介绍了一种工程装备液压系统性能自动检测系统.该系统以VXI总线系统构成硬平台,以LabWindows/CVI构成软平台,实现了从仪器自检-系统标定-自动检测-数据处理分析-打印测试报告等的自动化处理.实践表明,该系统拥有优良的可扩展性和工程实用性,在液压系统检测和故障诊断领域具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

Here, an approach for finding an optimal path in a flexible jobshop manufacturing system considering two criteria of time and cost is proposed. A network is configured in which the nodes are considered to be the shops with arcs representing the paths among the shops. An automated guided vehicle functions as a material handling device through the manufacturing network. To account for uncertainty, time is considered to be a triangular fuzzy number and apply an expert system to infer the cost. The expert system based on fuzzy rule backpropagation network to configure the rules for estimating the cost under uncertainty is proposed. A multiple linear regression model is applied to analyze the rules and find the effective rules for cost estimation. The objective is to find a path minimizing an aggregate weighted unscaled time and cost criteria. A fuzzy dynamic programming approach is presented for computing a shortest path in the network. Then, a comprehensive economic and reliability analysis is worked out on the obtained paths to find the optimal producer’s behavior. Finally, an application of the model is illustrated by a numerical example. The results show the effectiveness of our approach for finding an optimal path in a manufacturing system under uncertainty.  相似文献

在分析现有运输车所用止推片统计过程控制(SPC)局限性的基础上,提出将专家系统理论引入到运输车所用止推片的质量控制中。分析了运输车所用止推片的检测和质量控制要求,论述了整体系统设计中SPC专家系统的结构、知识的获取和推理机的设计,构建了质量监测与诊断的整体框架,研制了止推片自动检测分选装置,实现了数据的自动采集、存储和分析,控制图的绘制以及异常报警和专家诊断分析等。系统的开发与应用表明,该方法很好地解决了运输车所用止推片的质量控制问题。  相似文献

In this paper, a knowledge-based system KBSES for the selection of production equipment, i.e. machine tools and material handling carriers in an automated manufacturing system, is presented. Existing expert systems which have been applied to the selection of material handling carriers are briefly reviewed. A new model for the selection of production equipment is presented. The knowledge-based system developed has a tandem architecture and closely interacts with a set of models and algorithms. The components of the system are discussed. This paper presents a computer-aided modular fixture configuration design system: FIX-DES. When fixturing requirements are specified as locating/clamping surfaces and points, a fixture configuration will be automatically generated by
  1. Selecting fixture elements from a fixture element database to form fixture units based on fixture element assembly relationships.
  2. Placing the fixture units and elements into position on a baseplate while the fixturing requirements and assembly relationships (e.g. hole alignments) are maintained.
The fixture element assembly relationships can be established automatically when the geometric models and fixturing functions of the fixture elements are specified so that the FIX-DES system can be applied easily to different fixture systems. The system also provides the interactive design and design modification functions for human expert involvement. The system was developed with core programs in C and C++ and interface programs in a specific CAD environment. The system has been successfully applied in industry and can be transferred easily to other CAD systems. The overall structure of the FIX-DES system is introduced in the paper. The development of the automated fixture configuration design (AFCD) functions are presented in detail. Finally a fixture configuration design example is given to illustrate the application of the system.  相似文献

Battery testing is required for a wide range of applications. This includes quality assurance, design verification and performance assessment purposes for battery manufacturers, validation purposes for battery users, and battery behavioural research purposes for engineers developing behavioural prediction algorithms. Regardless of the application, determining the behavioural characteristics of batteries is a non-trivial problem. The electrochemical processes of a battery are complex, involving many parameters that are non-linearly interrelated. Therefore it is important that a test system designed for investigating battery behaviour provides accurate and reliable control and data acquisition. Manual testing is a labour intensive and time-consuming process. Automated testing can alleviate the labour requirements, with the added advantages of limiting human error (through limited human involvement), maintaining consistency between tests and providing flexibility in test conduction time and test routine.

