为了实现智能制造环境下企业制造资源的有效利用,提出了一种基于多目标优化的制造资源分配优化方法.构建了考虑加工成本、加工时间、加工质量和制造单元适合度的多目标优化模型,采用一种基于时变速度和位置加权更新的改进的粒子群算法,对该优化模型进行求解.最后通过仿真验证了所提方法的可行性.  相似文献

为快速发掘制造企业生产过程中的瓶颈单元,提出了一种将Petri网和面向对象方法相结合的生产流程实体建模方法.该方法将生产流程中各个加工站点或生产单元进行高度抽象,抽象出一个个生产站点库所子模块,结合企业生产流程实际情况,将抽象库所进行排列组合,从而组建企业生产系统的生产流程实体建模模型,然后建立生产流程实体建模目标函数模型,采用模拟退火算法计算出产能最小单元,并结合Flexsim仿真软件对生产流程实体建模模型进行了三维动画运行仿真,从而发现了生产流程中的瓶颈单元,并提出了改善措施,提高了企业的产能和效益,从而验证了生产流程实体建模方法的实用性.  相似文献

针对一类具有生产物流时间瓶颈的加工车间调度问题,给出了基于加工单元和运输单元的时间瓶颈环节确定方法,采用以最大批量响应时间最小为优化目标,建立了基于生产物流时间瓶颈的加工车间调度模型;为了求解该调度模型,设计了一种基于模拟退火的混合粒子群算法,该算法采用分段整数编码的方法,并在模拟退火算法中引入变温参数来提高算法效率.通过仿真,分别采用PSO和PSO-SA对所建立的调度模型进行了求解.研究结果表明,PSO-SA算法求解效率高且该算法的稳定性好,同时验证了该模型和算法的有效性、广泛性.  相似文献

当前社会需求逐渐向多元化,个性化转变,制造单元成为当前多品种小批量类型企业的主要生产模式。深入探讨了该类型企业的制造单元划分问题,构建了以最小化AGV小车搬运次数为目标的制造单元划分数学规划模型。基于此,采用一种改进的布谷鸟算法求解数学规划模型,该算法在标准布谷鸟算法基础上采用动态发现概率以提高全局搜索能力;其次,初始化过程通过规则筛选机制约束解的有效性,保证解码过程的可行性。最后,结合某汽车零配件加工车间生产实例,验证了改进布谷鸟算法的有效性;标准测试案例集验证了改进布谷鸟算法的高效性与稳定性。同时,对比传统流水线生产模式,优化后的制造单元具有更好的柔性和效率。  相似文献

针对某航天紧固件加工企业产品在车间内物流路线混乱、工序间产品积压现象严重的问题,运用单元生产原理,采用SIMIO软件对车间单元生产改进前、后的生产状况进行模拟仿真和比较验证。分析结果表明,单元生产布局能够有效地减少产品在制品数量,从而降低企业成本,提高企业效益和竞争力。  相似文献

构建了包含盈利能力、偿债能力、资产运营能力和发展能力4个方面12个指标的轴承企业经营绩效评价体系,结合熵权和可拓学理论,建立了轴承企业经营绩效评价模型,并对9家轴承企业的经营绩效进行了分析。结果表明:该评价体系和熵权可拓模型具有合理性和可行性,使轴承企业间的经营绩效具有可比性,为同类企业绩效评价提供新的方法和理论依据。  相似文献

水力发电企业战略绩效评价较为复杂,不仅涉及成本、效益,还包括安全生产、电力调节和环境污染等方面。提出一套基于BSC的水力发电企业战略绩效评价模型,旨在提供一种科学、实用的水力发电企业战略绩效评价方法,量化评价结果。首先,建立包括4个维度,20个指标在内的BSC指标体系,其次,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用灰色关联分析法确定指标间关联关系,第三,分析评价结果,企业绩效定量评价结果愈大,说明企业绩效水平愈接近于战略目标。此外,以四川某水力发电企业为例,具体说明此模型的应用过程,验证此模型的科学性和实用性。  相似文献

