V型耦合式刀片低能束流位置探测器及其性能检测

基于合肥国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)低能量真空紫外光源的特点,研制了耦合式刀片低能束流位置探测器,用于在线监测波荡器辐射出的低能量真空紫外相干光源的稳定性.探测器采用V型耦合式刀片作为探针,基于错位安装、倾斜嵌入被测光束边缘和直流偏压捕集自由电子等技术有效增强光电效应,提高探针的响应灵敏度和探测器监测精度.介绍了耦合式刀片低能束流位置探测器的结构特点、探测原理和性能测试,在线监测了NSRL波荡器光源的稳定性,获得了一系列有价值的试验数据.结果表明:该探测器能完成NSRL-0.8GeV低能储存环上插入件光源的在线监测,满足对改造后的新光源各插入件辐射光束位置稳定监测的要求.     

谐波马达的原理与特点

利用液压、气功元件、电磁力以及功能材料的周期性位移输出使柔轮产生周期变形，根据谐波传动原理，从而产生机械运动输出，完成能量的转换。由此出现的具有液压式、气动式、电磁式以及压电式等波发生器的新型谐波传动形式分别被称为液压、气功、电磁以及压电谐波马达，重点讨论了电磁谐波马达和压电谐波马达的结构、工作原理及其特点。     

Vibrations of belts and belt drives

During its operation, a power transmission belt can undergo axial, transverse and torsional motion. Models available for analyzing the free and forced vibrations of the belt are discussed. The effects of initial tension, transport velocity, bending rigidity, support flexibility, large displacements and belt and pulley imperfections are discussed. Vibrations of belt drives are also considered, and the influence of several complicating factors are mentioned. This article reviews the state-of-the-art in vibration analysis of power transmission belts. Many contributions found in the literature are brought together, and some new results are also included.     

Control of membrane drives

A method is proposed for increasing the efficiency of membrane drives by adjusting the effective area of the membrane. A device with adjustable effective area of the membrane is developed, with variation in the rod force by changing the working pressure in the chamber.

Threaded joints in drives

Refined and engineering methods of calculating threaded joints subjected to rupture force and a tipping torque are developed, in the case where the contact surface roughness of the flanges is Ra ≥ 1.25 μm, with more than 10⁶ loading cycles.

回顾了超声电机的发展和应用情况,叙述了超声电机的特点,总结了超声电机的分类方法,指出了超声电机技术的发展趋势。针对我国超声电机技术开发和研究现状,提出了我国超声电机产业化进程中亟待解决的一些关键问题。     

直线型超声电机的发展及应用

概述了直线型超声电机的运动机理，综述了国内外直线型超声电机的发展及其研究现状，列举了一些典型例子，总结了直线型超声电机的应用领域。针对现在直线型超声电机在理论、实验、材料等方面存在的问题，指出了在其研究开发中需要解决的关键技术。     

Analysis and synthesis of eccentric chainwheel drives

An analysis is presented which proves the kinematic feasibility of a chain drive in which the driving and jockey wheels are eccentric and the driven wheel is concentric, the axes of rotation of all three wheels being fixed. Application of the analysis is found to confirm the findings of previous work.     

大型电动机的状态监测及诊断

电动机故障包括绝缘故障、定子故障、转子故障、轴承故障等。各种故障都会以一定的故障信号方式表现出来，而通过对信号中故障特征信号的提取分析可以对电动机故障进行判断。本文对电动机的多种基于信号监测的故障分析方法进行了原理分析，包括对定子电流信号的多种分析、轴承振动的频谱分析、电动机转速的波动分析等，对其他的多种故障监测方法也进行了介绍，并对每种分析方法所适用的故障诊断类型及优缺点给予了说明，最后指出了今后的发展趋势，为电动机故障诊断方法的应用提供了参考依据。     

Spring drives for reciprocal motion

Problems were considered concerning energy consumption decrease in spring drives, with the use of nonlinear spring accumulators provided by guides, unloading at mid position, depending on the carriage mass with a working body. The value of the axis offset of the spring fixation providing the lack of loading on the guide along its entire length was determined. Potentials of the drive self-locking in extreme positions without driven fixing rods were shown. Friction losses in the elements of the nonlinear spring accumulator were determined. A fivefold decrease of the dissipation losses for optimum size of accumulator as against the linear spring accumulator was shown.