This paper presents the architecture of an automated battery test system. The paper begins by providing details on battery testing procedures. A typical test cycle, where the battery passes through all operating phases of charge, float charge and discharge, is described. The battery testing technique of accelerated thermal ageing, a special case of cyclic testing, is also described. This allows the identification of the parameters that are to be acquired and controlled and hence provides the specification for the battery test system.

A specific battery test system solution is presented, which was designed for conducting valve regulated lead acid battery behavioural research. The system employs commercial off the shelf (COTS) components. Versatility is a key attribute of the system. This versatility extends from the ability to accommodate various battery configurations (different number of blocks per string and number of strings) and battery types (single cells through to mono-blocks) to the ability to vary the way the test is conducted and the criteria for data acquisition.  相似文献

The existing researches of the evaluation method of ride comfort of vehicle mainly focus on the level of human feelings to vibration. The level of human feelings to vibration is influenced by many factors, however, the ride comfort according to the common principle of probability and statistics and simple binary logic is tmable to reflect these uncertainties. The random fuzzy evaluation model from people subjective response to vibration is adopted in the paper, these uncertainties are analyzed from the angle of psychological physics. Discussing the traditional evaluation of ride comfort during vehicle vibration, a fuzzily random evaluation model on the basis of annoyance rate is proposed for the human body's subjective response to vibration, with relevant fuzzy membership function and probability distribution given. A half-car four degrees of freedom suspension vibration model is described, subject to irregular excitations from the road surface, with the aid of software Matlab/Simulink. A new kind of evaluation method for ride comfort of vehicles is proposed in the paper, i.e., the annoyance rate evaluation method. The genetic algorithm and neural network control theory are used to control the system. Simulation results are obtained, such as the comparison of comfort reaction to vibration environments between before and after control, relationship of annoyance rate to vibration frequency and weighted acceleration, based on ISO 2631 / 1 (1982), ISO 2631-1 (1997) and annoyance rate evaluation method, respectively. Simulated assessment results indicate that the proposed active suspension systems prove to be effective in the vibration isolation of the suspension system, and the subjective response of human being can be promoted from very uncomfortable to a little uncomfortable. Furthermore, the novel evaluation method based on annoyance rate can further estimate quantitatively the number of passengers who feel discomfort due to vibration. The paper presents a viable and efficient method of automating test control and data acquisition functions for servo-controlled fracture testing based on a systems analysis approach and structured design. Using the hardware, which includes (1) a personal computer, (2) a servo-controlled electrohydraulic testing machine equipped with a special type of digital function generator, and (3) a multipurpose A/D, D/A board, an automated test control and data acquisition system for servo-controlled materials testing has been developed. The system allows: automated control of the test; rapid and reliable acquisition of several channels of data (8 differential or 16 single-ended channel capability) from static fracture or fast-rate fatigue tests; and realtime (or nearly so) graphics of the test characteristics in order to allow the operator to monitor the test. The communication and post-processing options allow user-supplied software to be incorporated in the automated system for advanced functions. These include noise filtering, signal averaging, mathematical analyses and processing, report quality graphics, and file transfer features. The system features have been validated through a series of load-controlled direct tension tests on an aluminum specimen.  相似文献

针对常规轴承噪声与振动测试环境系统的不足,提出一种更加完善的轴承噪声与振动测试系统。该系统采用房中房结构,内房和外房采用浮动连接,轴承驱动装置设计为穿墙驱动与无级调速等;测量载荷设计为无级可调,自动加载,测试装置所处环境的周边安装吸声尖劈,减少了外界环境的干扰。该测试环境系统用于测试和分析中小型家电轴承、电机轴承、汽车轴承、医疗器械等用各类轴承的噪声和振动,也可以测试轴承声压级噪声和声功率级噪声等。  相似文献

