系曲线.系统地研究了热处理工艺参数对钢棒的组织及强韧性的影响规律并进行了理论分析.摸索出了生产30MnSi PC钢棒的合理工艺制度:当加热时间一定时,淬火温度920～960 ℃,回火温度控制在390～430 ℃时,能获得较好的综合力学性能.     

30MnSi钢棒延迟断裂及其对策

以我厂30MnSi盘圆为母材制作的PC钢棒在存储中发生比较严重的延迟断裂现象。以延迟断裂钢棒及30MnSi母材为研究对象,对延迟断裂的现象进行深入研究以寻找原因。并通过提高30MnSi母材Si的含量以改善母材的抗拉强度,以及提高钢棒厂热处理的回火温度以消除PC钢棒的内应力,最终解决了PC钢棒延迟断裂的问题。     

PC钢棒延迟断裂原因探讨

介绍了30MnSi钢棒生产工艺流程,分析了PC钢棒延迟断裂的断口形貌、化学成分、气体含量、金相组织、脱碳层、表面质量。为消除PC钢棒延迟断裂的原材料缺陷,提出了PC钢棒用30MnSi钢盘条质量的工艺改进措施。     

30MnSi钢棒延迟断裂原因分析及改进

针对30MnSi管桩钢筋(PC钢棒)延迟脆断的问题,对30MnSi盘条和PC钢棒的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、断口形貌等进行分析。结果表明:造成PC钢棒延迟脆断的直接原因是钢棒的加工和热处理工艺不当,间接原因是钢中的化学成分和气体含量影响。严格控制盘条的化学成分,适当提高钢中的Si含量,延长盘条的时效处理时间有利于减少钢棒延迟断裂现象的发生。     

30MnSi盘条延迟断裂原因探讨

正30MnSi预应力混凝土用PC钢棒,是用30MnSi热轧盘条通过拉拔、感应加热、淬火、回火以及墩头等工艺制成的预应力混凝土管桩原料,具有高强韧性、低松弛性、优良的可焊性等优点,广泛应用于大型建筑设施工程。但PC钢棒经常出现延迟断裂现象,如热处理后放置2～3天突然脆断或热镦头时发生断裂,断裂产生于镦头与杆部连接处。本文采用宏观观察、金相显微及SEM分析等检验方法,对钢筋断裂的原因进行分析。     

PC钢棒30MnSi断裂的失效分析

通过断口分析、化学成分分析、硬度检测、非金属夹杂物测定和显微组织分析对PC钢棒30MnSi断裂的原因进行了分析,结果表明:钢棒断裂的主要原因为:热处理工艺不当,导致PC钢棒硬度不均匀;30MnSi钢出钢后的精炼剂不当,导致钢棒中含有硅酸盐类夹杂物和球状氧化物夹杂,从而导致综合力学性能降低,最终在外力作用下发生断裂。建议:热处理过程中控制加热的速度和冷却的速度,避免出现钢棒硬度的不均匀;全程保护浇注,出钢后对钢水进行钙处理,使夹杂物变成容易从钢水中排出的钙铝酸盐,以减少30MnSi钢中夹杂物的含量。     

热处理工艺对建筑用PC钢棒强韧性的影响

对PC钢棒淬火、回火的热处理工艺、强韧性及其组织和性能的关系进行了系统研究，发现屈强比主要受到淬火温度的影响，当回火温度控制在440－460℃时，能使强度和塑性达到最佳值。尽管在960－1000℃的温度区间淬火屈强比较低，但可以获得较细的显微组织。     

不同热处理工艺对30MnSi材料组织和力学性能的影响

本文采用力学性能测试、金相分析等试验方法,研究了30MnSi材料经过不同热处理后的硬度、抗拉强度以及延伸率等力学性能。结合金相组织对各试样的硬度、抗拉强度、延伸率等性能进行分析和比较。研究结果显示,淬火温度在900℃~950℃范围内,同一回火温度时,30MnSi的硬度、抗拉强度以及延伸率无明显变化。相同淬火条件下,随着回火温度升高,30MnSi硬度和强度不断变小,延伸率不断变大,920℃淬火+430℃回火处理过的试样力学性能比较好。     

热处理对1000MPa级工程机械结构用钢组织和性能的影响

设计了一种低碳Mn-Mo-Nb-Cu-B系超高强度工程机械结构用钢,研究了在同种成分条件下TMCP(thermo-mechan-ical control-process)+回火与控轧+直接淬火+回火两种工艺对钢组织和性能的影响.对比分析了热处理前后钢板各项力学性能和组织的变化.结果表明,两种工艺条件下钢的屈服强度和冲击性能的变化趋势相似,经500～620℃回火1h后钢的屈服强度均有大幅度提高.控轧+直接淬火+回火得到的钢板综合性能明显优于TMCP+回火,前者在600℃回火后屈服强度仍达到1000MPa以上,同时延伸率达到18%,-40℃冲击功大于30J,而后者塑性较好但强度稍低;随回火温度的升高,控轧+直接淬火+回火工艺条件下的组织演化速度要快于TMCP+回火工艺.     

PC钢棒的延迟断裂及其原因分析

介绍了PC钢棒延迟断裂的特征及机理,分析了诱发PC钢棒延迟断裂的材料缺陷．为消除PC钢棒延迟断裂的材料缺陷,提出了改善PC钢棒用30MnSi盘条质量的工艺措施．     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception.