Facing serious challenges and pressures from the demand for customisation as well as the growing trends in globalisation of the economy and market, manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have to transform their traditional manufacturing organisational mode to network-like, dynamic and reconfigurable groups by applying information technology. By using the concept of agile manufacturing, we propose a distributed network manufacturing mode (DNMM). In DNMM, dispersed organisation units are connected by a network, collaborating with others to finish the manufacturing orders promptly for meeting the needs of customers. Each organisational unit is more or less autonomous and has certain capabilities to solve problems independently. The well-known Contract Net Protocol has been widely used to handle temporal constraints and to deal with scheduling conflicts; however, owing to its relative simplicity in coping with complex problems, modifications to it are needed for satisfying various requirements for improving system performance. In this paper, we utilise a market-like mechanism based on price to assign tasks among organisational units in DNMM, propose a model for dynamic task assignment as well as describing the main roles and functions of the model, discuss in detail the price-based negotiation mechanisms, and finally present a simulation experiment implemented in our distributed network manufacturing prototype system.  相似文献

Manufacturing yield maximization to minimize the production cost is one of the most important objectives of manufacturing. The manufacturing yield is the probability to manufacture products that satisfy multiple performance requirements. For a given set of product performance requirements, its manufacturing yield can be estimated based on the system parameter uncertainties including manufacturing tolerances, which are related to the production cost. We employ three performance indices for the design of a MEMS accelerometer, and the manufacturing yield and cost are estimated using statistical uncertainty analysis methods. The effects of the MEMS accelerometer parameter uncertainties on the manufacturing yield and cost are investigated.  相似文献

Selection of appropriate machine tools and equipment is one of the key techniques in constructing agile manufacturing units. This study uses the basis of axiomatic design and customer requirements, with consideration also given to the factors like quality, time, and costs, to build a hierarchical decision-making model for equipment selection in agile manufacturing units. We further build, by working with improved design by information axiom, the evaluation model in the decision-making process to maximize the evaluation indices. This work applies modular design concepts to designating beverage-container injection molds. This study aims to develop a method of controlling costs and time in relation to mold development, and also to improve product design. This investigation comprises two parts: functionality coding, and establishing a standard operation procedure, specifically designed for beverage-container injection mold design and manufacturing. First, the injection mold is divided into several modules, each with a specific function. Each module is further divided into several structural units possessing sub-function or sub-sub-function. Next, dimensions and specifications of each unit are standardized and a compatible interface is constructed linking relevant units. This work employs a cup-shaped beverage container to experimentally assess the performance of the modular design approach. The experimental results indicate that the modular design approach to manufacturing injection molds shortens development time by 36% and reduces costs by 19??23% compared with the conventional approach. Meanwhile, the information on modularity helps designers in diverse products design. Additionally, the functionality code helps effectively manage and maintain products and molds.  相似文献

为了解决基于状态熵的脆弱性评价方法在面对多状态系统组合爆炸问题时的困难,提出了一种基于通用生成函数的混流制造系统脆弱性量化评价方法。首先,分析求解各制造单元的状态及其概率,得到制造单元的通用生成函数,定义并计算各单元的脆性熵,建立制造单元的脆弱性分析模型;其次,根据混流制造系统结构特征和通用生成函数的串并联构造算子,得到系统通用生成函数,定义其脆性熵,基于脆性熵建立混流制造系统的脆弱性评价模型;最后,以某典型的混流制造系统为例,利用所提出的脆弱性评价方法,评估其脆弱性,并与基于状态熵的评价方法进行对比,结果表明该方法可显著提高脆弱性评价的效率。  相似文献

针对我国制造业制造过程仍缺乏全方位的信息化和自动化的问题,本文提出了一种机器人数控机床管控作业系统。该系统包括管控单元、过程监控单元、模块化机器人单元、智能数控机床单元和自主导航运料单元。通过管控单元与其他单元的相互通讯,按照管控单元的调度逻辑顺序,控制相应的其他单元,实现制造过程的全自动化作业。该系统已应用到某球销加工企业中,减少了企业的用工成本,提高了企业的自动化程度和生产效率,产品质量和稳定性也得到大幅提高。  相似文献

This paper focuses on a scheduling problem in a manufacturing system composed of multiple parallel assembly lines. There are multiple orders to be processed in this system, and each order is specified by the product type, the number of products to be processed, and the due date. Each product is composed of two types of subassemblies, one unit of an external subassembly and one or more units of an internal subassembly. In the system, the parallel assembly lines are not identical, and certain lines are designated for certain product types. We present heuristic algorithms for the scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing total tardiness of orders. For an evaluation of the performance of the suggested algorithms, computational experiments are performed on a number of problem instances and results show that the suggested algorithms work better than the method used in a real manufacturing system.  相似文献