Recycling of clothes is a straightforward approach for the supply of a coloured raw material which does not involve the cost of the colouring process. A real time and completely automated colour classification tool for woollen clothes to be recycled is proposed. The tool uses the combination of a statistical method, called matrix approach, of a self-organizing feature map (SOFM) and a feed-forward backpropagation artificial neural network (FFBP ANN)-based approach, to correctly classify the clothes by respecting the selection criteria provided by human know-how. The developed tool, which uses an appositely developed workbench with a spectrophotometer, is aware of the way the different coloured clothes to be recycled combine each other to create a new one. The tool has been validated using a set of 5,000 differently coloured clothes to be recycled and the classification error in classifying the clothes is within 5%, i.e., lower than the one resulting from the use of an expert human operator.  相似文献

基于整车可靠度分解,在置信度、可靠度指标要求下,对系统进行可靠度框图分解,得出零部件级的可靠度要求。简要分析载荷谱的线性累加伪损伤,获取零部件一倍寿命伪损伤值,进而得出最优的样本量区间。根据扭转梁系统R97C50的案例要求,比较扭转梁的零件级试验开发成本、系统级试验开发成本、整车级试验开发成本之间的差异,由零部件试验成本固定为基础,得出系统试验的样本量应该控制为不大于2个样本量,达到优化系统试验成本的目的;使用整车级试验去验证系统级可靠度的成本是系统级试验开发成本的20倍。  相似文献

为提高车载语音语音唤醒率,定位准确率和文字识别率,基于XF6020SYE芯片设计了一种车载语音的回声消除方案,阐述了该模块配合车载信息娱乐系统的工作过程,回声消除的工作原理。再通过对麦克风要求的评估,选择符合车载语音使用条件的麦克风,同时根据汽车内部结构合理布置麦克风。最后经过实车录音采样分析对比XF6020SYE处理前后的音轨,结合实车测试比较回声消除和降噪前后的语音唤醒率,定位准确率和文字识别率,得出结论证实所设计的方法有效可行。  相似文献

This work presents an automated system for determining transmission line model parameters at various frequencies. The system was developed and implemented on General Electric test reactors designed to model power transmission line behavior in a laboratory environment. The measurement system and data processing are controlled and automated via custom developed LabVIEW software. Measurements are obtained from voltage and current probes interfacing with oscilloscopes. This data is then acquired and processed in LabVIEW software. The structure of the transmission line model, desired confidence level and number of tests to conduct are specified user inputs. The system subsequently provides the transmission line impedance parameters based on these specifications. These parameters are calculated using both time domain and frequency domain techniques. While this work focuses on determining transmission line model parameters, this automated test measurement system is applicable to any device that can be parameterized via a current–voltage (IV) characteristic or frequency response.  相似文献

为了解决现今国内智能电梯对讲联动控制系统线路复杂、控制功能单一的问题,研制了一种新型的用于智能电梯对讲联动控制系统的数字对讲机。该对讲机主要采用了单片机控制技术、串行通讯技术和音频处理技术。首先在选择了主要芯片的基础上,进行了对讲机硬件电路的设计,以及软件的设计,最后进行了实验测试。研究结果表明,与传统模拟对讲机相比,该对讲机不仅音质更好,且控制系统线路简单、系统功能更多,实现了音频信号与多种电梯控制信号共同传递的功能。  相似文献

针对传统的平板式汽车检测系统功能扩展性和检测结果重复性较差的缺点,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的多功能平板式检测系统.采用PC-DAQ结构方案,保留原有传感器和机械装置,更换了数据采集卡,增加了信号调理箱,使检测系统的硬件性能得到提高.基于LabVIEW8.2开发了具有仪表化图形界面的主控软件,运用LabVIEW较强的信号滤波和平滑处理功能及本文提出的智能化识别特征数据的方法,使悬架效率等指标的计算精度得到提高,新增了悬架固有频率检测功能.实车检测结果表明,所开发的检测系统实现了预期的功能,检测精度和重复性得到提高,检测功能增强.  相似文献
