针对开放环境下未知物体材质识别的问题,本文提出一种利用欧氏距离区分未知类别和已知类别的物体材质识别方法框架,在该框架下利用支持向量机对物体材质进行识别,分类效果显著。该方法利用距离度量中的欧氏距离与阈值进行比较,距离的均值小于阈值的物体判定为已知类别物体材质,并进行分类;距离大于阈值的物体判定为未知类别物体材质,并利用支持向量机算法进行重新学习识别。本文在慕尼黑工业大学的触觉数据集中的声音数据上进行实验,对比了5种距离度量方法,选择了欧氏距离;与开集稀疏表示分类方法对比,显示出本文提出的方法在声音数据集上具有一定的优势;通过实验选出了合理的阈值,并最终实现了开放环境下识别所有物体材质。实验验证了该框架可以很好地解决开放环境下触觉感知信息的物体材质识别问题。 相似文献

提出了一种基于Gabor小波的多尺度PCA支持向量机人脸识别方法.该方法首先计算5个尺度和8个方向的Gabor小波变换结果,再把不同人脸中的同一尺度和方向的变换结果进行特征重组,得到40个新的特征矩阵,然后分别利用PCA降维去噪,最后构造40个支持向量机分类器并采用选票决策机制决定识别结果.实验结果表明,该方法不仅拓宽了主元分析法中累积方差贡献率可选范围,而且识别率受支持向量机核参数影响较小,使得支持向量机的核参数易于选择.同时取得了理想的识别效果. 相似文献

将Gabor小波与支持向量机有机结合起来,对储粮害虫进行分类识别。首先对原始图像进行不同尺度和不同方向的Gabor滤波,获得原始图像特征,然后将遗传算法与支持向量机相结合来自动优选支持向量机模型参数,减少了以往应用中需反复实验来确定其参数的人工工作量。实验结果表明该方法识别率高,识别速度快,容错性好,而且能够正确识别有噪声的储粮害虫图像。为储粮害虫的快速鉴定和分类研究提供了可靠和科学的信息。 相似文献

提出了一种基于小波包特征熵和支持向量机相结合的故障分类方法,利用小波包分解提取信号的特征熵.然后将得到的特征熵向量输入支持向量机进行故障识别;通过对某型飞机液压系统试验中获取不同的故障特征数据进行分类,结果表明,该方法能利用较少的故障特征得到较高的诊断精度,与BP神经网络相比,采用支持向量机进行故障分类可以获得更高的识别率,表明该方法是有效、可行的. 相似文献

指纹图像的质量测量与评价,在指纹图像分割、增强及指纹匹配等环节都有重要应用.同时,指纹图像的质量分类,对指纹识别算法的适用性研究也有重要意义.本文提出一种基于支持向量机的指纹图像质量分类方法.该方法选择梯度、Gabor特征、方向对比度等指标,利用支持向量机有效实现指纹图像质量分类.并采用少类样本合成过采样技术(SMOTE)降低指纹图像质量好坏的类别不平衡问题对分类的影响.理论分析和实验结果都表明该方法能够较为有效地提高指纹图像质量分类的正确率. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel and uniform framework for face recognition. This framework is based on a combination of Gabor wavelets, direct linear discriminant analysis (DLDA) and support vector machine (SVM). First, feature vectors are extracted from raw face images using Gabor wavelets. These Gabor-based features are robust against local distortions caused by the variance of illumination, expression and pose. Next, the extracted feature vectors are projected to a low-dimensional subspace using DLDA technique. The Gabor-based DLDA feature vectors are then applied to SVM classifier. A new kernel function for SVM called hyperhemispherically normalized polynomial (HNP) is also proposed in this paper and its validity on the improvement of classification accuracy is theoretically proved and experimentally tested for face recognition. The proposed algorithm was evaluated using the FERET database. Experimental results show that the proposed face recognition system outperforms other related approaches in terms of recognition rate. 相似文献

对二维Gabor复小波应用于虹膜识别进行了详细的理论分析,提出了采用二维奇对称Gabor小波代替二维Gabor复小波来提取虹膜纹理特征的改进算法.在此基础上,进一步提出一种采用改进的二维 Log-Gabor小波来提取虹膜纹理特征,采用汉明距来进行特征匹配的新方法,克服了二维Gabor复小波应用于虹膜识别的缺陷.与已有算法进行比较的实验数据表明,采用二维奇对称Gabor小波的改进算法在识别率略有提高的基础上,能大大地减少编码存储空间以及编码和匹配的时间.而采用改进的二维Log-Gabor小波算法则进一步的提高了识别率. 相似文献

Gabor wavelets (GWs) are commonly used for extracting local features for various applications such as object detection, recognition and tracking. However, extracting Gabor features is computationally intensive, so the features are impractical for real-time applications. In this paper, we propose a simplified version of Gabor wavelets (SGWs) and an efficient algorithm for extracting the features based on an integral image. We evaluate the performance of the SGW features for face recognition. Experimental results show that using SGWs can achieve a performance level similar to using GWs, while the runtime for feature extraction using SGWs is, at most, 4.39 times faster than that of GWs implemented by using the fast Fourier transform (FFT). 相似文献

We introduce an object recognition and localization system in which objects are represented as a sparse and spatially organized set of local (bent) line segments. The line segments correspond to binarized Gabor wavelets or banana wavelets, which are bent and stretched Gabor wavelets. These features can be metrically organized; the metric enables an efficient learning of object representations. It is essential for learning that only corresponding local areas are compared with each other; i.e., the correspondence problem has to be solved. We achieve correpondence (and in this way autonomous learning) by utilizing motor-controlled feedback, i.e., by interaction of arm movement and camera tracking. The learned representations are used for fast and efficient localization and discrimination of objects in complex scenes. 相似文献

Previous work described a biologically motivated object recognition system with Gabor wavelets as basic feature type. These features are robust against slight distortion, rotation and variation in illumination. We here describe extensions of the system that address image variance due to arbitrary in-plane rotation, substantial scale changes and moderate depth rotation of objects, and to background variation, using simple linear transformation of the Gabor filter responses. Gabor小波是一种重要的纹理特征提取方法。利用其基函数的正交性,Gabor小波不仅可以有效地提取纹理特征,而且可以消除冗余信息。然而,采用Gabor小波方法计算得到的纹理特征向量具有较高的维数,因此,提出一种采用Gabor小波的纹理特征提取方法。该方法采用Gabor小波方法计算不同尺度和方向的能量信息,根据这些信息确定了显著峰集合。根据显著峰集合,确定了纹理特征向量,并且把显著性作为权重引入到相似性度量。实验结果表明,采用该方法的系统具有和采用直接Gabor小波变换方法的系统近似相同的检索性能,而纹理特征向量的维数仅为采用直接Gabor小波变换方法计算得到的纹理特征向量维数的6.1%。 相似文献
