环氧树脂用KH550开环改性水性聚氨酯涂料的合成及性能研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
由于环氧树脂中环氧基团的存在,在合成环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯预聚体和后扩链过程中,会消耗部分—NCO、胺类扩链剂,对整个合成的配方设计造成影响,重现性也差。通过KH550中的伯胺先打开环氧基团,然后改性的水性聚氨酯作为大分子扩链剂接到水性聚氨酯预聚体中,成功制备了稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和接触角测量仪对树脂的结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:KH550成功打开了环氧基团,并且树脂接上了有机硅类功能性材料,使得合成的树脂接触角大大提高。 相似文献

Waterborne coatings are composed of resins containing hydrophilic functional groups. These groups usually remain in the coating
film and can adversely affect film properties such as weatherability and resistance to water and alkali. We have developed
a novel ambient temperature curable waterborne two-component system, in which the hydrophilic functional groups are consumed
by the crosslinking reaction. The new coating system consists of a waterborne acrylic resin containing both tert-amino and
carboxylic acid groups and a hardener containing both epoxy and alkoxysilyl groups. The waterborne silicone acrylic coatings
provide superior film properties even if the acrylic resin has relatively low functional group content.
In this paper we describe the crosslinking reaction mechanism and film properties using some acrylic resin types and paint
formulations as examples.

A two-component waterborne polyurethane (2K-WPU) was prepared by mixing water-soluble acrylic resin and hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret, and then diluted for phase inversion with water. Compared with water-soluble acrylic resin, the phase inversion of 2K-WPU occurs at lower water content. It is indicated by TEM that 2K-WPU particles show a core-shell structure, in which HDI biuret is encapsulated by hydrophilic acrylic resin. 2K-WPU emulsion with HDI biuret has larger particle size and narrower distribution index, while for 2K-WPU emulsion with HDI isocyanurate, the latex not only has large particle size, but also has two-peak distribution. FTIR shows that the reaction between HDI biuret and acrylic resin can complete in 12h. In addition, studies on effect of composition of acrylic resin on performance of 2K-WPU show that narrowing the polar difference between water-soluble acrylic resin and HDI biuret and improving the miscibility of two components are the key to prepare the transparent and high gloss films with high crosslinking density. 相似文献

To design an organic–inorganic composite material with colloidal silica as the inorganic component, an acrylic resin emulsion and an organic silane hybridized acrylic resin emulsion were prepared by emulsion polymerization. The organic–inorganic composite films were prepared by blending the emulsion and the colloidal silica. The contact angles for water, gloss at 60°, and the transparencies of those films were measured. The dispersion state of colloidal silica in films was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and a transmission electron microscope (TEM). From these results, the contact angle for water of the organic–inorganic composite film obtained from the silane hybridized acrylic resin emulsion was lower than that of the organic–inorganic composite film obtained from an acrylic resin emulsion. The contact angles for water in organic–inorganic composite films with colloidal silicas were lower than those of the films without the colloidal silicas. The films prepared from silane hybridized acrylic resin emulsion composites with colloidal silicas of less than 100 nm were more hydrophilic. SEM and TEM observations demonstrated that some aggregations of the small colloidal particle silica were densely dispersed on the film surface. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
